We use Kechie ERP to help manage the business side with their CRM and managing customer contracts and all communications. Once we are ready to invoice, being that Kechie in one system- it’s very easy- it also has revenue recognition for our service contract, and handles all our accounting. One of the biggest benefits is having greater visibility into our financial and operational information. Instead of relying on disconnected tools and spreadsheets, Kechie gives us a centralized place to manage important business information, customers, sales, expenses, and accounting-related activities. Overall, Kechie has helped us bring more structure and organization to the business. I would recommend Kechie to other growing businesses that are looking for an ERP solution to centralize their business operations, improve visibility, and create a more organized foundation for growth.

Pros

What I like most about Kechie is having a centralized system to manage our business operations. We needed visibility into different areas of the business without having to constantly switch between multiple systems. Kechie helps us organize customer and business information, manage financial activities, track sales and expenses, and keep our operations more organized. The centralized approach is especially valuable for a service-based business like ours because it gives me a better overall view of how the business is performing.

Cons

It might seem overwhelming at first- but our implementation and training team were very patient and great to work with.

Implementation was fast, and the implementation team made it simple for our team to get up and running quickly.

Pros

Easy to customize and configure for our inventory and best value for money. The support is extremely responsive.

Cons

There is honestly nothing we don't like about Kechie. It is working great to manage our inventory and gave us more visibility.

Overall, our experience with Kechie has been excellent. From the initial search process, they distinguished themselves by being willing to build custom solutions rather than forcing us into a rigid, one-size-fits-all system. This is a rare quality among ERP providers. As we've continued to grow, that same customization-first approach has continued to pay off, with their team consistently finding ways to bring our ideas to life and support our expansion. Integrations with our eCommerce tools have been smooth, pricing has been reasonable given the level of support we receive, and while the interface took a little time to get used to, it's become second nature to our team. Occasional slowdowns during heavy report-pulling periods are minor in the grand scheme, especially since support is quick to address any issues. All in all, Kechie has felt less like a software vendor and more like a genuine growth partner.

Pros

What stood out most during our search was Kechie's willingness to go beyond a standard implementation. We run a fairly unique business program that required electrical tracking capabilities most "out of the box" ERP systems simply don't offer. Kechie was the only provider that not only had a path to support this, but took it a step further and built a fully custom program tailored to our specific workflow; this level of customization has been a genuine game changer for us compared to other systems we evaluated. Integrations have also been smooth, with solid compatibility across many of the popular eCommerce tools we rely on, which cut down significantly on manual data entry and syncing headaches. On pricing, the value has been more than reasonable, especially factoring in the level of support the team provides. It does not feel like we're paying for software alone, but for a genuine implementation partner. The interface does take a bit of time to get comfortable with initially, but once our team got past that learning curve, it became very straightforward to navigate day-to-day.

Cons

The only real drawback we've encountered is occasional slowdowns when multiple partners are pulling reports at the same time. It can temporarily impact performance during those peak moments. That said, most hiccups are infrequent, and Kechie's support team is usually quick to jump in and resolve any issues that come up.

It has taken our internal operations to a new level. It has streamlined efficiency across the board when it comes to Inventory Management.

Pros

The Item Master has been incredibly helpful when it comes to tracking physical inventory, both nettable and non-nettable, without actually having to visiting the warehouse every day.

Cons

It was not immediately clear what value some of the supplementary features held at first glance, however, the MOA team was really great when it came to training my team and teaching us how to utilize these features.

Kechie works relatively well as an off the shelf solution, but it also has the ability to be customized when needed.

Pros

The customer service has been exceptional. The team has been very methodical when it comes to training on various topics.

Cons

The UX/UI can be modernized, but it doesn't really take much away from the function. The aesthetic can come off as very utilitarian.

The reporting tools make it easier to track operational performance, and the cloud-based deployment allows teams to access information from anywhere. Organizations looking for an all-in-one ERP solution may find Kechie to be a strong option worth evaluating.

Pros

Kechie provides a comprehensive ERP platform that brings inventory management, purchasing, accounting, and reporting into a single system. The interface is intuitive, and the centralized data helps reduce manual processes and improve visibility across departments.

Cons

Making corrections to the inventory can be challenging or complicated due to the baked-in security features.

GREAT!!!! When looking at new ERP software, we reviewed six or seven different software packages. Kechie was the one that gave us everything we were looking for. And, our decision turned out to be a great one. I would highly recommend Kechie to anyone looking for a new ERP system!!

Pros

There were two things that make Kechie great. First, is the ease of use. All of the various modules...production, purchasing, inventory, etc...navigate pretty much the same way. Learn one, and you can learn them all. This made it real easy to learn the software during the transition to Kechie, and it made it easy to teach the various members of my team that would also be using the new software. Second, is the fantastic customer support!!! Every time we have issues (which was very rarely), the Kechie support team is all over it and takes great care of us!! Even if we we're trying to do something outside of the scope of the software, they are very helpful in finding ways to make Kechie do what we needed. GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!

Cons

Sitting here writing this, I realize that there really isn't anything that stands out in my mind as a problem with Kechie.

Overall, my experience with Kechie has been very positive. It is a reliable ERP solution that streamlines inventory, order processing, and operational workflows. Once implemented, it becomes a powerful tool that improves efficiency and data visibility across the organization.

Pros

Kechie excels at inventory and order management. It provides strong visibility across products, locations, and sales channels, which helps reduce errors and manual work. The platform is flexible, scalable, and well-suited for growing businesses. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful when questions come up.

Cons

The initial setup and learning curve can take some time, especially for new users. While the interface is functional, certain areas could feel more modern or streamlined. Occasional minor bugs appear after updates, but they are typically resolved.

I like it like I said great and easy to use especially when receiving shipping out items. I would recommend to any company.

Pros

I liked the fact the fact that it was easy to navigate as well as easy to learn how to use kechie, was really helpful to us in our warehouse inventory.

Cons

I didn't like that in the event there's was an issue we had to submit trouble tickets and usually it took awhile to get it fixed as well as sometimes having issues accessing the site.
