Pros: The scalability and logic design. I'm privileged to know our rep personally, and his genius is reflected in this product. The metrics, rock -solid reliability that provide my clients with on time reports and accurate information, makes me look like a genius, and motivate my clients to renew their support contracts with me year after year.

Cons: When I send comments via e-mail, I'm unable to log time against them afterwards. I have create to a batch task for this.

Overall: It makes me look like a magician! My clients always have current info and up to date reports with graphs, charts and detailed stats, and it I don't have to do 1 page of editing...all is done by SDI!

Orax is an effective tool to enhance productivity and enhance communication

Pros: I enjoy the ability to set reminders and ensure follow up with customers. The software is easy to use and has good features

Cons: I don't enjoy not being able to adjust start times of appointments or reschedule appointments without having to delete the appointment completely . I don't enjoy the mobile compatibility, it is difficult to use

Overall: I'm able to communicate with my full team more regularly

it has been very easy to use more understandable.

Pros: very effective,it is very easy to use and it you can review your reports whenever you like it also tells you when there is an error

Overall: it is more effective you can work more easily it also tells you when there is work that is overdue that needs your attention.

my experiance is good, i even feel like i can learn more about this software

Pros: its always fast and safe. easy to use everything is clear, you always see who was resolving the call or task.

Cons: well i have'nt came accross with something i don't like. i think if we can changed billing time that would be great, sometimes we can't change billing time.

Overall: well for me its helped me alot as i was learning how does the company works, what kind of issue our customer ussually log.

Pros: Ease of use and fast connectivity.
Doesn't hang like remedy.
Our clients need quick assistance and speedy responses.

Cons: When the developers change things and I can't find the places where I used to do things. That hasn't happened in a while though and response time is good when I log the issue.

Overall: Good service desk management system.

Audit trails on all our calls going back to inception of the system

Working with ORAX and recommending to my clients has been very rewarding.

Pros: Ease of deployment, all functionality available, flexibility.
Responsiveness of ORAX to suggestions and requests.

Cons: Need a more cost effective entry level, Micro Enterprise version. Something that would compete with Paste or Palladium online versions, but including Sales Orders (Backorders/Partial Supply tracking), which these don't do.

Overall: Integration of all company functions into one platform: CRM, Sales Force Excellence, Finance, Operations, HR and Payroll.

The experience in using the software is great.Straight foward easy to get through once installed.

Pros: The link between microsoft outlook,makes it user friendly and angles to use to connect makes it more flexible and adaptable. What stands out is self service desk,things like doing leave applications,expenses and most of all customer reports cards and access to what the colleagues are doing out there.

Cons: Not flexible ,regards working offline,always has to look for a place with available network to connect. Remote areas are a no go.

Overall: Easy to move around different topics within the systems. Tools like price lists available and the order in which customers are arranged. The home page well and clear.
