Pros

Very flexible with lots of options. I like the ability to use it cutting bad weather when traditional phones are down.

Pros

Jive has so many options and features. The UI is fantastic and intuitive.

Cons

It's expensive. There was also a fair amount of outages when we used it.

Greatest value for the software and all it's features (more than I need/use). I feel confident that it's been very reliable and know if I have any issues...customer service is very prompt and helpful! I love it!

Pros

Jive set up the whole system for us. Easy to use and great customer support.

Cons

The only feature I wish it had was to have voices available (other than ours) to record the greetings.

My experience has been fantastic. Their customer support is really great.

Pros

The sound quality is really good. The fact that it is now bundled with GoToMeeting is also a big selling point. It provides so much value.

Cons

There is no desktop softphone app yet. I also can't utilize all the features of my phones yet but they tell me they are working on those things.

Pros

The ability to do manage everything a business needs using one tool. Different levels of access allow for users and admin to use the same initial interface, saving time and complexity.

Cons

The interface is inconsistent at times, like it was written by different people; tech support is often needed to solve some more advanced issues, though i will say that customer service is 5-star.

We have had only a minor amount of issues compared to our previous telephone system. We left our old system very frustrated and disappointed with their service, from customer support to product usage. Our experience with Jive has been the complete opposite.

Pros

Customer support has always been very helpful and gets our issues resolved in a timely and friendly manner.

Cons

The only issue we see with this problem, which is not a big deal at all, is that certain technical aspects of its settings and features may be too complicated. This is easily resolved by asking the technical support department.

Pros

I have been very impressed with the great customer service I have received from Jive in launching my business. They have great bundled services available.

Cons

I did not find the user interface intuitive and was disappointed that no pre-recorded greetings were available to expedite the initial set-up.

We have a call center and with the Jive System and our call center system, we can easily transfer a call to a member of our administrative team. It has really helped us streamline lines of communication with callers who may not need to speak with our customer service team.

Jive has been a great solution for our small business. We're able to design & modify the phone tree to suit our needs & record different outgoing messages for different times & boxes. The pricing is lower than our previous solution & we were able to use cordless handsets. It's also pretty convenient to be receiving voicemail via email. Transferring calls is easy.

Pros

Jive meets our complex business needs & is reasonably priced.

Cons

Jive has a somewhat complex dashboard. It's not as clunky as many older systems, but the UI is still not as smooth as other systems we're used to using for other tasks.

We have not had any down time issues. Service from Jive personal has been excellent. So far we are very pleased with the service.

Pros

That it was easily adapted to my needs. I am not a very savy computer person, so Jive made it easy to alter the system to better work for me.

Cons

Noting negative to report. The install went just fine with no issues.

It has everything one needs or desires; it is feature laden. Anything that comes to mind as far as features was already built in. This impressed my very much.

Cons

With the many functions and menus the platform has available, it can become difficult to find the exact feature.

Pros

I cannot think even about one thing that I liked​.

Cons

Very complicated system, you will have to buy 3rd-party services to take advantage of the features that they advertise (for example phone recordings). They do not integrate with most major applications. We wanted to cancel our account but they still charged us even before the free trial period ended. Support team promised a free trial, and then said that team could not promise such things. I don't know what they could and what they couldn't, team did promise and that is all I know. Unethical and unprofessional approach to potential customers. Would never use them again. Waste of time while the software is not worth the money they charge.

Our main reason for going with Jive was cost. Their customer service, when I need help figuring something out, is great

Pros

Voicemail on Jive is easy to use, clear quality and easy to negotiate. Even though we only use a couple of features I can see where different/ bigger businesses would utilize them.

Cons

I can't really find any cons except that, for me , it's a little complicated to change the message to callers

Pros

Jive's customer service is amazing! I am not a technical person by nature, but they have always been available for any help that I needed. I had never been in charge of a VoIP phone system before I started a new job at a new company. It was a little overwhelming at first, but with the help of Jive's customer service, I'm now an expert.

Cons

I was intimidated by their user interface when I first started using Jive, however, they eased my mind and helped walk me through the setup process.
