I love the payment processing and Itinerary builder. My clients can view the trip, download a brochure and pay all in one place. They send automatic reminders so now I don't have to remember to email clients about payment reminders. They even capture new leads! I love it!

Pros

This is definitely an all-in-one for me! I was able to eliminate a few other applications that I was using and paying for. I have everything in one app!

Cons

No issues with the software so far.

Reason for choosing WeTravel

I met with a rep \[sensitive content hidden\] and she was really patient and explained everything well. She did the follow ups but was not pushy, she was really confident in the system which made me more comfortable knowing that had a person who could help me along the way if I got stuck on anything. She always answered my questions right away and even sent videos to support what she had explained to me.

Amazing experience from my clients and from me

Pros

Ease to manage payment from clients. The option to pay with credit cards it makes this platform the best one in the market.

Cons

The funds transfer to suppliers is becoming a little bit limited at this time. WeTravel wants to have the suppliers into its platform as users but for many of my suppliers that's unnecessary .

Lo que mas nos gusta de WeTravel es la facilidad para poder realizar cobros con tarjetas internacionales. Además, el dinero recibido luego podemos utilizarlo para pagar a nuestros proveedores desde la misma plataforma.

Cons

Lo que menos nos gusta es no poder recibir transferencias de destinatarios fuera de USA. También las comisiones son un poco elevadas.

Pros

This tool was the final software we needed to move from being w hosted agency to being Independent. The booking capabilities and payment processing are the stars.

Cons

Would like it to include CRM and invoicing to eliminate the need for other software.

We travel is the best option for anyone looking for a seamless booking and payment solution for their travel business. my customers were able to make payment in any currency of their choice which is the most interesting part for me because it gives me more chances to attract customers from any part of the world and makes my business thrive.Another interesting thing is their trip page builder, visibility on the internet, and fast settlement with no additional cost. Pros

Online payment processing for web and mobile. Online reservations and their management. Ease of creation, implementation and customization of payment/booking links. Customer service is unlike any other service I have ever used. From the beginning I've always been in contact with the same person and every time I had a question responses were virtually instantaneous and always helpful.

Cons

At the beginning the amount of options and menus seemed a bit overwhelming for what I needed. But with a quick video call I was up and running with everything I needed in almost no time.

They make me feel welcome as a client and I trust that they are always seeking to make the best product possible.

Pros

They care about their clients and are very accessible and responsive. The continuing education is very informative and a nice perk. Nice, clean aesthetic that befits a modern tour company.

Cons

They are just starting to scale to bigger companies after working with smaller entities in the past, so not all the features you want are there. Certain features are not as flexible and building a tour is not as dynamic as would be with other companies.

Pros

The interface for creating and duplicating trips is clean and intuitive. The processing fees are low aside from the new monthly fee.

Cons

While the monthly fee for the pro plan is an understandable addition, I think it would have been nice to give long-term customers like me a lifetime discount on this fee. I would like to see WeTravel prioritize affiliate software.

Already over 40 bookings with WeTravel and totally satisfied with the system. For small travel business owners it's a life saver.

Pros

One the hardest things in the travel industry is to end up with the online payment provider you will use to accept bookings and get payed online. Usely commission rates are high and you need to integrate the payment system with your booking system. With WeTravel this is solved very easily! You create your booking page with all trip details and information, including daily itinerary and custom fields if you want to. Nice, simple and beautiful. Then you have the option to email, social share or even embed your trip page into your website! Then you just sit back and bookings start coming in with a 2.4% fee +0.30 cents per transaction for Europe users (USA users have even lower fees). Also you always keep full control of the trip, manage your participation list, keeping track of payments, issue refunds etc. Also customizable to fit the colors of your brand.

Cons

I have to admit that the one thing I don't like about this is that it is branded and the booking page has a big WeTravel logo on it. Could confuse customers when they see it assuming that this is your brand name or even think they have opened a wrong link. Haven't had trouble till now but still this is something I'm not really fond of. I'd prefer to have my own company name and logo and WeTravel have a small "powered by WeTravel" mentioning on the bottom of the page. Although you can write trip details and descriptions in your own language the basic titles and sections can only be in English. Pretty OK with it but would like to have the option to totally translate the booking page.

Reason for choosing WeTravel

Overall I believe it's the best and most affordable choice.

We are just learning to use WeTravel to its full potential, but we are happy with it so far. I believe it can soon play a significant role in our workflow.

Pros

The page design is great. It's pretty easy to use. It centralizes a lot of processes into one platform. The customer service is exceptional and the regular updates keep making it better and better.

Cons

Character restrictions in many fields. Ability to pay a custom amount is only available with a payment plan. Added options pricing can't be changed by our company after booking.

Very good, the only thing is when the page crashes, this happens from time to time, not often but when it does it is very annoying.

Pros

I like the fact that we can present itineraries that are both user friendly for customers and for designing tours, also paying methods and being able to share user and admon with other partners

Cons

Sometimes it crashes when we are working not saving any advances, this is very draining.

Every contact I have had with WeTravel has been a positive experience. My initial contact / account manager was \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] . She was a pleasure to work with for about 2 years. I have recently been handed over to a new Account Manager (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] ). He has been just as pleasant to work with. WeTravel is still growing and still making positive updates to what they have to offer. I get busy and often miss what updates they have made to their platform. I have found their Quarterly Updates to be VERY BENEFICIAL in helping me make sure I take full advantage of the product I am paying for.

Pros

TRANSACTION FEES are lower than other options I have at my disposal.

Cons

Mainly a CON on me. I do not adjust to change very well and am having a difficult time personally letting go of my OLD MS WORD FORMS that help me keep track of my tours ... passengers, expenses, and profits.

### "A useful platform to accept bookings"

It is the main platform we use for new bookings for our experiences (retreats). The main reason we use it is because we like the option to list different experiences with different packages and instalments at each one. However, we find very time consuming to handle new bookings after they've been made, as we have to copy paste manually all the fields on our excels to have this dynamic overview of bookings that is missing.

Pros

\- Option to add several instalments to a product package - Automatic reminders to customers for due payments - Quick customer support (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been very quick and knowledgeable) - Easy to refund and cancel a booking without extra fees

Cons

\- No dynamic dashboard to view bookings, payments, instalmets due (You can only download the excel of the bookings but once a new booking is made, you need to re-download it and any notes you kept at the excel are gone.) - No feature to view an overview of bookings. You can add notes to each guest, but there there is no overview to see them. You have to click on every partIcipant to view notes (which is not practical/ useful) - Receipt Number appears ONLY on the confirmation email we receive when someone pays. On the payment dashboard there is no place where the receipt number of each transaction can be found

We will never use them again, we will never refer them to anyone in our network. Our experience was horrible, forced to pay for all of this out of pocket and they have the nerve to be sending our attendees emails for reviews.

I only liked the fact they would process payments for us

Communication is extremely horrible, no phone number to contact, they dont reply via email. We have been waiting to hear back from someone regarding our monies collected for the trip we organized.
