Cons The support is awful. I have requested help numerous times. A day or two after I make my request, I get a link. I have offered to pay to speak to someone on the phone and that doesn't work. They are great at being able to make a schedule for you that you can easily change to fit your needs. Inputting teams is simple as well as inputting facilities. Cons One downfall of PlayPass is not being able to link a specific team to a specific facility. If a certain team plays all home games at the same location, linking them together would make scheduling less time consuming.
