Pros

Intuitive and I can do most functions without a call to tech support. Calling tech support can be a real time waster.

Cons

Some of the parts of the program are not easy to find again, and takes hunting. I wish the visual dial planner was a main menu option.

Love the Soft Phones (PC Phone w/bluetooth headset) feature. Love voicemail to email also. So many great features. Highly recommend.

Pros

This product is feature-riched and easy to use. I compared it to several cloud-based companies/products and it was the best of what I reviewed.

Cons

None that I could see. With any cloud-based solution, a backup (internet) connection should be implemented which could make the solution a little costly.

Pros of using Go To Connect excellent reliability! Dependability! Always able to connect for a work meeting and or training sessions

no cons that i have found using Go To Connect in any way what so ever! Works like a charm no glitches no headaches no issues!

Never been able to use Jive Mobility, due to a licensing issue, according to their Support Team. Their Support Team is top notch and helped me to install and use another soft phone, Jitsi.

Pros

Jive was easy to get started with, yet it has proven powerful enough to handle our complex IVR needs. When we did reach the limit of our comfort with hacking the call rollover and handoffs, Jive support jumped in and quickly came up with a solution; it was awesome!

Cons

Nothing! Jive has met all of our needs at a compelling price and with excellent reliability.

I really like how helpful the customer reps are whenever I have an issue which is not often. They go above and beyond to assist and solve the problem in a timely manner

Cons

I was unable to record an audio clip awhile ago and it is just something that my computer was not able to do. Even though I was disappointed, I appreciated the customer service reps honesty.

Very good app for overseas calling on Voip. easy to use. manageable. you can deploy your number to outsource someone who is not in US

creating managing new user is a bit difficult. and customer service is not very helpful which makes it more hard to work on.

Features I use every day. I have endless options to choose from and provides a very professional appearance to my patients

Slight learning curve. Since the language and terms are unique to phone systems it takes a little practice to use

To me, customer service is the most important thing, and Jive has wonderful customer service! The website is very easy to follow, especially for someone like myself, who is not technically gifted.

Cons

I do not have anything negative to say. Any time I have ever had a question, it has been easily addressed by the customer service staff.

It has all the features I wanted, excellent customer support, and better than I could have expected call quality. The 10 rating comes especially due to their Jive Mobility app. Since we work remotely and from laptops, there's no need for physical office hardware.

Cons

I dislike the earning curve of a technically sophisticated system.

Pros

I love that we don't have to worry about hosting our own infrastructure. I like controlling everything from a nice web interface. I like the virtual fax features. Routing calls to different numbers is easy too.

Cons

Setting up call recording requires some sort of special configuration that I've not quite nailed down yet.

Pros

I have to host nothing! It was recommended to me as an inexpensive phone service. Works great so far.

Cons

So far, so good. I've not had any issues. I like that I can now take faxes electronically since some of my clients want to trade faxes from time to time. I love that I can use web tools which are cross-platform.

The customer portal and customer service that Jive provides is great. The call parking and the presence monitoring have added more benefits to the customer service team than we had imagined. Everyone is very knowledgeable and courteous.

Cons

The only difficulty is if any employee changes offices or locations.
