Pros

The ease of getting the necessary information from people booking and the payment reminders.

Cons

It is quite expensive and the wetravel card having a US address makes it use difficult as in UK companies will often not accept a US address.

Reason for choosing WeTravel

Right product at right time, however I was not actively looking for any product, but once I heard about it I could see the benefits.

LOVE everything about WeTravel. It's the best thing to happen to our very small business. Everyone is super nice and get back to me right away if I have any questions.

Pros

WeTravel saves me countless hours of manually figuring out booking info for each of our retreat guests. I used to make various spreadsheets and had to keep up with who was paying what and when and this software even sets automatic payment reminders (it's also nice that it's automatic and not coming from us as it can be uncomfortable asking for payments. We don't have an admin and we don't want anyone to feel awkward.)

Cons

The only thing I would love is an email or a breakout of our payouts since they are lumped together and it would be nice to see fee breakout and which guest paid what. Maybe there is a report? An email with confirmation or even a checkbox to select which payments from which guests you want transferred. Sometimes we take payments for different retreats at the same time so it would be nice.

Disappointed, lost $12000 usd of mine and two months later still barely any support trying to get it back. The staff palm me off to one another. I’ve been requesting a call from the ceo for weeks and no response. You are just a number.

We travel has lost $12000 plus dollars of my money and couldn’t care less trying to help me get it back over the past two months.

It has been a lovely experience so far! I have no complaints.

Pros

I love the ease of use with wetravel. As a small tour operator it was tough to find a reasonably priced and simple to use platform for our booking needs. This is perfect.

Cons

I wish the wetravel branding was cleaner and more modern looking given it is included on our site using the free package.

### "WeTravel Made My Life Easier!!"

I've had a ​pleasant experience with WeTravel & I gladly recommend them to my colleagues.

Pros

I love the security of WeTravel​. It not only protects me as a business owner ​but it also protects the customer by not allowing the trip host to be​ able to completely​ access funds until 1 trip has concluded. I also like the convenience of WeTravel sending payment reminders. That takes 1 task off​ of my admin duties. Last, but not least, I LOVE the option to pass the processing fees to the client. Since the fees are passed on, I don't have to worry about accounting for that when the time comes to pay the vendors. The new WeTravel debit card is amazing​ as well! It allows me to pay vendors instantly!

Cons

The only Con I would mention would have been the time it takes to process payouts to vendors. Since the implementation​ of the WeTravel Debit card, that's​ no longer an issue.

Pros

Esta plataforma es muy intuitiuva y relativamente facil de usar, incluso para personas que no estan tan acostumbrados al uso de medios de pago electronicos. Para los clientes ha sido muy facil hacer los pagos desde cualquier parte del mundo. Lo que mas resalto de We Travel es la ayuda personalizada a traves de su representante en mi pais (Ecuador) y de el resto del equipo desde los EEUU. Siempre listos y dispuestos a ayudar!

Cons

El costo de los pagos con tarjeta de credito es todavia un poco alto. Podria bajar en algo.

Other platforms allow to download a sort of "statement" with all the transaction per month. WeTravel only allows to download an excell with the data, but a more legal document would be prefered.

We were very lucky to have \[sensitive content hidden\] appointed as our main contact in order to set up the wetravel system. She was an absolute star! Once we were set up we were introduced to our new account manager and so far we haven't had to use her for anything as everything is running smoothly without any glitches. It's taken a huge amount of stress out of our booking and payment system and it's saving us time for sure.

Pros

It's very easy to use, very simple to learn the features which meant I could start using it very quickly and with zero stress.

Cons

Nothing really, there is one tweak I would like on check out to simply show the card option to pay above the US checking count option rather than the other way around.

The implementation from the beginning was fantastic. I like the booking option the most.

It is really hard to come up with a negative. Not been able to remove reviews that are completely inaccurate is a challenge.
