"Simple to use, but basic"

**Overall:** not great at all, had high hopes due to the simplicity and range of features, but too many issues.

**Pros:** Clearly set up to be easy to implement and use for the end user. Easy as anything to deploy and super easy interface.

**Cons:** No customer service or support whatsoever. When we enquired, it took 3 weeks for a response, when we replied with questions, no response whatsovever. Tool feels incomplete and lacking functionality
