Amazing! is responsive, affordable, and easy!

Pros

The software is easy to use. The technical support team helps with initial set up and deployment, training, and on-going support which was a very valuable service. Our favorite feature is our ability to make changes quickly and efficiently through a customer-centric design. This was very impactful in our ability to adapt quickly to our customers' needs during the world-wide pandemic. There are reporting features that we find helpful for strategic planning.

Cons

I would like there to be a way for the customer (or at least the company) to choose the calendar layout. I would prefer an option that had a calendar style instead of a text layout.

I like that they listen and and teach. I’ve found the social hours to be a valuable and motivating tool.

Pros

I love who is constantly improving their product to change with the customers needs in our ever changing landscape.

Cons

Since I have cuisines in various time zones, I’d like the time of class noted for them to match their time zone. Right now I have to be very explicit in my communications about time zones.

was what I had my eye on. I also like that they had alternative plans to their monthly fees. I also like the opportunity of customers finding my classes in marketplace.

I am booking 50% more than I have previously! Customer service is very responsive, friendly and ready to help. I just wish there were some more intuitive features in place on the back end.

Pros

I like that I can set up my classes, have students be in charge of their credit card, and limit how much my teachers can see. I love that i can put a link in my website so that people can sign up for free classes on their own.

Cons

When I make modifications to a class for the future, it changes all past classes. There's no great way to set up a subscription but allow people to pay via check or cash, only via payment plan. The payments should be easier to use for everyone. Receipts should reflect how they paid me that month rather than the total value of the payment plan. When downloading custom forms, I would love to have each custom field have its own column rather than bunched together.

Pros

Customer Service, the team is very helpful and answer questions quickly.

Cons

There are some functions that are very repetitive, some copy and paste functions would really help. It would save time when listing classes and reduce errors. There does seem to be a tendency for the tech team to build new features when improving some of the base features would be more impactful.

Customer Service and there was one feature that the other product did not have and refused to implement that we really needed.

It has been a real life changer and saved me so much time. Thank you!!

Pros

I like that it automatically uploads directly onto my website. That I am able to contact everyone enrolled in a class at one time. That I can Use the app as my attendance. I can offer coupon codes or different registration set ups for different classes or locations. The list is endless. I love it!

Cons

Some customers have found the registration set up a little Confusing to find the right class. Messages sent to a group come from and often end up in junk mail.

I’ve really liked using and how easy it is not just for me to use but my customers as well.

Pros

I really like how has great customer and created a product that reflects how they listen to their clients’ needs.

Cons

So far I haven’t had any issues. I like that they recently added monthly pricing, which made it easier for me to offer the pricing structure I wanted.

For the same reason I chose them over CourseStorm, and because they offer the type of registration pricing types I want for my courses.

was easier to setup and use, especially since they work directly with new clients over the phone and are very hands-on in helping setup and train in using it. Also the visual design of their site is easier to navigate saving me time.

Ease of use on the backend. Easily customize classes, coupons, view live registration in multiple locations on my phone, tablet, or laptop.

Cons

Some less than tech-savvy parents find it hard to navigate to register. Tracking financials could be clearer.

Pros

It has certainly given me excellent ROI in giving me back tons of time when enrolling customers. After having put all of my scheduling, pricing, and FAQ answers on my website, it is not uncommon to have my first interaction with students be the first day of class. I could never have done this volume of business without hiring another employee without .

Cons

They do offer some options to accommodate adult classes, however, it is not nearly as holistically thought out as the services for kids classes which makes it a lot less user friendly both for me the business owner and for my customers. That being said, EVERY problem I have run into has been addressed quickly by their team. They are dedicated to providing excellent and timely customer service.

Overall it was a good program.

Pros

I loved that we were able to track each student. I love that the registration answers were easy to find. I love the reports we were able to run it made tracking things like photo permissions and allergies easy to identify. It was fabulous to use as a client. It is very user friendly. Payments were processed with no issue.

Cons

I was looking forward to Sawyers ability to track attendance. This took too many steps. We have to find the student, select, select check in and then confirm twice. With up to 40 kids checking in at the same time this was impossible and we still had to track attendance manually (paper) and then input into the program.

This is a company that truly cares about innovating and earning their customers business. I can’t imagine using a different software. Having really helped me grow more as a business!

Pros

is hands-down the most functional software for activity management. It has a gorgeous interface for backend use and for our clients. The Sawyer widget really elevates the look and functionality of our website.

Cons

I do wish the display widget that clients use to register was more customizable. Membership features aren’t as developed as I need them to be which requires a few special work arounds on my part. Tech support is email only; wish there was a phone number to call.

I thought the onboarding with was smooth and the team was enthusiastic to support our transition into the software. While the service is pretty great, and our support person has been receptive to our needs, it does not seem that Sawyer is able to make adaptive changes based on the customer's needs. I say this with the assumption that organizations similar to ours (in terms of services offered and size of customer base) have similar- if not the same- needs as ours.

Pros

What I like most about the software is that it suits the needs of a robust program like ours in that it provides seamless attendance tracking , easy student and parent information maintenance, as well as accessible finance reporting.

Cons

I would say opportunities for to improve its program is to make it feasible for prerequisites classes to be offered individually. Also, when reporting, the dates of transactions aren't visible which is helpful for our record keeping. Lastly, there isn't a comprehensive database feature in which one can view the entire enrollment list at a glance.

It's a very straightforward system and easy to figure out.

Cons

Attendance and make-up class tracking are difficult to follow, and there are some payment glitches where it refuses to save certain customers' cards. It would also be very helpful if you did not have to constantly refilter the calendar.

Pros

is parent-friendly and makes registering for any activity super easy, which means more registrants! If we didn't have Sawyer, we would've never been able to transition to virtual classes during COVID so flawlessly. Also, Sawyers customer service is INCREDIBLE! They've patiently helped us with any challenges we've faced and are always so positive and responsive.

Cons

Running reports that allow you to look at the exact revenue of a class, camp, or activity can be challenging if people register for more than one class, camp, or activity at the same time because they are all grouped together.

I love their prompt replies to help requests. They are easy to work with and overall the platform is easy to use.

Pros

has put all my customer sign ups, scheduling, transactions, and communication into one place. The best is that they do auto deposit, I don't have to do an extra step. I like that my email list is auto-updated regularly. Once I got used to how to list and schedule my classes it is very simple.

Cons

I don't like that I can't make templates. I don't like copying the listing and just reuse it. That works sometimes, but a template would make it faster. Especially if it kept the tags. I want an easy way to customize my landing page. I also don't like how there isn't storage for the images either. The help feature is a little clunky. Live help would be awesome.

Pros

Organizing my classes, listings, and calendar are super helpful.

Cons

I wish the attendance rosters showed the parent's email and their option to opt-in or out of my email newsletter. In order to get this information, I need to click on the client to see the email, and click on the parent to see their newsletter preferences. Since I add these items manually, it is 2 extra steps that could easily be eliminated by simply putting that information right on the original roster to see.

Pros

has been an instrumental part of our new kids' class. Customer service, ease of use, communication, and transparency are part of our core values as a business, and Sawyer has been important to us because it creates a web experience that extends those values to our customers.

Cons

Pretty much the only drawbacks to working with have had to do with their newness and innovation. There have been a few occasions where we've communicated problems to their customer service team. They've responded by saying that they've identified the problem, and are working to roll out a new feature that fixes it. And sure enough, within the next few weeks we'll see an email announcement for the new feature. That means that Sawyer doesn't necessarily do everything we want it to do "out-of-the-box", but I feel confident that if something is missing, it just means they're still working on rolling it out.

I had to switch to courseStorm. I prefer how they charge by the sign up. I didn't get any sigh UPS from marketing anyway. my Sawyer signups were all people I referred. It's easier to navigate. Support is fast.

Pros

My partner school and I used it together.

Cons

Often entering my programs was intensely frustrating. A family member helping me discovered it doesn't work with the browser I was using- Safari. Wow that was near the end of my relationship. I also found it extremely hard to keep the navigation in mind. The words were inconsistent: semester, class, session, program. I could not find glossary.

The customer service has always been helpful, and as a growing company always willing to share my feedback to explore implementing changes to their system. Several of them have been implemented, but I'm awaiting some others that would really make the service a valuable tool for my business.

Pros

The ability to separate all of my students from the rest of my revenue stream. I teach art lessons as well as create and sell my own work. So this service has isolated my teaching business from my artwork.

Cons

Setting up products to fit within my business model has been a bit tricky and the user interface is a bit tricky to navigate. My students often miss or can't locate the specific product they are looking for.

This software is incredibly user friendly and has features that make scheduling, registration, and management of programs simple and effective. Any issues I had with the platform would be responded to within a day and generally fixed within 2. The team behind is friendly and helpful, and the software was exactly what I needed to more smoothly run a youth summer camp.

Pros

User friendly platform, responsive and helpful tech team, great features for youth program management. I especially like how easy the financial aspects of the platform are - customers can register for a class, do add-ons, and I can do quick charges to a saved card as needed. Financial records and reports are easy to access and read.

Cons

I had a few issues with getting some customers registered due to some software bugs/glitches, but the tech team was communicative and resolved the problem within a week.

From the start I have loved using because it's complex yet easy to figure out. And, the company has adapted so much to Covid and feedback.

Pros

That I can see clearly my schedule for the day, week or month, and plan. That I have all my clients info safely in the system and do not need a separate system in my space.

Cons

Some of the features are hard for clients to find like switching from classes to camps. Also I wish I got notifications for products like when a party request comes in like I get a notification when someone gets off the waitlist.
