"Great API, no way to capture tax exempt certificates for clients"

**Pros:** Rich API, calculations were accurate, API speed was very fast, initial setup was helped along by the team at TaxJar

**Cons:** We saw real differences in the quality of the team after the Stripe acquisition. Further, no tool to capture tax exempt certificates for our customers.

"Bad Customer Support"

**Overall:** OK, but I can't get anyone to respond to questions/issues I have.

**Pros:** They do a good job of handling sales tax issues.

**Cons:** Lousy customer service when it comes to adding new states.
