Pros Many methods exist to convert PDF files to Excel, Word, and other comparable formats for free, as well as the opposite. No registration is needed. Has a number of extra features, including an image converter that works with several image formats, including JPEG and PNG. This software is user-friendly, lightweight, and has a neat user interface. It also does not require a subscription. It is entirely free to use. I usually utilize the PDF to Word and combine PDF features since I receive far too many PDFs from my clients on a regular basis. Pros Clever PDF is a fantastic application that gives users access to over 30 tools for converting documents into various formats, and the best part is that these tools are completely free. Their design has colorful blocks of format options that, when selected, convert your file in seconds. This program can produce, convert, edit, and protect files. The interface is highly dynamic and displays all of its tools as huge icons. Cons A random number of pages run through the manuscript. words that are "blue" on occasion but have no place. Sometimes headings are not mentioned. Also, the OCR feature is missing. Pros it is a very very useful tool that i use regularly whenever i have the need to convert PDF files to ms word, especially when I am on the ipad or mobile which does not have any such free tool (part of some paid softwares though). since it is free, it is all goodness for it’s price of zero. there are no annoying ads etc on the website, making the experience very smooth. i have never encountered any problems with the servers that seem to be online and ready any time. so, it is really handy when for example i hve to present a paper in the journal club and need to convert the PDF formate paper to Powerpoint (and before that, i usually convert to ms word for text editing , which it can do to). Cons the software requires connection to the internet. since the documents have to be uploaded, you can’t use it when confidential stuff is to be converted. no desktop version except for MAC, who uses mac? when the document is converted, it is very messed up. when acess to ms word is there, the conversion is useless, because ms office has this feature built into it.
