The phone system was easy to install and their customer service agents are experienced, fast and very friendly. They exceeded our expectations and I would recommend them to companies of any size. It was easy to add and remove users and phones. Using Jive for our phone system was one of the best decisions we made. The ability to use the phones on any internet connection, the voicemail to email features allowed our employees more flexibility and increased our customer satisfaction. High quality company for sure!!! Pros Ease of administrative website, flexibility of location while working in-office and remotely. Cons Nothing really. You can make changes as you go without waiting for someone else to configure it for you. They have good technical support who will step you through the process or explain the differences between 2 ways to do the same thing. Cons It can be confusing trying to decide what would actually work best for your business, because the sky is the limit. Whatever plan you come up with seems to be doable. Review Source LH LOGAN H. Easy to set up the phones, configure the system online. I have full control of how the system works Cons Took just a little bit to get the hang of it but not that bad and off to the races.
