Pros

They have excellent customer service. Every question/issue I've encountered was addressed immediately.

Cons

Their iPhone app could be a little better. I would also prefer if I could see a list of voicemails similar to my previous provider to choose which one I want to listen to instead of having to call in.

Jive is a great company to work with. The phone system was easy to install and their customer service agents are experienced, fast and very friendly. They exceeded our expectations and I would recommend them to companies of any size. It was easy to add and remove users and phones. Using Jive for our phone system was one of the best decisions we made. The ability to use the phones on any internet connection, the voicemail to email features allowed our employees more flexibility and increased our customer satisfaction. High quality company for sure!!!

Pros

Ease of administrative website, flexibility of location while working in-office and remotely.

Cons

Nothing really. I wish we would have opted for the upgraded phones offered to us.

Jive software is easy to use. The software is user friendly. There are so many options on the way you can program and monitor your phone system.

Cons

I have not found anything I do not like about the software. I find the software fun and easy to work with.

Great customer support beginning with sales to the project manager to technical support and customer service. Very pleased!

Cons

The monthly phone number fee. There's really not much else to dislike. We haven't had any issues with the phone system.

I love that we are able to take the phone and use it in a remote office if needed.

Cons

A few small glitches on operating the phone right at the beginning, but Jive has been very helpful in helping us get the kinks worked out.

Very flexible but reasonably priced phone service

Pros

You are able to design your phone system to work how you want it. You can make changes as you go without waiting for someone else to configure it for you. They have good technical support who will step you through the process or explain the differences between 2 ways to do the same thing.

Cons

It can be confusing trying to decide what would actually work best for your business, because the sky is the limit. Whatever plan you come up with seems to be doable.

I have always had a great experience when using GoToConnect

Pros

I like that face that GoToConnect allows a browser extension so that you don't have to install a full fledged program.

Cons

The landing page can be a little confusing at first especially if you are not tech savvy. This can be easily solved though.

The customer service is great! Online admin console is good and capabilities as well.

The online admin console is a little difficult to use but the customer service makes up for it.

It was very easy and works very well. Easy to add new lines, new phones, configure the system on the online portal.

Pros

Ease of use. Incredibly simple. Phones arrived quickly. Easy to set up the phones, configure the system online. I have full control of how the system works

Cons

Took just a little bit to get the hang of it but not that bad and off to the races. No other cons that weren't easily overcome.
