a dificuldade de exportar dados para outras plataformas, por ser um software muito robusto e modular, o processo de implementação inicial pode ser demorado e exigir bastante esforço da equipa para parametrizar todos os ativos

no geral estou bastante satisfeito com a plataforma, pois permitiu-nos concentrar numa só app todos os registos de manutenções avarias e pedidos, bem como orçamentos tornando assim os processos mais simples, menos papel e menos burocracia.

A facilidade de reportar avarias e a concentração de orçamentos, pedidos e ocorrências numa só aplicação tornando os processos de gestão menos confusos.

Cons

impossibilidade de alteração de datas das ocorrências quando passam da data agendada, e algumas dificuldades na alteração de determinados relatórios após a sua execução

Overall as a business we are happy with how IFK works. We are excited to see what additional features are added to the system and how it can help us grow our business and find new efficiencies.

Pros

A user friendly interface, with clear operating system for both clients, suppliers and managers. All our users enjoy using the software. It allows for effective ticket management for our retail FM operations, as well as good insight into metrics of performance, at all levels.

Cons

There are some improvements to be made, and generally speaking the cycle of suggesting an improvement -> receiving feedback -> seeing that improvement implemented (if granted) is really slow.

Extremely happy with the product and service provided from start to finish. The team are proactive and assist every step of the way.

Pros

Infraspeak has allowed us to revolutionise our asset management and PPM schedules. The additional data has allowed us to make informed decisions around resource allocation.

Cons

The learning curve was steep for us, having no previous experience of a CAFM system. Would also be good to have pre-loaded PPM tasks.

Infraspeak is being a valuable help in organizing and managing many activities, replacing and optimizing processes, whether in the back office or with field teams.By organizing the activity, we are able to extract important metrics to help the Management Team make decisions.We are still working on developing some integrations with Customers and Partners so that in the coming months it will be possible to continue to evolve and improve and we are counting on the collaboration of the Infraspeak Team for the success of the operation.

Pros

Ease of integration processes, simplicity of use, a 5\* support team.The company quickly adapted and adjusted processes in order to optimize the activity, with many activities currently being carried out only on Infraspeak

Cons

For the company's needs and for now, there are no identified needs, however it is extremely important that the Infraspeak Team is always ready to implement new solutions and improvements
