### "The best voice system so far"

Jive support is great if you need help with anything.

Pros

I like the ease of use with the new dashboard, being able to drag and drop users and where calls go to.

Cons

It can get a little confusing with the naming differences of users, numbers, lines, etc.

Generally works very well, but wish problems were easier to fix on my own.

Pros

The app was much easier to use than I expected. Haven't always had the easiest time using Jive so I was wary, but the app worked well.

Cons

Glitches when trying to switch from a different login, I was also not able to manage the logins myself very well. Seemed like I always had to call Jive to change something for me.

Some customer service reps know exactly how to fix your issues and some take up time and can't help/don't sufficiently understand your question.

Pros

This software has significantly improved our phone system! We are able to have multiple users, text with customers, and turn off call forwarding for employees during days off. We tried numerous other services and this one is has been wonderful! Customer service is on top of any questions we had. They helped make the transition from another business to Jive very smooth! I would highly recommend Jive!

Cons

I honestly do not have a con to list. This software has served all of our needs.

We will be getting rid of our office space soon and working fully remote because of this software.

Pros

This has allowed us to work remotely and still have access to any calls that come in. I have a phone at my desk and can also use the app on my cell phone when I'm away.

Cons

Occasionally the app won't ring when a call comes in. Usually this is solved by reinstalling the app though.

Cost savings, ability to use our existing VOIP phones, Call recording feature.

Pros

Call recording and the ability to have the recordings go directly to our AWS S3 bucket. Easy Dial Tree setup to have calls go where they need to.

Cons

There is not much that I do not like. Maybe that the soft phone feature's connectivity is sparse, but that could be because of my cell phone provider or the WiFi connection.

We wanted a simple way to lower monthly bills with flexibility to have mobile offices

Pros

Ability to link phones across different buildings and cell phones. Voicemail to email.

Cons

It can get complicated to set up a dial plan but customer service is always helpful. Know what you want it to be able to do so you can get it set up the way you want from the beginning.

Pros

This software is very easy to implement and use. I would definitely recommend it with high honors!!!

Cons

I haven't experienced any cons yet while using this product. If anything changes in the way we use it, I'd be happy to share at a later time.

Overall a good system that is constantly improving and i can definitely tell.

Pros

The user interface is really easy to use. There were some confusing aspects with some settings back in the beta, but they have since been fixed

Cons

The administration side of using the system can be very difficult and because of this, it is easy to wrongly configure someone's phone

Pros

Jive phone system is packed with useful features. The back-end phone system is easy to manage on my own. It is reliable service and makes running my business easier.

Cons

I wish that add-on lines were less expensive. You must be sure to have adequate upload bandwidth or you will have problems, but this is common with all VOIP.

We had used the software to direct the right call to the right associate (based on their knowledge of the case or their specialization). It was quick and easy, even when directing calls to different parts of the country.

Pros

It's an innovative and easy to set up a way to create workflows to direct calls to the right sales or support team, based on requirements, dedicated associates or expertise

Cons

There have been issues with the phone app with lags and inefficient call-diversion (while on the move).

Ease of use with excellent technical support. Long list of features and customization options including call trees and branching calls from the VoIP system to cellular to Jive app on mobile devices.

Pros

Full feature list for call center and business phone tree setup. Covers all of the major needs for a typical business with additional features that compare to major providers.

Cons

Ability to connect into Omni-Channel for SalesForce Lightning. We use SalesForce Lightning for support and sales - Having an integration option would dramatically increase the value of Jive.

Ease of logging call history with CRM integration.

Pros

Once set up, with wonderful onboarding assistance, the system has been on autopilot! The few times I have needed support, the assistance was great!

Cons

I don't have anything I don't like about the experience related to Jive. Our only issue has been with our router which is owned by our internet service provider. Unfortunately updates reset some configurations. I'm looking into a Jive provided router to alleviate this uncommon but nonetheless annoying INTERNET PROVIDER issue.

Pros

The back end on the internet is the easiest way to make changes. Love its flexibility and ease of use on editing the dial plans and setting up users, phone numbers, where they go and routing calls. It couldn't be easier!

Cons

The phone mobile app needs work and improvement. Calls dont always go out or in. To use mobile app sometimes its easier to turn wifi off, but then you dont have cell service. Otherwise you start wifi then when wifi is out of range the call drops.

Overall love the product.

Pros

We love the features and functionality. as well as the ease of use. We were able to quickly setup and get our system rolling

Cons

The only Con is the customer support. I had an instance where our phones were down 4 days, and I was passed from one tech to another over the 4 day period with over 20 phone calls to get the issue resolved.

We have auto attendant but also want customers to have the option of speaking to a live person. We can have the person press 0 and it will ring at as many phones as you like so even though the receptionist is on the phone it will ring to 6 other people and if they don't answer it goes back to the receptionist. So always a live person to answer if needed. This solved a huge problem for us and not having that option before.

Pros

I like that you can customize it to do almost anything that you want. It has great flexibility and we as an organization have control on how we want to use it.

Cons

Our last system would notify our receptionist if someone was calling 911 within our organization with a distinctive ring and then they were able to pick up and listen in to the call right away and know what the issue was and where. It is good that key people do get a email however we do miss the old option we had.
