Allows credit card payments. This is what it's supposed to do. Cons 1\. Site often will not display available units but processes forever on multiple browsers. Refresh, try again. Maybe I get lucky. Thinking customers not so patient. 2. Tenants have lots of trouble setting up new or existing accounts due to the inflexibility of the programming. They often call me to say they can't setup account / make a payment because the site says they don't exist. So I have to set up their account for them. Good times. Also little things like unit A1 has to be entered A01 or site becomes stupid. Instructions have been added to guide users. They don't read them and they shouldn't have to. This is 2017. Web sites are supposed to work and be user-friendly. I've spent a great many hours troubleshooting your software with your developers. It is better now and is mostly functional but far from good. Denies users the ease of use they have come to expect from other online retail sites. StorageGroup Devs say ease of functionality can't be fixed. 3. I'm being charged a hefty fee each month for a site that is hit and miss in displaying available units and is largely a failure in allowing regular non-tekkies to log in and manage their account without help from ME. But I've invested 4 grand to build the site so me and my customers are stuck with a site that is marginal at best. I'm happy when it works. It saves us time and keeps customers happy! Pros My favorite ClickandStor features are the ease of setup and the user friendliness of the system on our website. We never have to explain how to use it to tenants and that is a huge time saver! Cons What I like least about ClockandStor is there isn't an option for an interactive map - some of our tenants rent their unit online and then call and ask where their unit is.
