has been amazing to work with. I’m looking forward to work on implementing their party platform.

Pros

I love that it’s simple and intuitive to use. It has been essential to the growth we have experienced this year- without it I would have been in spreadsheet hell.

Cons

Some updates on the customer side would be good to have- them being able to update email addresses or be able to merge users- say a Dad registered for a class and then the mom did it another time- it would be great to have an account merge capability.

Sawyers Customer support has their A game going! They are quick to respond, change what’s needed, explain what I can’t understand, and anything else I need.

Cons

At first I wasn’t sure about the layout. My families were having a hard time finding our special events. I think we have that worked out now.

Pros

User friendly on both the front and back end. Visually appealing Great customer service Offerings

Cons

More customization but it looks they are getting there quickly.

We love , I’m so grateful we found you and look forward to growing together!

Pros

\-Amazing customer service. You ALWAYS talk to a real (amazing) person, they know your name and know what they are doing. -Easy to use. Our parents love it as much as we do! takes care of rosters and reports while I spend time working on the business, not in the business. -They are constantly getting better! I think is terrific that they actually use their costumer’s feedback to improve their Software, they’re genius!

Cons

\-They have a few features to tweak to make it work for us. I think it’s designed for 1 person to manage all. As we grow, as a business owner I don’t want to do everything myself but I also don’t want to give all my employees access to all the financial info. I think should develop Account Privileges a little more.

Overall using has been great for my business and my bottom line.

Pros

First of all one pro I'd like to point out is the price. The fact that the user fee is billed to the client. That is a definite plus. The software is pretty easy to use after some training.

Cons

What I don't like about the software is that anytime I need to make some changes on the website I have to contact the company.

EXCELLENT. I reallyyy love this platform. It's SO much better than CourseHorse and KidPass (NOT user friendly - customer service is just "good" - not great.)

Pros

It's easy to navigate, super intuitive unlike other class platforms I've used. Customer service is EXCELLENT. I also love the widget feature on my website so I can send students directly to my website to book.

Cons

I honestly love everything about it! Perhaps it would be nice to have a app at some point so I can monitor my account on my phone. I also wish I got more marketplace leads through Sawyer, but that might be an issue on my end, not Sawyer's. But I am so happy with Sawyer!

Overall love it and saves me time

Pros

Great for my camp registration. Really easy to communicate with clients.

Cons

When you move people it doesn’t remove them from waitlist. You have to manually do it. I with it had indivisible lesson bookings but I might not know how to do that yet

This software allows me to keep track of registrations all in one place and does the attendance for me. I do not have to worry about classes over booking. I can also easily contact parents of an entire class all at once. It provides an easy online method of registration for my customers.

Pros

I love that I can keep track of class attendance and provide parents with an easy to use online method of signing up for classes.

Cons

the layout of the semesters in long list form can be confusing to search through when making adjustments

My preschool got shut down by COVID-19 so I transitioned online via Zoom stay connected and provide a sense of familiarity to my students for free for a year. Then found along the way that provides us with some income in the process.

Pros

The software is very easy to use and integrate with my website.

Cons

Scheduling and editing it could be a little easier for non tech savvy people like me. But the team is always quick to respond and fix it for me when need be.

Reason for choosing Sawyer

Better and faster team response bar far.

Pros

was very appealing to me because I needed a way for parents to confirm their camp registration without sending money via PayPal or VENMO. The built-in registration platform and visuals also perfectly match my website look which was a huge bonus. I have been happy with every aspect of Sawyer.

Cons

Nothing! I expressed an interest in a feature that currently wasn't available and within a few months I saw had created a fix for my suggestion.

Pros

Customer service is very responsive and friendly. Color scheme/design of software is nice.

Cons

A user should be able to modify dates after clients have booked but you have to remove clients first, create a new activity, and add your clients again. Very much a hassle, especially in pandemic times where dates and activities are constantly fluctuating.

The employees at are amazing! They helped us get our summer registration up and running within days when we thought it would take weeks! They are very kind and helpful and responsive. Running this business has definitely become easier with Sawyer.

Pros

That everything can happen all in one place. We had been doing our registration in a way that made it hard to see everything at once, so it's amazing to have it all under one roof so to speak.

Cons

There are some things about it that are a bit tedious, for example, you have to manually repeat a lot of actions that you could just have an option to apply to all- like on the "class notes" for each activity.

Simple to use and improving

Pros

Very easy to add, delete hide classes. The plug in link includes cart check out and payment system. I wish I found 6 weeks ago i would have save 700 dollars and a bunch of time.

Cons

It's child oriented, my surfing lessons at sandiegosurf.com are for children and adults so I shared with that it would be nice to have the word child 1 child 2 etc...replaced with surfer 1 surfer 2 etc...Or for others artist 1 2 etc Golfer 1 etc...Also I suggested a calendar view and a repeat button for a super easy input system for providers, Sawyer listens and in in the process of this and more. I think the system is very good and will become excellent. I shopped a lot to find the right match and I think sawyer and sandiegosurf.com are going to make a great partnership

The benefits have been great. Using this software has made me life muuuuch easier. Before I found I was going through each individual registration form and manually logging information for each student for each class. This has made it much easier and kept it all in one place.

Pros

That it saves customers information so when they register for a continuing class it makes it super easy for the customer to reregister. Also that it saves me individual class information and I don’t have to redo it every new session.

Cons

The backend stuff can be a bit cumbersome. Sometimes it’s hard to tell which transactions will be hitting your account and when.

Able to stay more organized with our offerings in more way than one. As well have an up to safe data base. Truly I can go on and on.

Pros

The simple process and viewing for the families (clients) to sign up for our offerings. Also love that I'm able to have all the information for the camps and classes imported into excel!

Cons

All the clicking here then here to set up a class that will be offered. I'm sure once I get more used to it might be easier.

We were trying out for our summer camp before and aftercamp care. Trying to streamline billing and track usage. It's been a mixed experience. Some parents have signed up and some haven't which has made my job harder because I have to pick through orders and reports to see who has paid and who hasn't.

Pros

Layout and UI is great. It was easy to set up and embed on our school website. Parents had an easy time signing up.

Cons

Reports aren't as useful as I would like. I have to detail every deposit in quickbooks and I can't find a report that breaks down each bank deposit by individual transaction. Report views before they are exported aren't great. It's hard to see who's paid for what days if they pay ahead of time. Parents are worried about being overcharged and losing money if they don't use their paid days.

Overall GREAT experience and would recommend it others.

Pros

The calendar was easy to use and see the scheduled programs for each day. Also checking the roster.

Cons

Sometimes it was hard to find my program but I always headed to the calendar to find it there. It was the quickest route for me.

Reason for choosing Sawyer

I did not choose - someone else did and gave me admin access to run my program with them.
