Jive makes your small business seem like a large one and the setup is pretty easy. If you cant get it the customer support team is on their game and will totally help

The software is pretty user friendly. If you cant find your way around the customer support team is there to help

Cons

some of the options are multi menus and you have to kind of remember how to get there

Those of us who need to meet from various geographic locations in my field (across the state) have been using GoTo Meeting for years -- way before Zoom. It achieves similar results, is easy to use, and never has an issue connecting in my experience.

Pros

I have been using GoTo Meeting since long before the days of Zoom for group calls, etc. It's always worked well.

Cons

I have never used the advanced feathers; the basic features work nicely for my needs.

Make sure you have enough bandwidth and you are good to go!

Pros

This system has IVR voice recognition, call monitoring, recording, logging and routing. There is also a neat employee directory feature. User friendly easy to navigate and the support staff can usually answer all questions or resolve issues quickly.

Cons

The mobile app version is not as up to par as it can be but is a work in progress. The reporting system needs work, the reports are not as detailed as one would like but simple and clean.

Pros

I like the phone support. Representatives can talk you through everything and explain all your questions. They can also set up your phone line in the customized way you want it. You can put multiple people on hold. If anything doesn't make sense you can call anytime for support. I like all the features Jive has to offer for your line. You can add or remove features depending on your needs for phone service. They have capacity for voicemail and personalized voicemail setup.

Pros

Overall, it has been easy to transition to this system. The phones work much better than our previous ones. The customer service offered at the time of the transition was very helpful.

Cons

The automated voice when accessing the messages in our mailbox is unpleasant. Often when a wireless number calls in, it displays as "Wireless Caller" and does not display the phone number even though it is not a private number. The customer service process post-transition is a little lengthy; we sometimes call with quick questions and are required to refer to or create a new ticket, and then receive follow-up emails. This process would be more appropriate for more in-depth requests.

I like the quality of the image, the way you an interract with the speaker and how stable it is when there is no very good internet.

Cons

It hasn´t a great marketing, sometimes there some problems with the app on ios, it crashes a lot. And sometimes the panel aren´t very usefull

On an era where everything is on the go Jive is a great VOIP solution where you can use the phone thru a series of devices: computes, mobile devices and an actual brick and mortar phone at the office. So far soo good to stay mobile.

Does Not Work Well On Data - Works Best on Wifi Interface A Bit Outdated Number Porting Can Take up to 3 Weeks! Slight Delays - Most Likely Due To Data Issues (So Not Good If You're On The Good & Have Only Data Access)

This has been a welcome improvement over things like Google Voice. It allows for multiple users and phone extensions and the staying connected even when out of the office is a breeze!

Pros

I love how flexible the service is and that you can manage it from anywhere. The possibilities are endless when it comes to fulfilling your needs and routing your calls.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve in setting things up and navigating the management tools. Once you get the hang of it, it isn't too difficult.

We have not had problems with the communication so far, the sound is usually good. Over all good experience.

Cons

Customer Service is deficient, the texting feature does not support images. Images is verry important for our bussines and it has causes a lot of problems

Flexibility, easy to add and remove phones; easy for remote employees to setup.

Pros

The Jive software is EASY to use. You can figure things out yourself and if you cant you can easy get Jive to help.

Cons

It would be nice to have code dialing. One of the other business we own we charge our clients per minute. We have been asking for this function for a while now.

Pros

I telecommute part-time and work in the office part-time. Jive has made this process so much easier to forward phones, use my cell phone for calls, set time away, etc. Highly recommend!

Cons

Only problem is I have to use a separate service for faxing. Still learning all the cool new features available!

Pros

Versatility, fairly simple to use, many options as far as directing incoming calls, i like that you can send calls to external devices without call forward like traditional systems.

Cons

Would like to see incoming call log, even when office is closed. May be there but not sure where to locate it.
