“Cavall Review”

OverallMy overall experience is positive.
Pros1) It is easy to use and to navigate through. 2) It shows when a candidate is available in more than one vacancy. 3) It developed through the past two years. 4) The customer support and response.
Cons1) I wish the feedback form to be more flexible, noting that there has been an improvement on it since last year. 2) The information of the candidates do not move from one vacancy to another.

OverallBuilding a unified recruitment database for several branches at different locations.
Prosit's a recruitment platform will facilitate the whole recruitment process, you can easily edit add or delete any thing inside, and you have unlimited number of invited users you can add
Conslimited search options, limited tracking options for the actions must be taken by the invited users. (if they didn't fill the feedback form for example)

“A software that can be recommended”

ProsThe catchy interface The support team effort whenever a problem is detected It eliminates most of the recruitment paperwork
ConsThe only thing I like the least about this software is that it sometimes lags yet it is most of the time got solved quickly after contacting the costumer service.

“Cavall makes applicant tracking a breeze!”

ProsCavall is an awesome platform to help keep applicant tracking, organized and on track. This tool does a great job of consolidating all job applicants from different sources and uploading their information into the system. It also sends automatic reminders to interviewees, so they are more likely to show up for the interview.
ConsWhile this is a great tool, Cavall can get somewhat pricey depending on the number of vacancies your company has. Pricing is tier based, and you pay more based on the number of currently open vacancies that need to be filled simultaneously.

“Never used a better ATS system. ”

ProsI like using caval because it is : 1) Cost efficient. 2) It sometimes reduces the recruitment time. 3) It Improves communication internally (between the HR department employees) and externally (with the applicants). 4) It drastically reduced the paperwork & the usage of paper within the department.
ConsThe last Cavall update a new feature was introduced to the system which is now the system can look online on social media profiles of the applicants and they are displayed in the applicant's profile which might lead into some kind of bias.
