Pros We really loved that Wishlist allowed employees to choose from a myriad of gifts and experiences! There was so much to choose to range from gift cards to scavenger hunts, massages, and concerts! Cons We didn't like that we had to pay for a service every month when we were only using it 1-2 times a year. It would have been nice if the pricing model was a bit different where we were only billed when services were rendered. I got a gift card for my bday and anniversary. I tried to redeem them for Nike money. Well, the cards came back as zero balances. I had to call Nike and they never followed through with putting the money on there. So the guy from Wishlist checked in to see if the problem got solved and I was like no Nike over promised/under delivered. Well they just sent the full money back to me to pick another vendor.
