### "Jive itself is great. Love the functions and customer support."

Phone on the go.

Pros

I love being able to answer the phone anywhere with the app. Jive has fabulous features and great sound quality. I have a had great experiences with customer service!

Cons

It is depends on your internet speed. So if you don't have great internet then your experience could be less than perfect.

Pros

Really great mobile integration to make for a seamless transition from your work location to transit/home. This helps us stay connected, manage contacts and most importantly save money. GUI is very intuitive and quick to learn.

Cons

Our internet service provider has been unreliable over the past year - this caused some connectivity issues and impacted the overall satisfaction with this approach. However, the Jive team is always helpful in these situations.

Pros

It was reasonably priced, and was reliable

Cons

Jive was the worst decision we could have ever made as a company. They are dishonest, rude, and tried to double bill us at the end. Seems like it's run out of someone's basement. Trying to discontinue service with them is just about impossible. STAY AWAY!!

Pros

Ease of use and reliability, especially voicemail which if a call is not answered it goes to my cell phone and then if there is no response, it sends me a an email with the voicemail to listen too. The 3 way calling is also great.

Cons

Can't really think of anything! We do not have any issues or complaints with this software these past 3 years.

Its easy to access. I love it keeps me updated on conferences I need to attend and any changes that might have been made to the time. Its crystal clear, and its enjoyable to use.

The ability to work from home, control conference calls, and use many different avenues for communication.

Pros

The ease of use when changing schedules, adding voice prompts, and the conference bridges. Support staff are readily available and are quick to resolve issues with excellent follow up.

Cons

The app is sometimes problematic, will hang up randomly, gets strange when connecting to bluetooth in the car. Sometimes I have to restart my phone to get the app to work properly. Also, don't like the "Access my Contacts" screen being difficult to stop asking. Unfortunately I have to use my personal phone for work and do not want that to mingle with my work information.

i use the application to organize meetings with my staff, I like the ability to share meeting links by my team and ability to record meeting audio and video makes it better

Cons

the application takes a lot of time to load and in areas with poor networks it keeps on disconnecting which effects meeting to run as programed

Pros

The call routing is so easy to use. Just drag and drop the lines to map where you want the calls to go. Its actually kind of fun to set up.

Cons

No cons here... Great Product. I highly recommend using Jive!

Pros

Easy to use Quick and painless setup - user creation ,dial plan etc Gives the user the ability to control their Has more options than our preivous provider pbx which was freepbx

Cons

When someone calls a ring group and no one picks up we can't really see any detailed infomation without going to a 3rd party vendor or setting up a server to retain that infomation. We don't get a notification when we have been signed out of the Jive mobile app

Has been a great experience, one of my best decisions.

Pros

Not having any line limitations. If 100 people all call at the same time they will all go through without having to have 100 different phone lines and having to manage 100 different numbers.

Cons

Nothing with the software, the Polycom handset has some quirks that take some getting used to.

I have a phone system that works well, offers more functionality than could a traditional phone system and is fairly easy to use and tweak to my needs.

Pros

Seamless integration with existing network, easy interface, outstanding customer support. I like the way the various modules are arranged in the Admin section.

Cons

Really nothing to complain about, except being a little old and having a rough time getting this technology into my thinking.

Ease of use... new updates have helped drastically. The uptime has been very good. New web interface is rarely solid.

Cons

A few too many places to find things... would like it a bit more streamlined. For example changing users on a phone has several places to change instead of one place.

Pros

Having ONE application to interact with all employees AND customers. Video calling is without a doubt the best way to answer questions from customers when it comes to the visual aspect of construction. It allows us to assess the situation twice as fast and it puts our customers at ease. We use this application strictly for non intake customers. I cannot tell you how nice it is to not give out our personal cell phones or have them get tied up or put on hold in our old multi line phone.

Cons

Sometimes the call quality cuts out, which can be frustrating during service calls. Customer service can be a bit of a hassle as well.

Pros

With the pandemic affecting how we work day-to-day, this helps us stay up and running as our IT guy can remote into our systems without us having to visit the office. Game changer!

Cons

Nothing at this time that I dislike about this software. It has really made a difference in how we stay up and running.

easy to use, need almost no training, the support people are nice (even when take long time to resolve an issue)

Cons

support is low and take a long time, it´s being almost a month and I still don´t have answer for a invoice issue Hard to connect in long distance calls

Pros

We've used Jive VoIP for almost 6 years now and the voice quality is very consistent. Also, customer service is very helpful whenever we need them.

Cons

When moving across different offices the quality drops somewhat. I wish there were a way Jive could better control that.

Pros

Although we are early in the process, Jive has been working well and customer support and follow up is superb.

Cons

We had a complex conference AV system that required some card changes to talk to Jive's proprietary SIP platform.

Amazing. Communcations are so much smoother.

Pros

The dial plans. They are built with a simple drag and drop layout.

Cons

The mobile app (softphone) is a little glitchy, but they are always working on improving it. As of now, you don't have the ability to delete texts. We got hit company-wide by a stupid spam text advertising some really nasty stuff, but weren't able to delete them. They said that that should be enabled by 2019.

WE HAVE JIVE IN OUR TWO OFFICE'S CURRENTLY AND WE HAVE HAD IT FOR A LITTLE OVER SIX MONTHS NOW AND IT WORKS GREAT FOR US. I CAN TRANSFER CALLS BETWEEN OFFICES IN DIFFERENT CITIES!!!!!! JIVE HAS A TON OF FEATURES THAT WILL LEAVE YOU IMPRESSED JUST LIKE IT LEFT ME!

Cons

IT USES A LOT OF YOUR INTERNET BANDWIDTH IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF PHONES BUT YOU SHOULD STILL BE GOOD.

My experience with this company was probably the worst experience you could have with any company.

Pros

I didn't like a single thing about this company. The phones were delivered late, then the incorrect amount of phones, set up and assistance was non-existent. Out of the two dozen times I contacted them for help, the person on the other end of the line was of absolutely no assistance and was only interested in pimping out a high survey score. Every contact had a survey attached to it...no matter how small.

Cons

The support staff was, basically, useless. The fact that everything that could go wrong, did go wrong, meant that I was on my own. The staff was only interested in getting high scores on surveys that were sent to you after every single contact.
