### "Great VOIP service for my small business"

Pros

They were very flexible with my account structure and supportive of my technical requests during deployment. I felt like my technical requests were advanced for as small as our company and therefore account is with Jive. But they supported the requests quickly and with no resistance.

Cons

Nothing so far; they've been great and I have had no issues with the service.

Pros

Works exactly as we need it to. We are able to make changes on the fly without interrupting service.

Cons

Initially it was a little over-whelming to set up. However, after explaining to customer support what we need it to do, they were able to take over and make it happen with ease.

Pros

I like the dashboard and it's easy to change things with your phone system

Cons

I seem to get a bunch of spam calls, which isn't a huge deal, but when they leave the max 10 min voicemail, I get charged for those 10 minutes. Drives me crazy.

Great overall company that makes very cool software. I like the idea of making my global company a bit smaller.

Pros

The ability to contact co-workers from around the world with great organization and in a bunch of different ways.

Cons

Almost makes it to where you can be tracked down by anyone, but that's okay.

Pros

Jive Communications has offered great customer support as our company moved from a brick and mortar office arrangement to a virtual office arrangement. Jive gave us a 60 day free trail period using their service with one of our own IP phones when we were evaluating our change to a new provider. Then they helped me program, upgrade and move my phone, fax, and fax to email. They have been very responsive to any issues I have had, including my own home internet giving me issues with a business internet phone. They have great follow-up on any trouble tickets, making sure the problem is resolved before they close the ticket. Their customer service is some of the best I have encountered.

Cons

Occasional garbled sound from the other side of the phone. last time we diagnosed, discovered it was an internet problem and have not had an issue since.

Pros

I love the fact that I can work anywhere with internet of course. I've only had the system for maybe 3 months but so far I love it.

Cons

The only down fall would be if your internet is down then you won't get any calls but other then that it works pretty well.

Jive Communications is a very professional and reliable company. Our company has been using them for about 2 years. Anytime we had a question, tech support was available right away. No wait time and issues are addressed ASAP. Would highly recommend.

Cons

So far we have been satisfied with Jive Communications service and have no complaints.

Pros

This phone system has multiple great features and customizable options. There are endless options for creating separate lines, call groups, voicemail options, directories, etc. Will take your business from feeling like a home office to a corporation with a professional presence. There are also helpful apps that allow you to control and use the system from anywhere so access is never restricting.

Cons

This system offers a multitude of great features. The only things missing (but have been said to be in the works) are transcribed voicemail to text/email messages and the ability to send and receive SMS messages from the phone numbers.

Great. I wish I would have utilized it more. I ended up using my cell phone more.

Pros

VOIP cloud based software is easy to use, easy to implement, and allows you to work from anywhere with connectivity.

Cons

Make sure you actually need voip software and have a real use-case for it. Otherwise it can lead to an unnecessary cost.

Excellent adaptability, and options to setup call recording for quality feedback and call queuing to allow for a much better experience for our clients.

Pros

It's easy to use, and the support is great. When we hire a new employee, we call up, get a new number, get a phone shipped out, the phone gets plugged in, and it works. We have employees now in Utah, Washington, Texas, Chicago, Hawaii, and Hong Kong (using a US number), and the phones work as though we were all in the same office. Even to Hong Kong, there is no delay or quality issue. If there is ever a question or something that needs to be modified, we call in, and the issue is taken care of quickly.

Cons

Not sure. I guess I'd always be happier if it were cheaper, but that's only if I absolutely had to come up with something.

A local number for my business, since my mobile is from a different city.

Pros

You control what the system does and how it operates. The dial plan is very easy to set up and revise.

Cons

Voice mail set up for multiple people is tricky at first, but then easy after it gets explained. Also switching from Billing to Admin to Dial Plan doesn't flow very well. I end up with multiple tabs open and have to close out and begin again to get back to where I want to go.

Pros

Setup was easy. We were able to use our existing IP Phones. The cost was much less than our previous carrier.

Cons

Nothing. Everything works as desired. Only problem was a configuration issue which tech support fixed quickly for us.

Pros

I like the customer support. I'm not too familiar with all the functionality--I had it set up by your technicians and have not needed to even go into the system on my own much. It does everything that my small business requires at a very affordable price. I've saved over 60% over the last service I had.

Cons

The only thing I would like to see is the ability to record my greeting from a voice offered by Jive (not offered now).

I recently switched from Time Warner landline phone to Jive VOIP. The switch was fairly painless. We had to figure out some features and settings but Jive Tech Support was awesome and very patient.

Pros

I like the option to add more features and functions as the business grows.

The fast handling of customer communications.

Pros

Easy to use, very clear sound, the team members are able to monitor the service and give faster support to our customers.

Cons

Other services offer at no additional charge, a transcription service of the voice mail messages and at this time Jive does not offer this service. They are expecting to offer it in the future but what was indicated to me that this would be a premium service.

Pros

I have been very satisfied with the help of the tech support team. Always patient and take the time to teach and solve every problem almost immediately. Problems are just about learning on my end and not with the product at all.

Cons

The salesperson was underwhelming. Got his sale and could care less about me afterwards.

Managing calls and internet enabled device is very easy. The system is internet depended so reliable and enough bandwidth is suggested.
