Pros It is a great software and it just allowed us to centralize all our security and allowed us to increase response time on our tickets. Your managed machines are accessible through Ezeelogin as a jump box or hub. We are managing a large number of Linux instances and this tool is absolutely crucial in granting our technicians secure access without compromising any security. Users never get access to our keys and once a user account is deactivated they no longer have access to anything. We control by User Groups and Machine Groups who gets access to what. Also the RDP support is a real solution for implementing RDP with 2FA. Pros Built with Security in mind 2FA (two factor authentication) to SSH in and to login via GUI Yubikey and Google Authenticator support for Multi Factor Authentication .pem key management so you don't have to share private keys to allow users to add hosts to Ezeelogin gateway Excellent Support and fast response/resolution Central point for managing user/technician access to hosts/machines by group Granular control over user permissions on every part of the system Intuitive GUI that functions perfectly Command Guard to prevent users from executing specified commands User Activity Log Many more features such as RDP gateway, cluster support for high availability, etc. Cons Documentation could use improvement, but Ezeelogin support more than makes up for it in answering our questions. But Ezeelogin is definitely one of the most important. Our supporters use Ezeelogin to connect to customer servers via SSH. Sending a command to a group of servers is extremely helpful. We use this function to read out data or to send commands. Copying files to all servers is also a great feature. Recently we also use the web portals to manage external login details. This has made working in a team a lot easier. It takes some trust in the developers of such software, but the support of Ezeelogin has shown us several times in the past that we can rely on them. April 18, 2019 5.0 Ezeelogin allowed us to simplify the process of onboarding staff and giving them the correct permisions to our internal systems in a fast and secure way. It has also provided a great way to organize and track all of our servers in a high level. The search function makes it easy to find a needle in a haystack with the amount of servers we have!
