"My experience with Ninox"

**Overall:** Overall, Ninox is a powerful tool for managing data and workflows efficiently. Once familiar with it, it greatly improves organization and productivity for teams.

**Pros:** Ninox is a flexible and user-friendly database platform. It allows easy creation of custom apps, automations, and workflows without heavy coding knowledge.

**Cons:** Ninox can be a bit overwhelming for beginners due to its many features. Some advanced customizations may require learning its scripting language.

"Needs improvement. "

**Overall:** We try to use it for our business, but since it is not reliable, it is not working. Especially on the go, when internet is weak or from hotel rooms; we get error messages.

**Pros:** It's flexibility and ease of use. We could develop an integrated system inhouse in a quite short time frame.

**Cons:** \- It is not reliable, especially on the go. - Customer service is not friendly. - It is easy to delete important data entries by mistake. We often need to recover the back-up. - Looks quite bulky and outdated.
