She's always available to help us customize our portal and reporting requirements to fit our needs. Her proactive approach and dedication to understanding our requests have made our experience with Wishlist Rewards stress-free. The seamless integrations, automated reward capabilities, group budgeting, and reward approval features have been incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Wishlist Rewards to any organization aiming to enhance employee recognition. Their user-friendly platform, incredible integrations, and exceptional customer success team are simply top-notch. Pros Integrations, gift card outlet, customer success managers are on top of their game. Cons The reporting still lacks, but has come A LONG WAY. For example, I wanted to get a list of the monetary value of recognition received YTD for each employee, but that still requires a custom report to be set up by their team. The administration fees are also high if you aren't investing a ton into the rewards budget, but that seems to be on par for the industry. Also, their competitors now have integrations with Amazon stores, etc. that would be sweet! Pros We really loved that Wishlist allowed employees to choose from a myriad of gifts and experiences! There was so much to choose to range from gift cards to scavenger hunts, massages, and concerts! Cons We didn't like that we had to pay for a service every month when we were only using it 1-2 times a year. It would have been nice if the pricing model was a bit different where we were only billed when services were rendered. The team in Customer Service is friendly and very responsive. Couldn't be happier with the system. Love that the system works as an APP within Microsoft TEAMS. Pros The system is easy to implement, employees were provided training and how-to sheets, and the system is very straightforward to use. Customer Service is very responsive. Cons Employees and Managers need to remember to go into the system. Would love to see it linked somehow to the opening of TEAMS or Outlook every day. I got a gift card for my bday and anniversary. I tried to redeem them for Nike money. Well, the cards came back as zero balances. I had to call Nike and they never followed through with putting the money on there. So the guy from Wishlist checked in to see if the problem got solved and I was like no Nike over promised/under delivered. Well they just sent the full money back to me to pick another vendor. Good folks over there. Thought I would share Pros Ease of use besides that pretty basic.
