Being a beginner and having very specific needs, the platform is a very good starting point for me. Improvements are possible, but the team is very open to discuss feature requests.

Pros

Personal contact and support is outstanding. It has been the only tool so far that allows me to create bookable experiences for customised packages. Integrated support for all sorts of currencies and payment methods.

Cons

I wish transaction fees would be cheaper.

I am a small tour operator with many customised packages, Hardly anything is "off the peg". I needed flexibility, and easy payment system, that was not too expensive, easy to use and to setup. An easy enough integration/link into my website. I had a great intro and support by the main Sales representative.

We're extremely happy with WeTravel and would recommend it to everybody in the international travel business, there are so many ways you can benefit from the platform!

Pros

WeTravel solved all of our needs. I love their flexibility and how it adapts to our needs. Also the very proactive approach of the team to constantly improve their tools and features. Definitely 10 / 10!

Cons

The only con I can think about is that I have not found it earlier!

It has been an amazing experience especially after being hacked on PayPal 2 years ago! They have the worst customer service ever. Wetravel has AMAZING customer service! fast responses and real people available. You have one agent for your company and thats priceless.

Pros

The staff is incredible. It's very reliable service and we can pay directly to suppliers.

Cons

It could always be a lower fee. It would be great if the PDF file you can download could have more design options.

We were hacked on PayPal and had a terrible customer service experience. Wetravel had a better customer service. Las Torres company which we work with had WeTravel too and that gave us the confidence to switch finally.

Very unsafe and unclear. Also some CSR guys are pretty aggressive on the emails.

Cons

I would not recommend using We Travel, I have used them for a year and moved over 100K, and when there was a chargeback from an unhinged client of only $1000USD, I asked for help on how to make the case, but they didn´t help or provide any support over the phone. They will treat you like a thief and threaten you a legal action immediately if you don´t pay for the chargeback right away, no matter what. So you are paying them a big percentage of your earnings and they are not even helping you, the emails from the complaints department were never signed, no name on the email you don´t know who you are speaking with. They have blocked transactions already on the way to the bank, denied me information from the bank where the dispute was done, sadly I had to file a report to the FTC and now taking legal action. The person who made the chargeback is committing fraud and the person using the services and then because very violent on our premises, that´s why she was asked to leave. In the beginning, they will even find a representative that speaks your language to get you to get their services, this person will promise you everything and support you all the time in all ways possible, even WhatsApp audios and such. Later on, they won´t even allow me to have a phone call with them as emails are quite limited for something so serious. They never cared to give me their opinion on the material I was sending, it´s like they don´t care to have a chargeback and the way they work is all sketchy. In my opinion, We Travel takes advantage that people are in different countries and laws don´t apply across countries so they can´t be held to the authorities so easily. Look if you have a company go to your preferred bank and ask for the payment link service, it´s much more efficient and cheap and you can make claims in your own bank with your own laws. This company is really not trustworthy, we travel is very unsafe actually.

Pros

Amazing payment platform. I have been using it for many years and I am very happy with all the progress it has shown since I started until today.

Cons

Nothing in particular, as the years went by it improved day by day. I have participated in several talks to see how we could improve the service and they have succeeded.

I think it's amazing. Has made my job 1000% easier. I can't imagine booking travel any other way. Can't wait to see what 2026 has instore.

Pros

Fast, and extremely easy to use and setup. I believe Mali Colmenares has helped up big time. She's such a delight, wonderful, and so helpful!

Cons

Can't think of any to be honest. I think anytime I have an issue, I am able to find it in the help center, or reach out to Mali Colmenares and she is fast and responds quickly.

Very friendly platform. I like it, would like to be able to change all the prompts to spanish. Also the reports are excellent.

Pros

The way we can present our tri0s to clients, control of the trips. The booking process is very friendly.

Cons

The commissions are excessive, this is a recurring comment from the clients. It woulb be a 5 star platform if we could lowe these.

I cannot fault the program or the people.

Pros

I had been looking for a secure and easy to use online booking system for my travel business. I was recommended WeTravel and I can say categorically it was the absolute right choice for Poland At War Tours. All the features work as they should and the team are so friendly and responsive.

Cons

Like many online products there can be bugs that you need to iron out and learn how to use. But once you get the hang of it, you wonder why it was ever confusing :-) You also get to play with the system and get things just right before launching. This cuts out any end user issues.

Pros

WeTravel freed up so much of my time managing our groups we take overseas. It also helped free up my mind since I had an acccurate way to receive traveler details and upgrades. It has been a game changer for us. I recommend it all the time to people in a field like ours. Brandon Hartman is our contact there and he is always there to help and take suggestions. They have taken our suggestions to heart and many of them have been worked in to the platform. Thanks WeTravel!

Cons

Sometimes there are limits of what can be done, but they are working on expanding those limits!

We started with We Travel in December. We started working with \[sensitive content hidden\] who helps with new accounts and she was super helpful in guiding us and helping us get off the ground with We Travel. We were a bit nervous when we transitioned to \[sensitive content hidden\], our new account manager but \[sensitive content hidden\] didn't miss a beat! She has been so helpful in answering our questions quickly and providing us with solutions that have saved us time in the end. Her experience with We Travel as a travel agent prior to joining the We Travel team has been invaluable. She understands where we are coming from and directs us with helpful suggestions. She is professional and personable, which I so appreciate! I'm excited about our future with We Travel as we become more comfortable with it and continue to learn all that it can provide for us. la facilidad para conectar con alguien que nos brinda asistencia en todo momento, nos enseña todos los recursos disponible de la plataforma que son muchos y medida que mas conocemos vemos mas potencial. las transferencias de dinero a nuestros proveedores que también están en la plataforma es una ventaja importante.

Cons

por el momento no encontramos contras. lo que se puede mejorar, podría ser una mejora en el tema de publicidad para poder llegar a mas proveedores.

Very easy to learn and to get started. Great payment options. Fabulous account rep on hand to help out.

Pros

Honestly, there are a lot of great features but the most important thing for me is to have an account rep who I can rely on to answer questions and help troubleshoot where needed. My account representative\[sensitive content hidden\] is fantastic.

Cons

I have started using it for my day tours and it lacks some features for that tour. One example is that if there are 10 guests on the tour, it requires individual information for each guest rather than allowing one person to sign up for everyone.

Pros

It’s a easy to use, great customer support—fantastic actually—and such a professional look at feel on the public side.

Cons

That they wouldn’t give me any of my money until after a trip. That really squeezes young, cash-poor businesses trying to grow. Essentially I have to choose from requesting checks, or paying up front for everything, which would be 20-30k per trip!

Ability to sign waivers and ease to create new trips and copy existing trips.

Cons

Inability to add images to participant messages. I would also like to see all automated emails sent to participants and have more marketing support and better tools.

easy to use, love that i can pass processing fees to custmers, love the itnerary and trip pages, love the payment processing back end, great customer service too

Cons

i dont like that the My Trips pagehas active links for the titles of each trip that tkes you to teh previoew of the trip. The titel fo the tripa nd photo, when clicked, take you to the trip page as a potential custoemr would see it. The link shjould rahter take you to the manage trip page. and the manage trip button should be a preview button.
