It made a big difference in how we answer phones and respond to our customers

Pros

It allows us a lot of flexibility to answer phones and communicate when we are not in the office a lot of the time.

Cons

It seems to have some glitches that we are having problems with. We have the phones ring to several extensions at a time. It would be nice if there was a feature letting everyone know if someone answered the call.

Overall it has been very positive. We are looking forward to what to come.

Pros

We switched from 8x8 to Jive simply because they were offering similar features at a much lower cost. The setup team has been very responsive and so has been support whenever we had an issue.

Cons

Their UI is still a little clunky but it is getting better. They dont have a native windows app and their integrations are a bit limited.

This company is 100% concerned about their customers getting properly up and running with their VOIP PBX. Their PBX system has everything I need to make my incoming and outgoing telephone needs run smoothly and efficiently with a professional flair.

Cons

Their PBX system is easy to use and configures with lots of great options for businesses to route their calls quickly and professionally.

Pros

It's easy to use and we love the work from home ability. It's nice to have an app on personal phones and the texting option is a great bonus for a lot of our clients.

Cons

The difficulty of adding contacts has been really frustrating. We have gotten different answers from 5 different people. It would be nice to see who is calling on the caller id as opposed to just a phone number.

I have used Jive's VoIP system to run a Customer Service business for two years. Their online system is pretty simple to set up. Their support people were very helpful when I have had questions. Jive's fees are reasonable and affordable for a small start up business.

Pros

Efficient. Ease of setup. Ability to get calls while away from my office. Recordings of voicemail sent to an email account.

Cons

Some parts of setup were not intuitive.

Pros

The voice quality of the phone calls is excellent, and the standard features are great. I like the fact that my business line automatically rings through to my cell phone. This has allowed me to provide even better client service.

Cons

Nothing; they have far surpassed an expectations. In my search, I also had several conversations with Ooma. Ooma couldn't hold a candle to Jive's offering in many aspects.

It has been a great experience with Jive on many different levels. The only unresolved issue we have is when a government agency calls us, they get a message saying it is disconnected. To resolve, Jive needed an example - understandably - for trouble shooting. The next time it happened, I gave them the timeframe it happened and the number they called from. At first, I was told it had to be an exact time. I told them that usually an organization will not be able to provide that, especially by the time we will find out, and was told that was the only way they could troubleshoot. After a couple of days they came back and said they figured out another way to troubleshoot but for that particular instance, it was past their troubleshooting window. So we now have to wait for another instance to happen.

Pros

The interface to make changes on the Virtual PBX is simple to use.

Cons

Nothing. I cannot think of any negatives. Jive replaced another VoIP that we used for several years. This system is very well-designed, and the people at JIVE are always available to help. I would like for JIVE to offer more music options for on hold music. The ones offered in the package are poor.

Pros

Their customer service and support. You always feel like a valued customer when you call. They do followups after their calls, which I think is great. They show a high regard for their customers and are extremely cordial. I have minimum service, yet they treat me as they would with a customer with 10 lines. You wouldn't know the difference. They are definitely hands-on.

Cons

Have not come across anything I dislike. If I had to choose, I would say the phone menu could be a little more user-friendly, regarding features such as setting up or editing contacts.

Jive Communications is very customer service focused. They show genuine care and concern when I contact them and they follow up, accordingly. The Associates are professional, polite and responsive. What I really like is that they welcome and embrace their customers' feedback. They have made numerous enhancements to their system over the last few months, which I have found to be very helpful and beneficial and they continue to work on making additional enhancements.

It is so very intuitive making set up and managing fantastic. I need to be ON the phone not Planning to get On the phone. Jive does that for me. It values my time as much as I do

Ease of use, reliability, price and support....the people are great

Cons

So far, not much. I would like to see a richer and more robust Contacts section with emails, addresses, etc but other than that....very satisfied and happy.

Pros

Jive provided a cloud-based phone solution that allows us to convert voicemails to emails and send them directly to our work order system.

Cons

I wish it came with an email component of its own. It was the one feature we were hoping to find but the companies that offered it were outside of our budget.
