### "I LOVE Jive Communications"

Before I switched to Jive, I was using another phone system. I loved them, but they weren't providing customer support. Customer support is a big thing for me. And, I think switching to Jive was the best thing I ever did for my company. I never want to leave Jive. One of their sales representatives Todd Stay made me want the phone system by convincing, but it was my type of convincing. And, then I got to work with this person named Karen Tribett who onboarded me, and she helped me so my onboarding. Then the best part is, I have the best support team here for me 24/7. The only thing about the support team is that I would have them fix more issues, and not have to wait for the dev team to fix the issues. That's it. Thank you for reading!

Pros

Customer support, simplicity of use, people to help you onboard, and most features out of any phone system for the best price.

Cons

The only thing that I saw is that I had to wait a long time for an issue to be fixed, and I can only fax 5-10 pages at a time.

Cons

customer service - you can wait long periods to speak with a representative. but once you do, they assist and remedy the issue pretty quickly

Pros

Easy navigation. You can find what you are looking for without a lot of digging.

Cons

There truly are no cons using this software. I have really tried to come up with something. Somebody, help me out!

Overall it has been great. There are lots of things you can do hat help save time and ensure you don’t miss client calls.

Pros

The app is my favourite part. I can make outbound calls from my extension and receive calls there too.

Cons

I wish it was easier to use. Maybe training options for the admin portal?

We have been able to easily route our call volume for the front desk. The easy to configure dial plans allow us to make changes immediately to distribute calls. The system is so easy to work with, we are able to adjust the system to our needs when and how we like.

Pros

Ease of Setup, web-based configuration, GUI Dial Plan config, No need for hardware onsite, Great Customer Service, Implementation was flawless for us.

Cons

The Jive App for iOS has been spotty, it works great but consistently logs users out. Could be a software setting. VoIP issues are present at times (chattering and vocal​ skipping), inconsistent on our network, but could be an issue for low bandwidth networks.

It is easy to add/delete and enter detailed information for employees. I love the fact that you can unplug your phone and move it without having to reset all codes and numbers in the phone.

Cons

There are a lot of functions on the website and sometimes it seems overwhelming but overall it's a great tool.

The only negative I can think of is that we have to rely on the local internet Company. Everything else has been great with the phone system

It worked as it was supposed to. Doesn’t offer more than zoom, I don’t know the pricing difference.

Pros

It is simple and always worked well. I use Zoom and have no reason to switch but have used Goto with other people and did a similar job.

Cons

Firs time i used it i found it less easy as I’m used to with Zoom. But you quickly get used to it and works fine after.

Pros

I like that any time I have a question I can call for help. Everyone I have talked to for help has been kind and helpful.

Cons

The phone itself is hard to navigate. I can't ever find missed calls. For example I have 5 missed calls right now and I can't find the numbers related to the missed calls.

I have had an overall great experience working with jive, from their sales team to their tech support.

Pros

Jive provides reliable service in both their products and customer support. Any time I have had to call their tech support, whether it was to change settings or order new devices, they are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The VOIP phones make moving offices and users incredibly easy.

Cons

In the 2 years I have used their products at work, we haven't had any problems arise that I would consider a con.

It is a good software it is easy to use, I like the fact that I can forward my office calls to a cell phone while I will be out of the office.

The way the voice mail is you never hear a number to get old messages if you have a new message you can get old messages if you have no new messages

I love how easy Jive is to use. If I need to make changes to my call flow, auto attendant, add/remove users I can within a matter of minutes versus sending tens of minutes on the phone with the other guys.

Cons

I love Jive, however, I wish that you could filter by extensions in the devices tab.

Pros

The fact that the software is customizable is extremely convenient. Each user is accustom to different settings which the software allows.

Cons

If the internet crashes we lose our phones too. We do a lot of business over the phone but I don't see any way around this.

I like how in general, pretty much every feature I would hope for is already in the product.

Cons

I'm not a fan of the admin console. Most of the time, I end up just calling into customer support, and they are always fantastic. I've used several other VoIP providers in the past and this admin console ranks sort of in the middle. I wish I could figure out more of the config changes myself instead of having to call into Support each time

Really have appreciated Jive and the service they provide. We had a very difficult time in the very beginning with the quality of service. But we determined that it was partially due to Brighthouse in our area and not Jive per se. We spent many hours trouble shooting the garbled and or "underwater" sound we were experiencing on phone calls....including dropped calls. The remedy finally was to add a separate Brighthouse cable line designated just for the VoIP phone system and it corrected the issue. Jive worked alongside us tirelessly to try to fix the issue on their end...but it wasn't their issue in the end. I would definitely recommend them if you are going with a VoIP system. The ease of their programming plus the innumerable options are superior.

Pros

The ease of programming and customer service.

Cons

We have to pay for two separate cable lines into the building to accommodate using 8 computer workstations and 8 phone systems simultaneously.
