Ogni volta bisogna ricordarsi al caricamento delle e- mail di sovrascrivere tutto. Bisogna stare attenti se si hanno delle campagne in contemporanea con gli stessi soggetti perché sovrascrivendo si cambia il filtro di invio.

Die SBB hat einen zuverlässigen unternehmensweiten Mail-Versand.

Solide Auswertungen. Warum darf ich nicht absenden? Zu wenig Informationen hier?

\- Es gibt KEINERLEI Offline-Mode - d.h. Inxmail übersteht nicht mal einen kurze Wackler der Verbindung z.B. unterwegs (Wiederherstellen der Verbindung klappt so gut wie nie - Es werden keinerlei Ansichten gespeichert, wenn z.B. von HOME in "Globale Einstellungen" gewechselt wird + Z.B. richte ich einen Benutzer ein und schaue dann nach in welchen Listen sie / er Zugriff benötigt - Fokus auf Eintrag geht verloren + Allgemein: Die Auswahl eines Eintrages geht immer verloren, wenn zwischen "Cockpit" "Berichte" "Globale Einstellungen" gewechselt wird + Dies beschränkt sicher aber nicht auf die Hauptkategorieen der Oberfläche - Es können keine Empfängerlisten importiert werden, wenn nicht die (lächeriche) Tracking-Permission abgeschaltet wird + Ihr mögt Stolz auf sowas sein + Aber alles ausser einer Checkbox ist bewusster Sand im Getriebe

Die Menüstruktur und die Verteilerpflege ist hervorragend. Die Mailings sehen super aus und erzielen gute Ergebnisse.

Cons

Der Editor ist gut, aber verbesserungsfähig. Wir arbeiten zusätzlich mit HTML-Elementen, die unsere Agentur entwickelt hat. Das Verschieben von Elementen im Editor könnte einfacher sein.

Pros

Es ist für viele Nutzer gleichzeitig verwendbar und arbeitet vergleichsweise gut mit Dymatrix zusammen.

Cons

Ordernhierarchieren sind nicht vorgesehen, so dass auch ein Archiv nur sehr unübersichltich möglich ist. Der Support ist leider wenig zufriedenstellend, da man offenbar das Programm auf Entwickler-Niveau beherrschen muss, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation und fehlerfreie Projekte zu ermöglichen.

Ich habe von einem Konkurrenzprodukt auf Inxmail wechseln müssen und nutze die Software seit ca. 14 Monaten. Auch wenn kein Support-/Wartungsvertrag mit Inxmail besteht, darf mMn Inxmail die erwähnte, völlig veraltete Benutzervorlage nicht akzeptieren. Jede Benutzervorlage müsste von Inxmail geprüft und freigegeben werden, damit es solche Arbeitsweisen von Vornherein nicht geben kann.

Pros

Viele Funktionen der Software. Umfangreiche Berichte und Statistiken zu versandten Mailings.

Cons

Die Software ist im Vergleich zu Konkurrenzprodukten (mit ähnlichem Funktionsumfang) relativ schwierig zu bedienen. Um einen Artikel im Newsletter hinzuzufügen, zu löschen oder zu verschieben müssen wir den HTML-Code des Templates bearbeiten.

geniale Anbindung an unser Berechtigungssystem damit wir zielgerecht User informieren können

Features sind nicht intuitiv erkennbar, wenn man einige Zeit nicht mehr damit arbeitet braucht man Hilfe. Der Support geht nicht auf unsere Wünsche ein - Warum können wir als Anwender nicht über das hardbouncing entscheiden, das ist nicht akzeptabel. Bei jedem Import von Userdaten über Excel muss eine neue Liste erstellt werden, was mühsam ist - besser wäre eine Gruppe zu erstellen und diese dann den einzelnen Listen zuweisen kann

Wir kommen allgemein mit der Software sehr gut zurecht. Auch der Kundensupport ist super, einem wird schnell und unkompliziert weitergeholfen. Wir versenden seit dem Einsatz von INXMal wesentlich mehr Mailings.

Pros

INXMail ist sehr strukturiert aufgebaut und benutzerfreundlich, auch die Verwaltung von Kundendaten ist einfach und unkompliziert.

Cons

Die Schnittstelle mit unserem CRM-System läuft noch nicht optimal. Das liegt aber eher an dem CRM-Tool, bei INXMail hat der Support immer gut geklappt.
