Pros

Customer support - they are very responsive and have always answered any questions I have. I love that I'm able to send an email or make a phone call and talk to a real person. I also like how using the software makes payroll seem less intimidating.

Cons

The interface could be more descriptive and intuitive for users without a payroll background. I'm not familiar with many of the terms but your FAQ and help topics are very helpful for learning the language.

Cons

There was an initial setup issue with our payroll but they did eventually help us fix the problem.

Pros

Very easy to use and make corrections. It was also extremely easy to learn when I started using it.

Cons

I cannot think of anything negative about the software. It is the best one I ever used. In the past I used Ceridian and ADP. Both services were more expensive and not as easy to use as Rise.

Pros

It's extremely easy to use and user friendly. Customer service is also great and is excellent at answering any questions you have.

Cons

The reporting section is unable to download in an excel format if data is too big. Payroll JE upload is usually only available upon email reminder rather than automatically being sent to you.

Pros

Hourly people can just punch in and out and their hours upload directly that's save our lots of time.

Cons

Hard to set up bio metric clock at our production site, and we request for support but its little difficult because they don't have someone who can come in and show us how to set it up.

Pros

The software means I enter everything once and third parties and employees are all paid as necessary. Takes a chunk of work out of my day.

Cons

I don't like that I cannot do payroll on my mobile device anymore. It was great to just log in to approve if necessary. Now on my mobile device I can only see sales materials.

Rise is ok for me (a user) but I probably don't see all the value that the administrator buys it for

Pros

I like that I can launch into the portal for my benefits provider directly from Rise, one less password to managed

Cons

I didn't find much use for this software for me, I think it keeps track of paystubs too but those are kind of redundant
