It’s more actionable than simple numbers in Google Analytics. Cons Scrolling through recorded history can be a drag. I wish there were smarter ways to surface the ones that truly matter without having to tag everything manually. Pros It recorded the user sessions without any major obstacles Cons Leaving Mouseflow, we canceled on the first business day after they upped the charge. They refused to refund us due to 'policy' after we paid them over 1400 on the platform over that time. Seemed shortsighted.
