I can say for certain that my income has increased due to the ease of implementing WeTravel.

Pros

I am a small business, and WeTravel has made everything easier and more organized for me. Folks can simply register for my events online, and I can keep track of everyone with ease. WeTravel's customer support has always been able to solve any minor issue that I have had.

Cons

I can't think of any cons to write about - everything has worked well for me!

Our WeTravel experience is great. We use the platform daily to sell our vacation packages. Our clients also use it while traveling in order to access their itineraries.

Pros

Very user friendly for admins in setting up listings and inventory management. Easy communication to travelers via the platform. Auto payment reminders and fantastic customer service.

Cons

The back-end control. Would like to be able to have access to a master client database so we can book return people into other trips, not have them fill out new questionnaires every time, be able to charge their cards when they ask us to do it. Also need a readable URL function on the trip pages so clients don’t need to be on WiFi to access their itinerary. Also need to fix the image bugs. We are constantly have to reupload images as they disappear from our listings - this is a major source of stress especially as we ourselves are always traveling and creating listings in the go. Are you developing an App? This would be ideal as a travel company. Would also like more flexibility in pull reports and payment data; no search functions here.

Pros

What I like the most of We Travel is being able to keep track of incoming payments. And the accessibility to the clients database in real time.

Cons

I do not dislike this feature. However, WE Travel representative will take up to 2 hours to answer to your questions via chat. On the other hand, once they answer to you they will also follow up via email to make sure your questions have been answer completely.

We are very satisfied and will continue using WeTravel.

Pros

WeTravel is easy for us and our clients. It greatly reduces our workload by sending reminders to clients about their payment and alerting us when a payment is past-due. It also streamlines our paperwork, namely having participants sign our waivers and terms.

Cons

It is really cumbersome to see the payment plan, and sometimes I need that information quickly.

The ability for us to make individual payment options available to our groups is wonderful. The ability to modify and upsell our customers and adjust within WeTravel is NOT good, which limits our ability to drive more business our and your way. Our number one complaint from our customers at this point is the frustration with our payment system. They are told they are paid in full, then add something and cant make payments any longer. They to issue a refund is a nightmare. We have donors who send payments, so occasionally we will get an over payment, which then messes up all accounting features. Your system is seriously lacking in this area.

Pros

The ability for our office and the customers to access and use the information is great.

Cons

The limitations and ability to meet the needs or customers are lacking substantially within our market, and they could easily be modified to create a solid customer experience, however they are not there yet and your limitations of accessing people to respond in a timely manner are not good. When you're dealing with peoples money, you need to have quick response times. Online support and an excuse of 'We don't have telephones to talk to you' is a terrible response. Planning ahead when we are working together is fine, but when there are problems, waiting isn't good for customer relations.

Reason for choosing WeTravel

We were looking for individual pay options for our clients. This is a growing segment need in our industry. We compared notes with additional people within our segment, and a few of your people we spoke with seemed genuinely interested, capable and willing to help us to create and design a product that will serve us all well.

experience is 5/5 just need some features I suggested to be perfect :)

Pros

The tour looks really nice on website, integration was very easy, super useful and very cheap :)Support is 10/10, \[sensitive content hidden\] is super super nice, patiently guided through all steps and gave so many advices, has nerves made of iron (maybe not anymore after working with us haha :))

Cons

I miss general calendar with all tours available on it, where I could also see if some tours would overlap if booked and so...because when someone books a tour, I have to go through all the tours and change departure dates. Also would like to change some things globally (if I change something on one tour, I want to copy paste it on others without going through every tour separately)

Customer service via the chat is outstanding.

Pros

How easy it is to sign up as an international buyer and having the ability for my guests to pay with their credit cards . Payment options is the best.

Cons

There isnt any possibility to download an excel file with a complete accounting sytle report of all transactions except for packages. Its a major problem for my business

Pros

Easy to create pay links and send it to the clients.

Cons

One of the things that should be improved are the Wire transfers, they take too much time.

It's very user friendly, I really like how simple everything is to use.

Cons

I find the free version to be great, really amazing! I'd love to go to the PRO version but I find it too expensive. I think Maybe charging a little bit for the free version to make the pro features more available would be lovely.
