Pros

Mouseflow is perfect if you need an easy-to-use app for recording user activity on your website and heatmaps. The navigation is intuitive and it's not difficult to start using it to make more informed business or marketing decisions.

Cons

I feel that UX could be improved, especially when it comes to layout. Some of the copy could be updated as well.

Easy setup, immediate results and most of all easy to use

Cons

Some features for the more complex SPA-setup we have could be better. Missing a feature for pages behind logins.

### "Eliminates the guesswork"

Pros

This software is simple to use, presents the information clearly, and takes the guesswork out of what is not working on a webpage. Between watching the browser recordings and the heat maps, you get a clear picture where drop off is and subsequently what to fix and where.

Cons

Nothing difficult about the website comes to mind.

Pros

I found this software very useful when trying to solve particular problem on a website. Specially when a problem occurs on user end.

Cons

None, all I use is nice, easy to use and helpful

Pros

I didn't fully appreciate how valuable it is knowing where our customers were traveling on our page until we started using Mouseflow. It's a super valuable addition that we now use daily in conjunction with Google Analytics.

Cons

It took a while to understand how it works properly but support was very helpful with any questions we had.

I only use it today, but I've run into many limitations.

Pros

Suitable range of tools - heatmaps, recordings, forms, funnels, feedback

Cons

Measurement restrictions according to the number of recordings. Funnel options - measurement according to the URL of the pages of one website = inability to enter a click event, redirection etc basic form detection

Pros

Other than the primary feature of recording the movement on the page, the ability to view the pages visited. This helps greatly in seeing what visitors are interested in.

Nothing in particular. Haven't come across any problematic issues so far.

### "The swiss-army of analytics"

Mouseflow saves me a lot of time by quickly identifying problems on my website automatically. It has also helped me have a better working relationship with my development team as it helps translate UX issues.

Pros

One of the things I like best about Mouseflow is the depth of data available to cross-check your website performance. Its filters can be applied on all of the features, giving you a ton of flexibility especially when you need to run extensive research. I also like that it picks up UTM parameters without any extra set up, and that it automatically detects JS errors on my website.

Cons

I wish there were more content around learning how to make the best out of the platform.

The heatmap features are the most useful to me. It is a fast and easy way to view data from a large number of sessions and get actionable feedback.

Cons

I wish there was a more streamlined way to view many sessions at once. such as the ability to auto play them at a given playback speed. maybe you can and I have not discovered this feature.

Super useful team, would recommend!

Pros

Super easy to implement and get up and running. Having the heat map overlay on your site, you can make tons of adjustments and see you pain points that clients are having issues with. It's also crazy to see how painful you want your users to click or visit some area in particular, and with optimization you can make it work for your benefit.

Cons

No issues so far, looking to see what the team adds in the future!

Very positive. It's been a great tool for discovering where I need to improve on my sales pages.

Pros

It's easy to use and allows me to see exactly where problems exist on my ad pages so I can make changes instantly and up my conversions.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints. It's worked well for my business and allowed my to grow without all the guess work of what might need to change on a given webpage.

Mouseflow is such a great tool in order to improve my user experience. I would recommend this kind of tool to everyone who wants to understand better how their website can be optimised to really reach their customers/clients and make sure they get the information they want as easily and quickly as possible.

Pros

I absolutely LOVE the heatmap and the recordings of the sessions. I designed my website based on what I've learnt, how I would use it and what I think looks good but my clients have a completely different agenda to me and finding out what I need to change or improve in order to make it easier accessible, is invaluable.

Cons

Haven't really found anything yet that I didn't like.
