Pros

Unfortunately nothing comes to mind. I'm sure they are doing their best but I had a lot of issues with this product.

Cons

This product was great a couple years ago but then the issues started to pile up until there were issues on a daily basis. Some of those issues included dropped calls and poor connections.

Pros

The transition from landline to VOIP was seamless. Any issues that we've had with the phones have been remedied within an hour if not less.

Cons

I'd like to use the "soft phone" application on the computer paired with my headset. I wish there was a way to navigate the call screen without using your mouse.

Pros

The customer online portal is intuitive, easy to use and easy to make changes with on the fly.

Cons

The technical support. The wait times seem to average 10 minutes, which is not acceptable when your phones aren't working and you are trying to keep a business going.

It's simple to use and has friendly service. I really love their customer service. More companies should use Jive as a template for customer service.

Cons

Nothing. I have used this company for about 4 months now. The only snag I have run into was something on my end that Jive quickly helped me resolve.

Pros

Jive has been the answer to my small business problems. They were great at listening to my thoughts, concerns and hopes. They were able to create a system that works perfectly for my small business. They have a great tracking system that follows up and makes sure your concerns are addressed in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to the little guys looking for a BIG company appearance!

Cons

It is great! I don't have any dislikes! Great at making sure things are working for you!

Pros

The phone service is very clear and works great. Setting up the phones is simple. I really liked the training session they provided when you first get the service, but they always answer my questions when I have them.

Cons

The billing department is slow. It takes time to get responses from them.

It offers a professional phone interchange that is affordable for small businesses. It's easy to use and flexible, and it can forward to cell phones, etc., so you can get calls wherever you are. I'm so glad we found Jive!

I really can't think of anything. It has worked so well for us.

Pros

Easy to use. I wish my business was large enough to utilize all of the great tools. I just use the needed feature.

All calls and emails are answered by techs who speak English as a first language and are always available in my time zone. Our service works well, and we are saving a significant amount each month on phone service.

Cons

So far there is nothing negative to say about Jive communications

I'm a new Jive user and have to say that this service is stellar. The user interface just works and is very intuitive; the service is crystal clear, and the support has been nothing short of fantastic.

Cons

I have yet to run across a single negative aspect of this vendor or product.

I like the easy-to-use, web-based admin interface. Also, they are friendly and attentive customer service, even on weekends

Cons

They should inform customers when doing product/software upgrades, as there can be isolated issues for customers (myself included, on one occasion)

I like the Hosted PBX and the control that you have over your system. The customer support is out of this world amazing! You always get a live person that is excited to help you. And let's not forget how great the pricing is.

Easy to use, tons of great features, and some of the best customer service ever!

Cons

Nothing yet. They are doing a wonderful job. Initially, I had an issue with setting up my phone, which was a problem on my end. They spent an hour to help me get it set up. Amazing!

I love how easy it is to sit at your computer with a headset and make and take phone calls without messing with a complicated phone system or a bulky receiver.

There really isn't much I don't like. It's easy to use and understand. The vendor seems great.

I like the ease of implementation and the fact that they have local (Orem, UT-based) support people and not people overseas. It is so simple to use that we no longer have a "phone guy."

Cons

Like least? Uh, that it isn't free. That is about it. We LOVE Jive.

Sounds great and was ok to setup, but overall a bit more hands on than expected

Cons

The billing was incorrect, the support took forever to reply, the ability to block callers who won't stop calling was not available. Total waste of time and effort

If the internet is down, you are toast! The smart phone app didn't work well for us. Our hardwired handsets work well, but the smart phone app did not.

I like that it is easy to use, to add or change features (especially promotions), to add new recordings, and to set up the phones.

Cons

Sometimes I receive long voice mails that are only loud noise. I'm not sure where it comes from.
