Pros

I like the ease and power of the virtual PBX. I can use it with VoIP phones, softphones, traditional landlines, and cell phones. Nodal dial plans make laying out complicated call flows so much easier. You have cloud voicemail that then forwards to email which is really convenient.

Cons

No complaints. The only downfall of VoIP is that if your internet goes down, you lose your phones, or if the service has an outage, you lose your phones, so it is similar to other internet hosted services and has the same risk as a traditional land line.

Pros

When a client calls Jive, they encounter a friendly, professional person who is willing to assist them as quickly as possible (and they are quick). If I run into problems, they are professional and extremely patient in talking me through tech support. They have always been fast, efficient, courteous, and very friendly when schedules need to be changed. Confirmations are always sent in a timely fashion. I will continue my business with them and recommend the company highly.

Cons

I have yet to encounter any problems with their services.

I appreciate how Jive has taken the idea of having an office phone system and improved upon it. The ability setup custom settings, check voicemails and view company directories online is very helpful. Also, the digital call clarity is second-to-none. I have never struggled to understand anyone on my office phone.

Pros

The dial editor is fantastic - allows you to visual map how you want your call flow to happen.

The system is great if you have reliable cell or internet service, but sometimes beings in rural areas hard to stay in touch. It seems at times if we are having issues with the local internet provider it can be critical down time for us.

Cons

Logging in and out of a group would like a visual if logged in No hard line access for internet issues

Jive is the best VoIP provider I've ever had (there's been a few over the years) I love the PBX the most.

Cons

The only thing I don't love about Jive is their video conferencing, but I know they are working on it.

Pros

I have been a user ever since Jive started. At first, I questioned if a small start up company from Utah County could perform. That question has been answered many times over as I have requested services from Jive. Without a doubt, they can do the job. If I have had a major issue come up, it has always been taken care of promptly (this is very important for Toponce and Associates as we receive phone call from all over the world on a daily basis).

Cons

Telephone wait times sometimes are longer than they should be.

Pros

I have used few other application available for voice calls and had very bad experience. Since i started using JIVE, i have never experienced anything bad. Excellent connection, no static, very clear and always connected. Excellent product.

Cons

I know there will be an improvement for sure to call other countries.

Pros

We have used PBX equipment in our business for years, and although it has worked well for us, the equipment was expensive, and we needed lots of phones and phone lines. We had previously tried VoIP twice but had too many problems, and the vendors didn't seem to understand that our business lives and dies by the telephone! This system has reduced our costs dramatically and has been rock solid. I wish we'd had it 10 years ago!

Cons

So far, there is nothing about this product or the vendor that I don't like!

Great customer service; great support. Every time I call in with a question, their staff answers my questions and goes above and beyond to help me take full advantage of their great system.

Cons

There's nothing to complain about. Setup was easy. I had to call customer support to program the phones, but it was easy.

Having an online portal as opposed to having it installed our system allows for me or a member of my team to troubleshoot from anywhere that we have internet access. The tutorial and fact sheets are great too.

Cons

If the Jive system goes down then all the phones go down, obviously creating a problem for the business.

Jive has a stable calling platform, and the customer service makes getting questions answered easy. The setup was a snap, the cost savings were big, and if I needed help, it was there.

Cons

It takes a little while to get to tech support, but they are super helpful once you get them.

No in-office hardware and the ability to mask our personal cell numbers. Also like being able to bounce calls back to the corporate voicemail when we don't pick up our cells.

Cons

Sometimes the sound quality is less than stellar... especially when our cell phones aren't on Wi-Fi.
