Pros Fast alles ist möglich, das hat mir sehr gefallen. Als Laie mit Vorkenntnissen für Datenbankstrukturen habe ich ein paar Dinge ganz gut geschafft zu erstellen. Für mich ist es manchmal schwierig, mich in die Ninox Sprache zu denken, weil ich hauptberuflich viel mit SQL arbeite und es sich ähnlich ist, aber nicht gleich. Wenn ich mit Ninox arbeiten möchte, muss ich also immer Zeit einplanen, nachzuforschen. Sehr gut finde ich dabei die zahlreichen Antworten im Nutzerforum. Bei fast jedem Problem, findet man hier Antworten. Cons Manche Dinge kenne ich aus anderen Datenbank Softwares einfacher/ auf den ersten Blick verständlicher (z.B. Schnittstellen) und habe mich dementsprechend noch nicht in die Ninox Möglichkeiten eingearbeitet. Bei mir ist meist der Zeitfaktor um Antworten/Lösungen zu finden, die mich weiter bringen der limitierende Faktor. Am Ende lässt sich in der Regel jedes Problem lösen. " November 3, 2017 5.0 House several different databases in the software. Pros No loss of data. Data entry screens are easy to use and design. Calendar feature is a nice touch. I have the utmost confidence in this prodcut. Cons Exporting comes across with spaces and other charachter having multiple characters. I have to massage and clean up export data before being usable. I would like a form field view where I could make different types of forms in the platform itself. Pros Ninox is cross platform by nature, so Mac and Windows users can easily collaborate on the same database. It is entirely mobile with pre-built Apps for iOS and so you can use the full database wherever you are. It is intuitive to build in and if you have any challenges, the support team is excellent. Cons Ideally, it would be good to be able to add Forms in order to create a landing page, but I know this is in development. The Ninox app looks simple but is, in fact, a very powerful tool to create a complete database. For business, the cloud-based storage gives you seamless cooperation between users. In addition to that, update in coding and field modification is done live, affecting all user instantly, a great thing for small business growing fast and needing to adjust without making heavy updates. Client support is awesome. They answered all my question the next day (considering the time zone!) I work with multiple tables from client information to reservation then invoices. All of that is linked together in a way I can save time and find the information very fast! If you knew Bento from Apple, you'll love Ninox! If you didn't know Bento, then you'll love Ninox too! Cons Some features are missing, but are in plans to be on the next version. Those are quite cased specific features, so you may not need them depending on your needs. The support team is very helpful. Cons Sometimes the program is a bit slow when opening it in a browser, otherwise the applications work well. The screen is simple and uncluttered so users are just concerned within data input. Support has very good. Cons Adding colour to tabs would highlight these to users as they tend to look down along the left. Adding a print button which automatically produces a pdf file. For a developer if you have many users each using the same "template" you can make changes to all of the "templates" without going into each database and changing to program.
