Pros

Cool, easy to use, easy to set up. I think the funnel mapping could be more complex .

Cons

Design could be updated to be more modern, sleeker.

Over all we love mouseflow and we use it for a lot of products and geos in our company. I would like to see a UI Overhaul in the coming months.

Pros

I like the way how mouseflow handles a ton of recordings. I like the user experience

Cons

But i do not like the User Interface it is quite outdated. Honestly people who look at the product for the first time they will surely judge the book by its cover.

Reason for choosing Mouseflow

My company has been using mouseflow since a long time.

Great, impactful

Pros

The videos of actual customer behavior were "eye-opening" and shattered some of the misconceptions we had about the customer journey on our site.

Cons

For now I have not found any negatives with the software

Pros

As an owner i cannot understand why the users bounce from our pages. With mouseflow i found issues that i couldn't see that were there. Mouseflow shows you the things that you cannot see because you know your page so well.

Cons

Pricing if you want to record everything.

Pros

Mouseflow lets me see what users see when they visit my site. Super useful.

Cons

The interface is pretty clunky. Its not easy to progress from one user to the next without going back to the list. It doesn't show what videos were watched vs not.

I've been using Mouseflow for about a year. So far, it's been great and I've referred a lot of friends! We use it on two websites and always find new ways to improve. It's great for testing assumptions and gaining real-time customer feedback. They stand by their product (unlike Clicktale) -- good support, too.
