### "Great Customer service is what makes a great product"

We are a small business who has tried several VOIP services. Without an exception they have all be disastrous until we switched to Jive. The folks at Jive walked us through setup, have helped us make changes as our needs have changed and resolved issues in one call. We are very pleased with the service. Jive helps us stay in-touch with our team and our clients we could not ask for more. They are priced very well which is a concern for all small businesses. We highly recommend this company because they understand that it is service that makes them great!

Pros

Their customer service is the main POD(point of differentiation).

Cons

Jive does a great job but VOIP depends on your ISP dependability. Ours generally does a good job

Setting up a quick change to allow incoming calls to continue past normal transfer times due to a large power outage. Staff remained at the office to handle calls.

Pros

Lots of Flexibility with the software for any changes.

Cons

There is so much there have not had to go through all the bells and whistles available on the software.

Pros

We like the flexibility of the software, the ease of access to customer service and the ability to have access to calls anywhere you have cellular service.

Cons

At times the programming of the dialer software can be confusing and requires the assistance of customer service.

Pros

I loved being able to be away from my desk or out of the office but still have access to the calls coming to my work line. I'm able to quickly switch extensions and transfer to anyone in the company

Cons

There tends to be a lot of bugs with this, like calls dropping or not ringing through but the customer service here is really great and they're always willing to help out and resolve the issue quickly

Pros

We moved for the first time without phone disruption last year. This was not the case with the 3 previous moves with landlines, no matter how much time I spent with the phone companies. We can choose between desk phones, a mobile phone app, and a PC app. Making changes like adding users is as easy as logging in to a website and clicking through a wizard. I can completely change my dial plan, ring groups, etc. on the web! Support is always available for anything that can't be done online or just for help.

Cons

The call quality depends on our internet. Any internet issues mean phone issues.

Since having Jive our phone issues have gone away. Once installed it is pretty much maintenance free. Has freed me up to do other things.

Pros

Software on the Jive Portal is very easy to use. It has so many features that haven't even been tapped into yet. Software is easy to figure out and if there is a question tech support is always very helpful and explain what they are doing should they need to remote in to assist you.

Cons

Haven't had anything to dislike about it yet.

Pros

I like there are more capabilities for our customer services and sales team. I also love that I get voicemails to my email and when I delete them the red button on my phone doesn't keep flashing for a voicemail (old provider did that and drove me crazy). My phone number no longer shows up on phones as 1-800# so people actually answer my phone call.

Cons

So far, everything has worked great for us.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM NOT THAT TECHIE GUY BUT NO PROBLEM , THEY WILL WALK YOU THROUGH EVERYTHING.

Pros

THIS SYSTEM WILL DO JUST ABOUT ANYTHING YOU WANT IT TO DO.

Cons

ON HOLD OTHER EXTENSIONS CANT PICK UP THE LINE. CANT SEE IF ANOTHER EXTENSION IS ALREADY ON THE PHONE.

Jive Voice was a great choice for us because before that we were paying way too much and not getting the service to show for it. Jive Voice was suggested to us by another office and we were happy that we made that choice.

Pros

Jive Voice made analog phone systems obsolete for us. It was relatively easy to get set up and use. It also accommodated multiple offices and you can access it when you are away from the office - if a problem should arise. You have complete control right there on your cell phone. Another great feature is that you can hide your actual number when speaking with customers - the office number will show instead.

Cons

Customer service is great - once you are actually able to speak with them. There is definitely a process you have to go through to speak with them - but once you do they are very helpful.

Improved call quality and accessibility

Pros

Accessibility - I like that I am able to access our phone via the office phone, on a laptop, and on my iPhone.

Cons

Dial plan is a little confusing at times. I occasionally have to call CS for assistance. When I first signed up I experienced an issue with a loop. Clients were unable to leave a voicemail, called tech support and they helped resolve the issue.

Cons

Sometimes it does not show a phone number unless the customers leave a full voice message. I may need to change some setting!

I have always hated work phone and how cumbersome they can be. Jive has simplified the the software and process to make work phones easier to utilize

Cons

I swear I get logged out every week on my app and it makes things hard to keep track of when I have important calls.

Ease of use and affordability.

Pros

The affordability is one of the main reasons why we love the software. Also, the ease of being able to access the phones via online makes making changes very simple.

Cons

The setup was a little complicated as far as trying to understand which lines need to be connected. We did have to make some minor changes to our phone lines to allow for data.

Not worth the risk to using Jive

Pros

Good technology when it works. Better make sure internet and electrical is perfect. Offer a lot as long as it works.....

Cons

Support is 50/50. Had a total down situation. Took hours to get help. Dropped from phone system and phone rang and rang. Never answered

Pros

The customer service I've experienced with Jive has been excellent. I had an issue with my phone system and they worked patiently and diligently in addressing the issue. I received timely support, as well as periodic check ups afterwards to ensure everything was working the way it was supposed to.

Cons

I may need to look into this myself, but I would like more customization voicemail options than what my company is currently using.

I used it for small amount of time ( 2 weeks), and found it usable for highly distributed companies. Usually fixed voip lines cost less then mobile, and for 100+ costomers there is nieche where the operating costs can be neutralised when using this app with Mobile devices.

Pros

It is fairly easy to set up. We were assesing it for "Cloud" solution for VoIP small and medium companies offer. It is great solution, easy to user, with great "Youtube" tutorial How-to videos. I would recomend it for companies that have distributed locations that require VoIP solution.

Cons

Actually ther is not that much to find negative about this software. In our assesment it did not passed becuse of security requirements that Cloud solution have.

The versatility and adaptability of this system is super. Customer service is always responsive and helpful.

Cons

The accounting department is difficult to access by phone. I had difficulty finding someone to give our credit card number to so they could auto pay our phone bill.

Since initial installation, we have had problems with voice quality. We are using Cisco phones and we do not believe that the actual phones are the issue. We get a lot of crackling on the lines as well as echoing during calls. This is not all the time and not on every call, but it is enough to be irritating.

Pros

There is a lot that Jive software can do.

Cons

Do remove a person we have to remove them in 3 different areas.

My sales representative was difficult to reach after the initial phone call for followup service, but we finally connected and he met my need for a desk phone.

Pros

The value is fantastic and I'm very happy with the level of sophistication when my callers connect. I love the dial plan feature and the auto answer features. The app is easy to use on the phone.

Cons

I have had some connection challenges where the app freezes on my phone and drops the call. Seems my bluetooth and the app have conflicts and I can't walk around or drive while I'm on the phone or I risk losing the call.
