We just went through a large re-structure and with that comes the changing of a lot of processes and changing those in Databasics was very easy. Cons I do not have too much negative to say about Databascis. I believe that the only times I have been frustrated are usually due to my own expectations on how quickly they fix issues previously and applying that same level of expectation to all troubleshooting elements. It is a very good tool to use for midsize enterprises that are looking for a robust tool without an exorbitant price. Databasics will definitely give you the bang for your buck if that's what you're looking for. Pros Databasics is similar to other expense reporting tools. It is relatively easy to set up and to use and has all the bells and whistles that larger expense reporting tools purport. The staff are extremely supportive and helpful. Biggest pro is the price for this tool. You get all the accoutrements of a larger, more expensive tool at a reasonable price. Cons Databasics, like larger expense reporting tools, can be cumbersome to learn for new users. Additionally, there are, as there are with all systems, quirks that must be learned to make the tool effective for your enterprise. Secondly, setting up and managing the system required a certain level of technical expertise, making it challenging for those without a proficient admin team.
