Excelente servicio. Sobre todo la organización de los cobros que se envía un recordatorio automáticamente a los clientes cuando están por vencer los pagos.

Cons

No tuve ningun problema con el servicio, por lo tanto no tengo ninguna queja

### "Takes a while to get your money out for tour operators"

We were approved and signed up with WeTravel, spent countless hours building our tours and launching them on the platform. We told them upfront that we had a sister brand that did Cuba Tours. They said it was not a problem we just needed to sign something. Thinking all was good and approved I acepted bookings through the playform. But there was another process I wasn't told about, that was signing up with Stripe. Stripe has pinged me or bloack listed our company because we have a sister company that does tours in Cuba. Hence our money is stuck in WeTravel and there are no other ways to get it out.

Pros

The booking engine seems nice and the staff was nice at first.

Cons

They weren't clear about who their payment processor is, Stripe. It take a long time to get your money out. Not very efficient for a travel company.

sometimes the cost is high and is very difficult to send money to suppliers not clients of WT. we can’t charge only for flights

Using it for years and worked with several different representatives. However, we have recently been working with \[sensitive content hidden\] and it has been a fantastic experience. Her background in the student tour operator industry provides her with a deep understanding of the unique needs of this market, which has been incredibly valuable to us. \[sensitive content hidden\] offered insightful ideas on how we can improve our business operations and better integrate WeTravel into our day-to-day interactions with customers. She also provided thoughtful suggestions to streamline processes on our end when working with WeTravel, making it easier and more efficient. It's been a pleasure to work with someone who truly understands our industry and offers practical, actionable advice. I appreciate the time she took to not only review the new upcoming changes but also how we can improve our use of WeTravel and all it's offering.

Cons

There are components that we use we could use via WeTravel in integrating the participant list for use of a rooming list where our clients can do room assignments. We know WeTravel continuously makes improvements and this is one that we are looking forward to in the future.

Communication, training webinars and confidentiality were the main reasons. Other programs are used by multiple operators who can view all of your client information. This was the main reason for us not using another a product like Group Collect

We've had a very pleasant experience so far. Our account manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], has been exceptional. He's always available, responsive, and willing to answer any questions we may have. His accommodating and patient approach has made the process seamless and enjoyable.

Pros

Secure payment options, including online payment links and domestic and international wire transfers, very convenient and reliable

Cons

I find the itinerary/proposal building layout to be somewhat lacking in visual appeal compared to other platforms.

Our account manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], has been amazing! She took over an hour to sit down with our team and explain some of the best practices and answer a bunch of questions that we had. I appreciate her timely responses and wealth of knowledge about WeTravel.

Pros

I am so impressed with the time that WeTravel has saved us on repetitive admin tasks.

Cons

We are excited about the itinerary builder feature, but we are keeping Travefy for the time being because of their user experience and chat feature with the group. We would love to get rid of Travefy and be fully converted to WeTravel.

keine Problem, alles wie angegeben, seriöse Firma, Probleme bestehen nur bei einem Nachahmer WeTravelSL angeblich in Barcelona.

Pros

WeTavel ist in Ordnung, Vorsicht ist aber bei WeTravelSL geboten, gehört nicht zu WeTravel sitzt in Barcelona und ist vermutlich Scam. Ich schreibe das um potenzielle andere Opfer von WeTravelSL zu warnen.

keine, ich habe bisher mit WeTravel keine negativen Erfahrungen gemacht. Leider bin ich auf die Seite WeTravelSL mit Sitz in Barcelona oder https://evisaentry.com/ hereingefallen.

Supplier transfers, payment plan option for participants, easy to design sales page, payment email reminders and review emails post retreat. Cons

Nothing, we're happy with all the features and the customer support.
