Besides that, the software is really good and user friendly to be honest. Pros It is an all-in-one tool, complete with multiple options that really fit my needs. I started using it for professional use then discovered that I can use it for personal matters which is just beautiful. I liked the security aspect of my data so it is not only for users to share details... But also, acts as a safe for our files which is what I was looking for really. Cons I personally do not like the colors of the app, I would have loved to have a bit more animations. Everything was on paper copies which were stored away and rarely ever looked at. We can now export data quickly and manage our visitors a lot better. Pros Coming from paper sign-in to electronic, we can now do quick lookup's without spending hours going through paper copies. We've had the system in place for a month or so now and we can already see trends of when people come in and out. This will help us better manage deliveries/staff/ and of course our visitors. Cons As much as the functionality and features are great, there's still potential for more. During the implementation/testing phase we ran into some issues "bugs" which were resolved shortly after.
