"AlmaShines:My experience"

**Overall:** Good product for Alumni Management Even students can be enrolled Prvoision for both faculty alumni role for same person needed as alumni can become faculty also

**Pros:** Mentor Mentee interaction Ability to group alumni departmentwise Campaigns Noticeboard Directory service

**Cons:** We cannot merge two duplicate profiles from directory. It does not suggest identical names if duplicate Needed many customisation over usage

"A practical platform for School Management."

**Overall:** Overall experience satisfactory. It supports transparency, engagement and efficiency, making it a valuable tool for our school community.

**Pros:** It provides a user- friendly and well structured platform that strengthens communication between the school and the Alumni. It helps us manage student information, events and updates efficiently.

**Cons:** Some features require time to fully understand and navigation occasionally feel slow. Full details are required for launched campaigns.
