We have gained much better insights about customer behaviour, identifying web friction points, and enhancing lead generation and retention strategies. **Pros:** Hotjar has provided us with such incredible insights about how prospects and customers actually interact with our website, which enable us to tailor our approach to them. I like the Funnels feature more as it helps me to understand where potential clients step back during the conversion process. **Cons:** It does not operate as well when managing multiple websites as it does with a small number.
