Pros This tool fulfills its main purpose very well, allowing you to quickly generate good-looking proposal documents and making it easy to send to customers. Cons It would be great if the gallery had additional templates for other industries like IT. Also, sometimes the platform throws a random error without a proper description and you have to start things over. Pros We used Bidrik for a few years now and our sales process is really much easier, we get the offer to our customer in no time! To set up different documents and offer styles really changed the way we communicate with our customer and it really helps them to feel secure in their purchase process. Cons As with a lot of online products, some small glitch could occur, especially since we switch between different browsers, but with the good support and help this has never been a big problem.
