Pros: Sometimes super simple is all you need. What I love about Wunderlist is that it really is a plain and simple tool to keep track of tasks. I've used Todoist, and that's a cool tool too. But ALL I want is something to keep me straight on tasks I have, and have it super easy for me to add and update them. Wunderlist delivers on it's simplicity from actually using it to the look and feel.

Cons: Sometimes I'd like to print out on paper my completed tasks depending on what I'm working on. You can't do this. You can print out your open tasks.

I can view a list of the next 7 days of tasks but I can't view what I have open after that. In ToDoist you can view tasks past 1 week in the Inbox. I'm using a tag that I can search and pull up tasks that are over a week old.

Overall: I actually use Wunderlist actively. If I update tasks on my laptop, there's seamless syncing to my smartphone. I'm on an Android and the app is well designed, very easy to read my tasks, add, update. On my Macbook, I switched from using Wunderlist in my browser (Firefox or Chrome) and am using the desktop app. The desktop app takes very little memory compared to keeping an open tab in either browser. The design of the web app and desktop app are equally pleasing.

This is a super clean straightforward app that's quick and easy to use. All I want to know is what I've got coming up next and be able to update it easily. I also like being able to create tasks out of emails, all you need to do is add the email addresses you're sending from and update your account to activate this feature.

Having my to do list handy when I'm mobile is really convenient. I also use tags, which makes it super easy to cut to the chase and pull up similar tasks for different projects.

Pros: Having used this app for the past handful of years, I've learned how to utilize many of the features available such as sharing tasks with colleagues and team members, create groups and folders to categorize lists based on work, personal, shopping lists, moves, and a ton of other uses. I have been able to install and sync my lists across all 4 of my devices (2 computers, phone & tablet) so I am always up to date. Tasks can have due dates and reminder dates & times, as well as subtasks which is very helpful when you have a project that has several steps. As each step is completed, it can be marked off and once the full project or phase is done, the parent task can be marked complete. I use this for every type of task from personal items, shopping, bills, client/work projects, follow-ups (there's a notes section to keep track of notes in one place for that task), and even recently, all the tasks for my move including packing, mover information, utilities set up and even family events. Being able to create folders, these tasks are much easier to track and schedule. Things are always getting updated so there are new features which get launched over the course of time so it's much ore robust today than when I first started working with it.

Cons: As awesome as the folders and groups/subtasks are, there can be times things may become a little disorganized. Or it feels that way. I sometimes have to number my individual tasks so I can make sure they're in the order I want since the options available joe for sorting is alphabetically or by due date. So numbering the j divisible tasks creates an alphabetized way to sort. A little bit of a pain short of sorting manually. But these are minor in comparison to the features you do get.

Have things to do? Wunderlist will keep you on track and get your to do list done!

Pros: I am a one person freelance business that does web and graphic design. I use Wunderlist to organize my projects. It's basically a to-do list on steroids. I can add an item to a list. Under that one item, I can add notes, uploads/files, checklists, a deadline, reminders, and star it to bring it to the top of my list. I can also create as many main lists as I want and have as many items as I need under each. It keeps me organized because I can set up deadlines and see at a glance what's done and what is left.

I also use the Chrome extension "Wunderlist in Gmail" and what that does is split my Gmail screen so that the Wunderlist app appears inside of Gmail and I can see both my lists and my email at the same time. This is a game changer because I can receive an email from a client, add the item to Wunderlist with a deadline, and file away the email after responding to the client. This keeps me on track with projects and my inbox uncluttered.

If you make to-do lists, this app is for you. I used to write things down on sticky notes and then leave my notes at the office and need to reference them at home (such is the life of a freelancer, we're always working). This puts everything in one place that is accessible to me at any time.

You can use it for anything from freelance projects to grocery lists to planning vacations (I've done this). You can also add collaborators and assign items to users so it's particularly good for team projects as well.

Cons: There's no integration with anything else , like time tracking or invoicing software, that would make it a serious productivity app.

Overall: Keeps me organized so I have more time to work and spend less time looking for information. Productivity has probably gone up 25% (according to my time tracking software).

Comments: I've been using several different solutions for managing my tasks/projects/deadlines/to-do's for years. I've left Wunderlist only to find myself crawling back due to its ease of use features. It uses keyphrases and contextual clues to predict your tasks due dates or reminders and related contacts which reduces the time you spend making the task and more time to complete it/checking it off. I use it for my personal life as well as Team Projects and Project Management to keep track of all of our tasks in the company. It works very well for small businesses (1-20 employees) with simple tasks that do not require workflow and triggering.

Pros: -You can add anything from anywhere using email, typing out your tasks, or generating them from webpages/inbox etc. -Easy to use Reminder System that is effective at keeping you up to date with what needs to be done and not easy to ignore or let anything slip through the cracks with push notifications. -Smart Tasks allowing you to setup reminders, notifications, group members, tags, etc by simply using the correct words in your tasks and minimizing the time it takes to setup your tasks in general giving you more time to complete them! -Team Collaboration & List Share Options -Device Compatibility and Multi-Platform Apps -Gmail Integration

Cons: -Inability to create projects or automated tasks directly within the app itself, however this can be achieved by using integrations with Zapier etc or using other tools to talk to Wunderlist and create the tasks for you. -Can become bulky when you have a large number of tasks at one time or are managing a lot of projects or lists. -Sometimes the smart task creation/tagging can get in the way when you want to write something simple and it tries to do something else for you.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you don't require a robust system for managing your tasks and are looking for something that is simple with some extra icing on the top this is it. It is very easy to manage and does about everything you will need it to do in a task management system. But it is not a project management system.

Great For Making To-Do Lists of Any Kind!

Comments: This is a great app if all you're really looking for is a fairly basic list-making software. I really enjoy using it for packing lists, shopping/grocery lists, and general to-do lists. But if you're looking for a more collaborative or robust project management software, this might not be the one for you.

Pros: Wunderlist makes it quick and easy to make lists of any kind. I like that you can easily switch between your different lists on the left hand side of the program, while managing the contents of those lists on the right hand side of the program (the majority of the screen is dedicated to this purpose). I also really appreciate that you can quickly churn out many list items in a row- all you have to do is press enter and you can immediately begin typing the next item, without having to click anything extra. This is a great time-saver. Also, if you click on any list item, the screen will split so that you can see/create additional information for that list item, including notes, due dates, reminders, and sub-items. This has really helped me stay organized. Wunderlist also has a really nice, clean design that's pleasant to work with. Another big plus: it's great at syncing across devices!

Cons: Wunderlist is great at what it does, but it's probably not as robust a task management softwares as some others that are out on the market. But considering it's free, that's not necessarily the worst thing. One thing that does occasionally bother me is that any list items that are checked off are removed from the list, rather than being crossed out, moved to the bottom, or dimmed. While this can be nice for some things (like grocery shopping), it's more frustrating for recurring/unchanging lists (like a general packing list) since it means you either have to keep re-making the list every time you need it, or fish the crossed off items out of the "completed" tab every time after you're finished with it.

Excellent for tracking and sorting tasks! Easy to use.

Pros: This program tracks all of my tasks. I can organize them into categories and set reminders or due dates for them. It is web based so it's accessible whenever you have the internet and can be used across devices. It synchronizes in real time.

Cons: This is a good product in general, but on some occasions there would be issues with synchronization. The Wunderlist Team worked hard to fix them though and they were usually sort term. I haven't seen any issues in a while with this so they may have improved their system

Overall: I use this for work, personal life, and volunteer life. I created folders for the various things that I need to do and sort tasks into the various folders. For work, I use this daily to help me track my tasks and keep me focused on what I need to do and I also used shared lists with coworkers to track things we need to purchase for the office. For personal life, I use this as a grocery list, occasionally as a packing list, to track projects I need to do around the house and to keep up on other tasks like bill paying and more. For my volunteer life, I have used it as a shopping list for supplies for my church and to track tasks needed for the coffee shop I help manage. This is very helpful because I can sort the tasks by category, set reminder and due dates, create weekly or daily tasks, and access the information anywhere as it is web based. No more paper lists that I lose and get messing as you cross off and add things to them! I often pull it open at random times when i think of something I need to do and don't want to forget to do it. Overall it's been very helpful to keep me on task with the things I need to do.

Comments: Wunderlist is a great tool with no complex features or complex functionalities. A true simple to use To-Do List that serves not only people for personal needs, but also businesses. In fact, Wunderlist can even be applied to small businesses to get work done. With its sharing capabilities, mobile access and conversation capabilities, Wunderlist is possibly the easiest task manager out there. It may not track things like time and other critical metrics, but for businesses that revolve around the premise of getting tasks done regardless of those other variables, Wunderlist might very well be the answer.

Pros: Wunderlist is the simplest To-Do and Task List out there. Period. No extra bells and whistles: just a list. And it makes getting started extremely quick. Login with your Facebook, Windows or Google account. Don' t have these? Create a user account with your email and a password. The first thing that comes up is a simple wizard with a few pre-defined list names to get you setup fast and start using your list. Using Wunderlist is simple. Add an item to your list. You can set a due date and even a reminder. Make the task a one time deal or a recurring schedule as needed. No longer need the due date? Simply remove it. And mark it as started so you have a visible indicator of what is in progress and what is not. You can also add a voice message to your task. Wunderlist recently added a new feature where you can create folders to group your to-do and task lists. And if you want to see all your completed items, a simple button lets you do just that. Want to share your list? You can do that, too. And even start conversations around your To-Do and Tasks. Connect your calendars to Wunderlist as well. Wunderlist has an app for your smartphone and even allows you to integrate it to your browser via an extension

Cons: There are absolutely no cons with Wunderlist. It is a To-Do and Task list with the most straightforward approach I have ever encountered. It does not get easier than this.

Pros: Wunderlist can be used flawlessly between numerous platforms (iPhone, macbooks, PCs, androids). I use it to keep track of everything I need to do or buy. It contains my grocery list, my to do list for the day, books/movies/restaurants I want to try/read, packing lists for vacations, and the like. The best part about this program though is that it is completely shareable between multiple parties. You can invite others to take part in whatever list you create. This makes it extremely easy for my wife and I to make sure we collaborate well on grocery shopping lists or packing lists for our baby when traveling. Both parties can add and mark off what was packed or bought in real time as long as you have access to the internet.

Another great function is that between employers you can "ASSIGN" tasks to certain people within the group and add a due date and reminder so that they know what deadlines they have to meet. This has been a helpful feature to use with my colleagues to make sure we know who has to accomplish what and by when.

Cons: If you add something to the list but want to make an edit (like a spelling correction), it takes just a little bit more work to edit it (a couple more clicks, but you have to click in the right area). I find it easier/quicker to just check off the wrongly typed item and re-enter it. It's a small con, but I do notice this from time to time.

Overall: Great. My wife and I use it. My co-workers and I use it. And I use it personally.

Pros:

Having a tool that allows you to add activities and follow up or manage these, is Wunderlist.

Wuderlist allows to add activities intuitively, add times, assign users and attach files from the computer or tools in the cloud.

It has a very simple way of inviting other users to join the application through email

Each time you complete an activity you can place a check on each one.

The notification system of wunderlist allows to receive alerts when an activity is about to finish or that a user has marked as a list. Even if they have added some note about an activity

It is a great application for managing activities

Cons: Wunderlist does not currently have a dashboard with the list of all the activities and their status (culminated or not completed). In the same way, to be able to place labels on the activities, and that these labels can be customized.

It would be of added value to the application to have a panel to verify the timeline of activities.

Overall:

We have used Wunderlist for daily activities or weekly planning. Taking into account, it allows me to take the agenda in the short term where I have been able to do a direct management on activities carried out or pending.

What attracted me most to the tool is the management of the activity and being able to add files from tools for hosting information in the cloud

Wunderlist helps me to capture everything I need to into lists!

Pros: I get to capture everything I need to during the day in multiple platforms, whether via mobile phone (Android, iOS), Desktop native app (I'm using MacOS) or via the web browser.

Easy to create, edit, and share my to lists (any of my lists) to my family or team members. Plus the ability to set reminders, alarms (recurring or one time).

Best of all, the Free plan should work just fine for the majority of users.

Cons: Hmm... I really have nothing negative much to say about Wunderlist since it meets all my needs for creating to-do lists, or lists of any kind (with reminders).

Overall: My most recommended app for making, managing, sharing all kinds of Lists! Working in a team is a breeze with shareable to-do lists, with options to set reminders and alarms. The quick add option via native Desktop app or via Android works great for me for easily adding items anytime an inspiration comes to mind.

The sync is fantastic and works across multiple platforms I use (Android, MacOS, even via Web browser). App in my Android is lightning fast. Native app in my Macbook is a thing of beauty and functionality.

Try it! It's intuitive, powerful, and beautiful! Try the paid plans as well to support the wonderful team that created and maintains it. :)

Pros: I am a list person. I love to make lists for the day, for future plans, for the grocery store, etc. Wunderlist allows me to make as many lists as I want and keep them in one convenient, easy to find place (my phone). I really like that I can alphabetize my list with one click. I can also star certain items to put them at the top. I have a travel list, and I click items off of the list as I pack. What's great about this is, I can go back into the completed to-dos when I'm finished packing and put them back on the original list to use the next time I pack.

Cons: I wish I could give some sort of constructive criticism here, but there really isn't anything. I've used Wunderlist for years, and I don't have any complaints.

Overall: I have a roommate, and we aren't often in the same place on the weekends. This is also the time I grocery shop. We have a shared grocery list on Wunderlist. We both add items throughout the week that we need, and that way I can get everything for both of us on the weekend when I go. I've even added items to the list in the store so I don't forget to pick them up before I go. This is a forgetful person's dream come true.

Pros: Available on all my devices. I love the ability to set recurring tasks, and the ability to set reminders down to the exact time I need them (that trigger a push notification on my phone). Using recurring tasks combined with reminders has allowed me to outsource a lot of weekly cadence type stuff that I would otherwise need to remember to do. Overall Wunderlist is just so lightweight and focussed that it is often the path of least resistance to quickly jot something down for later and not stress about it. I also enjoy the dashboard widget for Android phones, so that there is an even quicker entry point to adding tasks.

Cons: Lately, I have been noticing far more buggy behaviour as I move between devices and syncing happens. It also handles in app activity from personal and shared lists poorly between devices, and sometimes just poorly in general. My activity and comment feeds in the app are almost always showing that I have unread things, yet often times I have already seen them in-situ or dealt with them on another device.

Overall: Fast task management and reminders.

Pros: Wunderlist is efficient and easy to use. It has the features that a basic user needs and allows you to create a very functional list for free. It's clean, it's user-friendly, and it works as an add-on for dozens of other apps/programs. If you're looking for a simple program to make your life a little more organized, this is the one you want.

Cons: It doesn't have quite as many features as I need as a person with a very busy, very complicated life. I like to sort my tasks into several categories and subcategories, have repeating events with various reminders, and personalize every list to the extreme. This is not the goal of the app, so this is not something it can offer. This is the reason why I switched to another app, but even that isn't perfect for me, so it's possible that what I need is either to write my own extremely fancy app or just to buy a whiteboard that I can customize all I want. Note that this is very nit-picky - If you're not as picky and busy as I am, this should not dissuade you from using Wunderlist.

Overall: Wunderlist kept me organized for years. While it didn't have all the functionality that I needed, I appreciated the cost and the user experience greatly and I would never hesitate to return if my current task manager was ever removed from the app store.

Pros: I spent many years looking for an application to manage tasks. Wunderlist was the find of the decade for me. I can create Lists of tasks to separate personal tasks from business tasks. I can have as many tasks within each list as I want. I can star higher priority tasks. Each task can have sub tasks. I could go on and on, but Wunderlist has all the functionality one could want in a task solution while at the same time keeping things simple and accessible. They have apps for every major phone OS (iOS, Android, Windows Mobile) as well as Windows 10. If you want simple, Wunderlist can do that. If you want depth and features, Wunderlist can do that, too!

Cons: The biggest issue I have with Wunderlist is the inability for the software to keep the task lists updated on all my devices automatically. I usually have to issue a manual sync before my latest changes get synchronized. Adding the ability for the software to constantly sync so that everything stays up to date would fill the only issue I can find with the software.

If you're looking for a to-do list app, this is it. If you need more than that, look elsewhere.

Pros: Wunderlist is a great to-do list app. I might even call it the perfect to-do list app. It is laser-focused on being all about creating and organizing task lists, and allowing you to keep good notes around each task. It is also good for teams that work on a task-basis (rather than a project basis) and need to be able to keep track of due dates, priority tasks, and accompanying files, links, and notes around each one. It's also free, which is pretty hard to beat.

Cons: It's pretty simple: Wunderlist is a to-do list app, as I've already said a lot. It's not anything else. If you are trying to manage a project, you may find that you can do it at first, but eventually it is going to get too complicated to be handled by the list format. We used Wunderlist in our digital marketing department for a couple years before switching to a project management app as our scope broadened, duties increased and projects became more complicated.

Overall: Wunderlist helped us keep track of our daily tasks and repetitive items. It's great for creating recurring reminders for tasks that need to be done every so often. It's also good for helping you prioritize which tasks out of all your tasks need to be done today.

The thrill of hearing the "ding" of a checked off item. Wunderlist is a great to-do tracker.

Pros: -Super easy to create your first to-do list, can create many different lists (to-do, wish list, project list, shopping list, etc)

-Allows multiple list to be grouped by categorized and organized

-Tasks can be assigned to others

-Syncs with phone app, desktop app, and online website

-Allows shared list with other people, so both people can be on certain lists

-Easy to have a simple title, yet you can open it and have lots of detail

-Auto Syncs quickly

-Has due dates and reminders

-Integrates with Outlook

Cons: -There is not a calendar view that shows your due dates like a calendar - which makes it hard to use for sequencing to-dos in order for project management

-I would love for it to have a "secret santa" feature - where people can make Christmas list and randomly generate who is supposed to get that list (but this is another app).

-The website says they will eventually retire the app

Overall: It allows me to keep track of all my to-do list and tasks.

Pros: It was just amazing to see how Wunderlist helps me to break down and simplify my to-do list. We can categorize and share this list with the team members. We just need to use a hashtag to sort tasks and sub tasks into different categories. At one glance we can see the statuses of all the tasks like starred, completed, due today or due after 14 days. In case some of your tasks are due, you can create alerts or reminders to notify you about the deadline. We can add notes to each task and keep them organized. The cloud-based application is available across multiple platforms and all the changes we make are synced instantly.

Cons: It would have been much more appealing if more labels and color preferences were added to tasks . A due date feature for sub tasks would have been also perfect if implemented in a correct manner. It would be helpful if the application is integrated with some invoicing application as well.

Pros: Wunderlist is a HUGE component of my life now. Love that you can make a list for almost anything you need and that you can share it. My husband and I share several lists that help us to know what all we need when we go to a specific store, lists reminding us about projects that need to get completed, gift ideas for the holidays...you name it, it can be created! Life is busy and when we're on the go, opening our app to make a quick addition ensures that we won't forget that item or project down the road.

Cons: There are not many cons about this software. I do use this app heavily for our grocery and home shopping and instead of having to put in "milk" every time, while not time consuming, can be annoying. Would love to see some predictive text based on my previous lists or the ability to add items that are added often.

Overall: Love this! Finding this piece of software was a huge life-saver for my family.

Pros: This product is easy to use, but the best feature is the ability to share lists. I use this program at work to manage projects, but I mainly use it at home to manage my children. I can set up a task, assign it to one of my 3 kids, and it will appear in their own device as something they need to get done before I get home from work. OR ELSE...

And just like that, no excuses about who was responsible for the job, no question about what the job was. Black and white, right there on their devices. I suppose it would function that way at work too.

Cons: A little confusing trying to add partners. I also would love to get an easy way to see a checklist's items laid out on a timeline. Almost like a GANNT chart in project management.

Overall: Very happy with this product. Whether assigning kids their chores, tracking my own task list, or organizing an event wide project, this is a valuable tool. Highly recommended.

Pros: The software is amazing to keep task organized. The ability to set reminders and due dates is one of the reasons why I am using it. You can upload files or even chat in the task.

It is always sinchronized so you can access to your infomation from any device at any time.

I also like how can I share so easily the tasks and assign to other people

Cons: What I would prefer is to have a better log of the completed tasks. For example to keep the dates the tasks were completed instead of going to the bottom with no records. That way I dont need to use a third party to keep log of when are the task being completed.

Also I would like to see a time tracking feature, as a paid version so we can use it for work. At this point is more for domestical uses

Overall: I really like Wunderlist over many other related software. It is a amazing experience, keeping all yur to dos, having reminders and a perfect synchonization between all the devices.

Pros: I love wunderlist. I'm a big "to do" list person, and at work I carry a notebook around with me everywhere I go, full of to-do's and reminders- very organized. However, I realized that my personal life was much less organized, until I found wunderlist. Now I use it for everything. I have a list of to-do's (pick up rx, return item to store, send a bday card), a running grocery list (I just add items as I notice I need them, and then consult the list during weekly grocery runs) and I've even put wunderlist to use around the holidays, using it to help me remember gift hints that friends and family have dropped, and then later- listing out gifts I have already purchased. It keeps me on the ball!

Cons: I wish there were more customization and view options- plenty of background images, but I would like to change the "list" of items to tiles- or just be able to organize a little differently. Sometimes it would be helpful to add a link to things (example, gift list) and the only place to do this is in the "notes" which is an extra click to access. I wish the notes would hover or drop down beneath the task name. Occasionally I will check off a to-do that hasn't actually been completed yet, and it's not very simple to get that task back- the easiest way is just to re-create it. Overall, a great app- but would like a little more flexibility.

Overall: Wunderlist has totally streamlined my life.

Pros: This is my favorite to-do list app. I use it on both Android and iOS and it's easy to use on both.

The interface is clean but complete, and you have all the functionalities you need to create and edit items in a list. You can also set reminders, share lists with others, assign items to people, and add extra notes within a list which I've always found useful.

Syncing the content between the app and desktop is instantaneous, never had a problem or delay with it. You can always manually tell it to sync if something hasn't appeared on the other medium yet.

There are a few personalization options like choosing a different background image from a small library. Overall it's a straightforward app to keep your lists in order with all the essentials and then some.

Cons: - After ordering a list A-Z, items I create go to the bottom of the list and stay there which means I have to order the list from A-Z every time I add a new item to the list.

- On mobile, I'm in a list and minimize it to switch apps, but when I switch back the app shows me the "inbox" list. This happens every time and shouldn't be too hard to fix. It's very annoying having to keep going in and out of lists and not being able to switch apps to not lose my place.

- Being able to upload a new background image would be a "nice to have".

Overall: Quick list-building to keep various areas in my life in order.

Pros: This is hands down my absolute most favorite app EVER! It's super intuitive, very easy to use - I even got my mom to start using it. I did a lot of research trying to find the best application to use for making lists that are sharable and editable between multiple users. It's free! It's VERY easy to set up and start using. I share almost 12 lists with my bf who I live with in order to keep track of groceries, items to return, places we want to try and eat, activities for date night etc. I also keep lists for myself for work and home errands. I can keep lists for ideas for presents with people etc. I LOVE LOVE this application. It has simplified my life and kept us organized without even trying, also I'm a total sucker for the little noise notification when you check off a item on a list - it's like an audible pat on the back!

Cons: No complaints - seriously not even one. If I haaaad to make one maybe that I could customize the colors however that would be it!

Finally a replacement for sticky notes!

Pros: It is hard to choose just one aspect of Wunderlist that I liked most. It is so easy to use and I love that you can sync the lists between your computer and your phone. It is especially helpful that these lists take no time to update so if you are sharing a list with someone, they can immediately see your additions!

Cons: The only thing I think Wunderlist is missing is the capability to write an actual paragraph or larger document. While it is great for brainstorms and quickly entering lists, I wish you could have the ability to write a few sentences at a time in a paragraph format.

Overall: Overall, I highly recommend Wunderlist to help you keep up with your many to-dos during the day and week. I have found it especially helpful for me to create daily and weekly goal lists so that I can balance my priorities better even when my daily to-dos change at a moments notice. I highly recommend this product for everyone!

Pros: After trying lots of other to do apps, I've settled on Wunderlist. It has desktop and phone apps, both free. that instantly sync. You can set different due dates and reminders, and organize your to-dos into different categories, or just drop them into the Today tab. You can also choose a cute background in the app - for example, I have a cute puppy sleeping under my to dos. Wunderlist can also sync with your calendar, so you can see all of your tasks as you look at your plan for the day.

Cons: The repeating tasks stack up...when you do the task for the week, for example, it automatically pops up reminding you to do it again the following week. This is a bit deflating, as you just completed the task in question and don't need to be reminded to do it again!

Overall: I love Wunderlist. It has a lot of functions, but you can also use it as a simple to do list app if you don't want to make use of all of the integrations and bells and whistles. I use it to manage all of my tasks, from cleaning out my car to finishing client projects.

Pros: I like how straightforward the software is. It is very functional and doesn't make the simply process of creating a task list or supply list a chore to create.

Cons: I really don't have any complaints about Wunderlist. The only small problem I have is that recurring tasks disappear temporarily on the iPhone app when I check off that it has been completed. However, when I restart the app, the task reappears as it should with the next deadline date shown.

Overall: Wunderlist has made my life so much easier as the Office Manager. The software sends me email notifications that remind me that recurring tasks are due so I don't miss a deadline. I even use it to create supply lists for our office. Before I go shopping, I can place the supply items in particular order so that I am not walking in circles from department to department so I can quickly get in and out of the store. Wunderlist has allowed me to be a more efficient Office Manager.

Amazing. Accomplishes what I need it to. Best task application for collaboration as well.

Pros: Collaboration. When I was married we synced a few lists and it made grocery shopping or "to-do" lists around the house a BREEZE! Ability to add photos and comments to each task/list is great as well, you can get creative with it. We would even create shopping lists of potential gift ideas for the children with photos of the item in the store to remember what was what and the price.

My second favorite feature is the ability to log-in on the computer. I can type much faster there and can add 100 items and organize my lists quite quickly for easier access later on the phone or tablet.

Cons: No cons. It is worth paying for. I haven't had any glitches with this software. I added a widget to my phone's homescreen for quick access and I use it every day.

Overall: Organization. Ease of use. Makes my life better and organized.

Pros: - the ability to create multiple lists within folders to keep a clean and organized system

- putting reminders for certains tasks and get a pop up on my phone

- creating shared list with other users and assign tasks to one another

- having the choice between using it on computer and phone, and how quick it synchronises from one to another

- adding sub tasks, notes or even pictures to a task

- the "cling" noise once you check a completed task ;)

Cons: Honestly, nothing. It's very easy to use and I do so on a daily basis.

Overall: My business partner and I have 2 business and shared lists for both. It keeps up on tracks thansk to the assigning and reminders we set up. It's a stress reliever, everything is in one place, it makes it a lot easier to be productive.

I also have a personal one on the side, under the same account, which is very convenient.

Comments: Wunderlist is just phenomenal. And free to boot! When we first decided to use it, we checked reviews. We were skeptical because so many of them were 5 stars, but it really deserves it! Try it out. You won't be disappointed.

Pros: We can't say enough about Wunderlist. It works so well, especially with assigning tasks. We can have people in different departments view the same task and work on it together. The ability to share documents has come in handy more times than I can count. Yes, you can use Dropbox or Google Drive, but to have it all within the app is much more convenient, especially when you can assign the document to a specific task. The cloud feature and the mobile apps are also great, so that we can access our tasks and documents everywhere.

Cons: The only cons we've found are the inability to see past a week in terms of to-do tasks, and the fact that past tasks disappear when you mark them finished. These are minor cons and would not affect most of our normal use.

Pros: Wunderlist is my life. It's the first thing I open when I get to work in the morning (I actually have it set as my browser homepage, so it opens right up) and the last thing I look at before I leave for the day. Nothing gets done unless I type it into Wunderlist. I love the infinite number of categories, the drag-and-drop ease of moving a task from one category to another or from one day to the next, the ability to flag tasks as important, and the inbox, daily, weekly and category views.

Cons: I use the "star" system to denote tasks I can accomplish immediately without waiting for a colleague's input or data. It works well enough, but I would like to see different colors of flags/stars to have an easier visual sorting of different task priorities, categories, etc.

Pros: I love Wunderlist because it's a super simple tool that can go from just a bullet-point style, jotted list to a fully detailed to-do list with notes, timescales, links, multiple contributors and reminders. Plus, it can all be accessed from anywhere on a myriad of devices. Great for working with others on a project and keeping tabs on progress of who's done what.

Cons: As I always have it open on a pinned tab on my work machine, it can get a little flustered when it's opened and can need a refresh, but some of the blame could lay with the browser on that front.

Overall: Wunderlist has kept me on the straight and narrow since it's early days as a Berlin startup in 2011. It helps me keep track of a busy to-do work life that without it, I'd surely got lost and in a fluster. It's an essential, everyday tool for streamlining your workflow.

Pros: Wunderlist allows me to make tons of lists to organize my ideas, to-dos, work, and personal items. It comes with reminders/notifications to help remind me.

It syncs seamlessly through different devices (iPhone, Android, Mac, and Windows). And also accessible via web.

It is a thing of beauty. Several themes/backgrounds can be set as one likes.

Cons: It does not fully work using the "Getting Things Done" principle but one can setup different lists to approximate it.

Overall: Wunderlist is indeed a wonder! The free version should work well and enough for most user. It has helped me organize my life, ideas, and to-dos, in a flexible platform of lists which can be setup with reminders.

Creating and updating lists from anywhere (desktop or on-the-go via smartphone) is possible via the seamless sync across all popular devices.

Comments: I would recommend this easy to use application to everyone looking for a simple yet efficient to-do list as I've already recommended it to many of my friends/colleagues.

Pros: It is User-friendly and quick to learn software. (both in your Laptop and your Phone) Your phone and your desktop tasklist will be synced as soon as you connect to the internet. You can easily create and assign tasks, subtasks and set a date/reminder. You can make notes about the tasks you are making for yourself or the task you are assigning. Most importantly you can add any kind of file you need for the task just with a click.

Cons: I can't call it a con, but It would be better If I could export my lists in a .pdf or .pptx format. or have a simple Gantt chart of them so I can add some other details too.

Pros: Wunderlist makes it easier to interact within task lists and keeping superiors and coworkers up to date on task completion.

- Comments are available within tasks

- Those within a task are alerted when a comment has been posted or a task has been completed

- Subtasks are enabled within tasks

Cons: Searching for archives, or completed tasks is not as easy to do in Wunderlist as it is in other softwares.

- Search feature is not as developed

Overall: Overall Wunderlist is great for task management. It won't allow the kind of collaboration a project may need, like voting, document uploading that is easy to manage, etc. But it is a great tool to manage those who primarily work in tasks. It makes it easier to keep people involved and in the loop without sending lots of emails of clogging up platforms for bigger projects.

Easy to quickly see starred and due soon items from all lists combined. Can attach files to tasks and make sub-tasks with checkboxes. Notes and Comments sections. Reminder options.

Cons: Had to create my own Archived folder to get old lists out of the way but hate seeing it sitting there. Would like an archive/hide option from Wunderlist. Honestly, can't think of much else! It's great.

I switched to another solution because of the future discontinuation of one of the best task management app out there. Simply the best option with all the features you would dream of for free!

Cons: Since Microsoft bought the app, it will be terminated soon. Needed to switch to another one to be sable to keep up with my tasks and the work tasks. Pros: My most favorite thing about Wunderlist is the ease of use. The usage of the application is so straight forward and comfortable. There is no learning curve required. It encourages you to get more done.

Another awesome thing about Wunderlist is the functionality for reminder that helps make sure you don't forget any important task you need to get done for the day.

My favorite thing about Wunderlist is the ability to send out a to-do list to someone else via email, What-sap, and other applications. I find this feature very cool.

Cons: For now, I am quite satisfied with Wunderlist. I can't think of any challenge I have had with the app.

Overall: Wunderlist is helping me get more done in day. Before Wunderlist, I used to forget some activities that I needed done in a day. Nawadays I feel more productive and in better control of my time.

Pros: The platform is simple - you just create checklists. I use this to keep track of all work that needs to be done (project management). You can also add other people to lists if you want to manage your employees. Honestly, this is the best project management tool I've used because of how simple it is. I've tried Asana, Basecamp, and Trello but I prefer the simplicity of Wunderlist.

Cons: There really aren't many cons. The power of this tool is in the simplicity. If I were to add features, they would be integrations with third party tools.

Overall: I use Wunderlist to manage day-to-day business activities. Nothing beats the simplicity of a checklist. It's great for freelancers or small business owners who want to manage projects and activities with ease.

Pros: The ability to create tasks, assign tasks and see when they are completed is amazing. It is so simple that I can add team members and not spend too much time orienting them. Pros: Wunderlist is a solid and simple way to make sure that you get your tasks done, and nothing falls through the cracks. It's simple to use, and doesn't include unnecessary features, which is a refreshing change from many basic To-Do management programs. One of the things I like most about Wunderlist, is their Mobile app. It's true to the desktop UI, features, and is designed extremely well for mobile devices!

If you're looking for a simple and super-efficient Task Management app, especially for mobile, I highly recommend Wunderlist!

Cons: They got bought by Microsoft a year or two ago, and I believe may be discontinuing support and development in favor of another Miscrosoft product (which doesn't work nearly as well as Wunderlist). I'm hoping that since they have so many satisfied users, they will end up continuing ongoing development for Wunderlist!

Overall: I've been using Wonderlist for a few years, usually to save Tasks and To-Do's that come to my mind, so that I don't forget. It's great for that, setting dates on items, and being able to drag-and-drop to re-prioritize.

Pros: I used Wanderlust a couple years ago and stopped for some reason. Recently, I came across it and have started using it again. It is simple to use, it is cross-platform- so I have it on all my devices and it syncs automatically. You can now share your reminders with others, these are all new features and they are great.

Cons: I never seem to see the reminder alarms from Wanderlust. So thus far, I don't really trust that I will be reminded of anything. Because I like the simplicity and straightforward design of the app, it still makes me feel organized and I am still using it as a back up, in the hopes that I will begin to see the alarms and my reminders somehow in the future.

Pros: I think in lists, and I work in lists. Sometimes I like writing these out because I'm a tactile person, but often it's just easier to keep them digitally, so that I can have them whenever needed, and so they can sync across devices. There are a ton of apps out there to do this, but Wunderlist is easily the best. It's easy to use, comprehensive enough without being overwhelming, aesthetically pleasing, and effective.

You can have different lists, priorities, assign tasks, organize by folders, set reminders, etc.

Cons: I don't really know what you'd like about this software. I guess if you were going into it with dreams of a more heavy hitting feature list, this might not satisfy that. It's not going to compete with power project management tools. But if you know what you're looking for and what you're looking for is a simple, clean, list keeping app, I don't think there's much to dislike here.

Overall: It's just great to keep things organized, share lists with your team, and keep the work moving.

Pros: Simple use. Primarily use it on my iPhone. I like the ability to create multiple list. The share function is a nice piece as well. My primary use for this is to setup recurring reminders for tracking bills. There are multiple apps that do this well, but I like having all my list in one place.

Cons: It's hard to identify cons on this app. If anything, the recurring items don't sort to date when I check off complete. In better explanation when I check that a bill is paid (may 1) the June 1 due date doesn't drop down into date order but it just shows up at the top of the list which requires me then to manually move it to the correct spot. Minor issue overall.

Pros: The option for making task lists and clubbing the similar ones into one folder, Option to star mark the important to do's which automatically gets into the starred folder, Sharing the task list over email with friends/collegues

Cons: By mistake, if a task is ticked as done, it goes in the completed list, which then to find is a painful task. The team can add a feature to show completed task with timelines.

Overall: Its an amazing to do app with many features in free version - which makes it best for college students in India and corporate professionals as Indian's usually dont have the habit of making to do's.

I would like personally, if this app can create awareness among India and make people more productive then they already are.

If you're a list taker, you need this app.

Pros: A friend introduced this to me because they know I'm an avid list maker. This app allows me to have a list for everything. Not only that, but a smartly designed list that I can share with others. I have master lists, sub lists, lists for certain dates, etc. and I am able to easily access and manage them all within the app. I'm also able to set recurring reminders for important tasks, deadlines, etc. Basically, if you're not using a list making app right now I would suggest this one over others.

Cons: I can share my lists with others but they cannot collaborate on the lists. Which for me, is not an issue but for some this may be a deal breaker.

Pros: I use this software all the time. I use it for both personal and business purposes. On a personal level, I use this to keep lists (groceries, errands, etc.). For a business level, I have shared work to-dos that my team and I use to ensure we complete the various deliverables our manager has assigned to our team. It helps us stay in sync with each other even when one of us is not working at the same time as the other. You can access the wunderlists anywhere.

Cons: From a functionality perspective, the software is great. I just with the customizability of the software was better so I could make the lists look more aesthetic.

Pros: I love that I can share my list with others and that there are recurring items. I like the feature of folders.

Cons: I wish that when I re-organized lists into folders that this re-ordering would occur globally (in the place where it is shared). Currently, when I reorganized my list into folders, then need to go to each account where the list is shared and rearrange. Too many reminders. Reminder is the default. It seems like no reminder should be the default and you could set one if you wanted one. If you put a date into the title of your task/item, it quickly disappears, likely put on a calendar somewhere.

Overall: I am able to accomplish a tremendous amount because of the software.

Pros: Wunderlist can be used both as a daily task checklist and to plan for special events such as vacations and conferences. It also has a reminder system that is very handy if you tend to forget appointments or other out-of-the-ordinary incidents. It can be used on multiple devices including smartphones, computers, and tablets.

Cons: It can be a little unwieldy to navigate at first because of all the functions, but it was fairly easy to use once I got the hang of it. Sometimes there is a lag syncing between various devices.

Overall: I have used this to manage both personal and professional tasks. I work two jobs, one self-driven, and I also am a parent managing a household, so as you can imagine, my to-do list is long and complex, so Wunderlist has been very helpful. I have never used the collaborative aspect of the software, but I can imagine that it's handy as well.

Pros: I love the ability to create various lists/channels, and then have separate to-do lists within each one. Love that I can add due dates but that isn't required, and can have reminders for those due dates but also that isn't required. I also like having an at-a-glance look at my week's to-dos with deadlines across all of my various channels/lists. I like that I can go back to look at my checked-off items too; helps me in creating my reports of what I accomplished that week. Oh, and I love that I can have shared or collaborative lists with others on my team at work!

Cons: I don't know that much is coming to mind.

All the remainders in one place for the whole family because of which everybody is upto date. Never missed any payments with the Wunderlist remainders. Favorite cooking recipes from the web are stored directly in the app which helps with the meal planning as well.

Cons: The only problem i have faced so far is while printing sometimes the applications hangs.

Pros: It is very easy to create Lists, and add To-Do's to them. You can be up and running very quickly by creating your own custom lists and adding To-Do items to each of them. I like that the To-Do's disappear immediately when they are checked. It is a little satisfying feeling that adds to the satisfaction of completing a task.

Cons: The note taking feature with-in the To-Do items could be more robust. It seems like an add-on item of little importance, and takes several clicks to get into. I find myself using it often and would like to see it more easily accessible.

Overall: I use Wunderlist to keep my daily tasks before me in the Inbox, and I create custom to-do lists for other projects. I even use it as a note taking app in a pinch. Apparently it is being replaced by Microsoft To-Do in the future. I hope it's as good as Wunderlist.

Pros: The application works with a simple procedure. Creating an account in it is very simple. One could get into it using Gmail or Facebook accounts. One could set time and due dates systematically in it. Reminders are also provided. There is also a provision to share your to-do lists. Also, it syncs very well with multiple devices. The design is very simple and easy to understand. Since one can make folders in it, it helps to sort things out in a better way. The support team is very helpful in solving any issues. Whichever task is completed, it could be marked and set aside.

Cons: Since there are a lot of folders and invoices present, it gets chaotic. There should be some way such that the tasks can be arranged chronologically at least.

Pros: - Really great functionality, you can really customize your lists exactly as you like them

- Interface looks clean, despite that there is a lot of information contained on it

- Compatibility across platforms

- Sub-task is a great label, makes larger tasks seem less overwhelming

- Slack integration works incredibly well

Cons: - Would really like to be able to add images and files to a list via drag-and-drop, rather than having to select from folder.

- The online FAQ would benefit from containing more pictures and screenshots to show users how to complete certain tasks.

Overall: This was the only non-IOS task-manager I found that could persuade me away from a pen-and-paper schedule book, which I used to be a big advocate of! Really allows you to simplify task management and make big tasks more manageable.

Pros: Wunderlist is a phenomenal productivity tool that encompasses tracking meetings, appointments, deadlines, to-do lists, and other miscellaneous reminders. Cons: The only comment that I have for improvement is that I wish the app had new background/theme layouts available to use.

Pros: It is very efficient to have it in different devices, very interesting to be able to share the lists of tasks to colleagues to organize a specific work day based on assigned tasks, that way the project is executed in an accurate and orderly manner, I like the simple to access the creation of folders to assign tasks and also receive notifications is very useful.

Cons: The most efficient options are only available in Wunderlist Pro, the tools to share the work lists to colleagues and start a chat to talk about the content can improve and be more dynamic and flexible, they should be able to interlace tasks for the software to manage Intelligently the execution times and do not coincide in that way the software will be much more powerful.

Pros: Tasks and note taking apps are all over the web and on mobile world, but Wunderlists has a pretty good set of options that I have not found on other apps. First of all the posibility of tasks editing directly on your phone or tables, editing online and even downloading the desktop app for full crossplatform productivity. Secondly the posibility of adding tasks and subtasks easily and fast. Thirdly, the ability of tasks duplication that can save tons of time in repeatitive tasks.

Cons: That my mobile plan does not have this app as a free service, but data transfer is quite low.

Overall: Sharing task lists used to be a burden and now we can really work on team projects with specific set times and tasks completion without the use of emails o phone messages.

Pros: I love this app because it helps you color code and prioritize your to do list from the most important and the least important. This application allows you to make special notes on each task that will help you set unique goals and update them as you go. I love how you can set up due dates for any and all goals. You can put specialized emojis like exclamation points, stars and other symbols to help you codify which tasks are the most or the least important. You can view your to-do list from the daily or weekly inbox view to get the whole gestalt of what you're time will be like. Wunderlist can also email you your task list to help keep you on track if you're not directly in the app.

Cons: Some features that I would like are on the premium addition of this software. I currently use the free version. I wish some of the premium features were available in the free version.

Overall: I'm a task completer, always wanting to stay on top of all the things I have to do. It has helped me so that my mind doesn't wander off and I can stay on task.

Pros: I really like how this productivity to do list app saves in the cloud and can be updated on both my phone while I'm on the go or on my computer when I'm at work. The share list feature is also very helpful when you're coordinating with others, for example, grocery shopping. Or if you want to keep a running to watch list of movies with your friends and family.

Cons: The UI is clunky and is pretty basic feature-wise. It does everything I need as a task manager, but it could be useful if it were integrated with some other programs like calendar and expense managers.

Overall: I often recommend Wunderlist to friends who are looking for a more effective system for tracking their tasks. It's been a huge help to my everyday productivity and sanity.

Pros: I love the cloud based approach Wunderlist takes to organization and working productivity. I utilize it frequently to share to-do lists with my department heads so everyone is aware what tasks need to be done and who is responsible for them. It's a great addition to more formal project management tools like Gantt charts.

Cons: I wish the background image allowed customization. Otherwise, the software works great and I have no other complaints.

Overall: Wunderlist increases my productivity and helps keep my teams accountable for their projects. The ability to keep everyone on the same page when managing multiple teams is key and Wunderlist allows easy access to do so. Its handy to have the cloud sync the desktop application with my smart devices so the task lists follow wherever I go.

Pros: I have deleted plenty of apps from my phone when I needed to clear up more space, but never Wunderlist. :) I have so many lists stored: groceries, date ideas, to-do lists, meals, activities for my kids, ideas for free time, movies to watch, etc. If you're a fellow list-lover, you will love this app. Easy to create a new list, and check items off your list (or re-check them if you mark them off by accident). I have it open at the grocery store and check things off as I add them to my cart. Android's talk to text feature works with the app, so I've used that to make a fast and quick grocery list with one click ("Add") between each item. You can set reminders and tasks to notify you of due dates, etc.

Cons: This is a minor dislike: I always click the round blue plus sign button when I want to create a new list, but that actually adds an item to an existing list.

Invite team members to your list and get live updates when aspects of your project have been checked off. Keep notes about your projects, attach tasks to your google calendar, assign team members to tasks, and more. Wunderlist is simple, but powerful.

Cons: Its simplicity is its strong suit, but also the weakest part of it. This is certainly better for small team projects or personal to-do lists. If you're apart of a larger organization: you may want to seek out an application with higher functionality.

Pros: Wunderlist is an awesome ToDo List manager. The biggest plus points are the varieties of different lists that you can manage and the subtasks for each of the taks that you can add. The UI is very very easy to use even for those who aren't very tech savvy. But I think the allocation of tasks to your team mates and the sharing of the to-do lists, is where Wunderlist really shines through. Each of the persons that you share with will easily be able to see the status of the tasks real time. You can even set a date and time reminder for each of the to-dos.

Cons: No cons...it's so amazing using Wunderlist. But if I have to put it .... Maybe a wider choice of background images would do.

Overall: Managing tasks for our Organization has been awesome with this app. The fact that it is platform independent is another big plus. So I can share the lists with anyone without thinking twice about the Kind of OS their device is using.

Pros: I've searched through a lot of to-do list apps and this one still remains my go-to. It's simple, easy to figure out and to use, offers enough features to be beefy without so many that it becomes cumbersome, and it allows you to share tasks with others as well.

Cons: One of the only and yet biggest issues I've had with Wunderlist is the way in which it insists on keeping tasks to a single line. When a task's description goes long it just keeps moving over but becomes out of sight when you try to quickly scroll through your list.

Pros: Supported on all the platforms, no matter where I switch to. Whether it's my iphone or chromebook or windows virtual machine, wunderlist syncs across all platforms without any issues. Integration with dropbox makes it easier to avoid some duplication. Best todo, notes app I can recommend at a great price.

Cons: Very rarely sync issues, I've to logout and login again to get the latest notes. Other than that I'm pretty satisfied from long time.

Overall: Wunderlist is there from long time and still provides one of the best experience at great price.

Pros: On the one hand, Wunderlist is very simple and easy to use, there is no configuration needed, at a glance you know how does it work. On the other hand, there are a lot of features (free!) that makes this tool complex enough to conduct simple projects, make notes, subtasks and so on.

Cons: I would love a software that is as easy to use as Wunderlist and also complex enough to conduct processes involving more people. Wunderlist has no timeline or kanban board so it is impossible to plan projects in it. You have to plan projects and do Gantt Charts in one software and then move tasks to Wunderlist.

Overall: It is in my opinion better than Todoist and I really loved Todoist so kudos to Wunderlist team!

Pros: The wonderful user interface makes it easy to create new lists and add items on. You can also add details and sub-items, as well reminders, due dates, files, and comments - so you can be as organized as you'd like. The three best features are: 1) google chrome extension means I can add to my lists anytime on my desktop while on sites, 2) ability to share and collaborate on lists with other users, and 3) ability to organize lists into folders. There is also the option to customize the background on your lists to give a fun personal vibe.

Cons: It'd be nice to have a way to further organize items within a list by categories that we can self assign.

Pros: There were many options for list software on mobile and needed to find one that was easy to use and easy to maintain for tasks / to do items. Wanderlist is great for keeping track of all items, large and small, one-off or recurring. Easily able to see what is coming up on my phone and make sure I don't miss anything.

Cons: After getting an Amazon Echo, I found out that Wunderlist didn't have a clean way to integrate. They may be coming out with something as it was fairly new, but at the time it would not connect.

I wouldn't get anything done without it!

Pros: The best thing about Wunderlist is collaborative lists. You can edit lists with others, meaning I can make a packing list for a conference, then my coworker can look it over and add/subtract items based on our inventory. I can also add reminders, sub-tasks, and links as tasks. I love that you can add items to your to-do list through the "share" option on a smartphone--no more forgetting little things!

Cons: I wish you could set up recurring tasks, rather than separately creating multiple reminders.

Comments: I used Wunderlist for a couple years at a job and loved it. Now I use a competitor which I chose simply because of aesthetics - but would quickly return to Wunderlist without hesitation.

Pros: What I like most about this product is that it does not put any obstacles in the way of you and your lists. Just go to the site, type in your stuffs, cross off your stuffs. There is functionality beyond that, but the barrier to entry/use is nonexistant.

Cons: No true cons for this product - I'll just say that personally the aesthetics weren't perfect for me.

Pros: Wunderlist is laid out simply, and is beautifully intuitive. It's very easy to quickly input tasks, categorize them, and assign reminders and due dates. The "Today" section increases my productivity by keeping the most urgent tasks in front of me, ensuring I meet important deadlines.

Cons: This software excels as a simple, no frills task manager so there might not be as many available features as some other to-do list apps. The interface is a bit basic, and the included background options are fairly limited.

Pros: I love that Wunderlist allows you to share lists with other users. Although I use Wunderlist at work, my wife and I use it at home for various things like grocery lists, to do lists, etc. Super helpful!

Cons: I'd really love to see more features like chat, file upload/download. Other than that, it is a great product.

Overall: I was introduced to Wunderlist several years ago at a previous job and have used it since in new roles-even as my own personal task list. I use a couple of different project management programs, but always run Wunderlist as well.

Cons: Wunderlist has never not worked for me. If I HAD to say something negative, I would say that I wish it had more of a sleek look. This being the only complaint I have, I think that's not too shabby!

Pros: The greatest thing about Wunderlist it's how easy it is to use, and how often you will keep using it,

It's cross platform (works on IOS android, web, windows 10 etc) making it really easy to use on all of your devices, regardless the operating system.

It has a really clean interface, you can use it for all of your notes/ lists etc.

Cons: It seems to me that Wunderlist doesn't has many features other todo apps has,

I wish they would make it more up to date regarding it's competitors.

Pros: Being a cross-platform software, I love how easy it is to share activities and memos with other colleagues or friends. Also, the UI is simple, effective and very intuitive.

Cons: After the acquisition by Microsoft and their decision to discontinue it, there is no more support or addition of new features.

Overall: I use it daily, wherever I am, to take notes, memos and to share activities with other users. My main use is on mobile Apple devices and the user interface is so simple and intuitive that I have still not found any valid alternative to it.

Pros: It's very lightweight to use, with an uncluttered user interface. I can quickly add a task and rearrange the order of tasks by dragging and dropping. The mobile app works smoothly so I can easily access my to-do lists while being away from my desk.

Cons: I'm not able to assign subtasks to people, or set individual due dates for them, so Wunderlist is more for personal use rather than for complex collaboration in the business context. There is also no way to add a "priority level" for each task.

Pros: I love the ease of use of this app. The UI is beautiful, clean and not as cluttered as the previous to-do app I was using.

After adding a task, I usually return to add notes later on. This is very nicely done by Wunderlist.

Wunderlist syncs my tasks across devices and makes sure I can access them on whatever device I'm using.

Cons: Though Wunderlist syncs across my devices, I've noticed that this doesn't happen instantly. Rather, synced tasks take a while to show up.

Wunderlist keeps your to-do's synced across all platforms and helps your team stay organized.

Pros: It is free software, yet packed with features. I liked the ability to have sub-tasks, the mobile app, and the ability to change backgrounds.

Cons: It was frustrating to open a dedicated task manager. I would have preferred more integration into my email provider or desktop OS.

Overall: Wunderlist is an excellent dedicated task manager, with many features that were useful for me, including sub-tasks, shared tasks, reminders, and a great mobile app. However, I eventually stopped using it as I wanted something more integrated with my email system.

Pros: The collaboration features are hands down the difference maker. Being able to share lists and assign individual tasks helps us stay on top of complex projects with lots of people working on them. I also love that it's cross-platform and is accessible online.

Pros: This is a simple app to use, with no bells or whistles. It took me just a few moments to learn how to use it, and I've been consistently using it for over a year now and have completed over a thousand to-dos on it. I also appreciate its ability to sync between devices.

Cons: My sense is that I could be doing much more with the app - with its use of folders and the inbox, but I feel like I'm own my own with figuring out how to. There just don't seem to be many tutorials or features for customization on it.

Overall: Overall, it's been positive. While there are many to-do managers out there - this app has done it's job fine and I feel no need to look into any others.

Pros: Wunderlist has helped me to be better organized. Because its on a mobile platform I can take my checklists anywhere I go. I can break them up by categories and have multiple lists going at the same time. It gives me the ability to ad subtasks and create deadlines for things to get done which keeps me focused and on track. Awesome application I think everyone needs to have on their phones and computers.

Cons: Honestly nothing! The only con is that I don't know how to use it to its full potential yet, but I'm working on that.

Overall: Keeps me organized, helps me to see what I need to do and by when, enables me to assign tasks to others.

Pros: I use Wunderlist every day. I put almost all of my ToDos into it, so I never forget what is important for me to do. I even put my groceries lists in it. In comparison to other list apps that I checked out I like the push notification most, so I never forget any ToDo.

Cons: Wunderlist isn't supported officially anymore. I think it was bought by Microsoft and transferred into one of their ToDo apps. I checked that out for a while but I like Wunderlist the most still
