April 24, 2018 4.0 The ability to create apps without having to code in Android Studio an Xcode is a major thing. Second is being able to sell native apps with a CMS to customers. Pros It gives me a system in which I can sell apps to customers that want a cms to go with it. It runs on my own server, so I have 100% control. It's a bit of work to set the system up correctly, but with support of Siberian had it up and running in a few hours (as a then complete noob concerning VPS, Linux webserver, ports and all that...) Now everything runs like a charm and when ever I can't figure something out the support of Siberian is outstanding. I would almost say Vive la France! Cons Actually there's little to complain, just a few things that I would like. But isn't that always the case? A perfect system doesn't exist. A bit more wysiwyg control over the appearance of the apps would be nice, but with css I come a long way. Review Source SL Sid L. December 11, 2017 4.0 The ability to create Apps without coding, for Android and IOS Pros It works, very well. :) Our users (the critical factor!) find it fairly easy to use and create Apps with it - the code actually powers one of our major App making platforms at AppBuzzinga.com It is customizable and enhanceable through their marketplace or your own additions. They have implemented every suggestion we have ever made. (Our latest was to add a feature - a page that loads and displays a web page IN the App when the App is opened) They do update and improve it, and we get all the updates without additional cost. ALL our bug issues and support needs have ALWAYS been addressed, in a timely manner. AND THEY DO READ THESE REVIEWS. Cons No software is perfect, ever. There have been occasional glitches, but most have been cosmetic/interface related, and not in the actual code. And every one we found, got fixed. My ONLY gripe might be that they need to have a separate reporting vehicle for bugs, separate from general support requests. And I wish they offered support with a \`pay by the month plan (as opposed to yearly) But they DO answer their email, and are fairly easy to work with (beats the hell out of support from, say, Microsoft!) So it's almost impossible to sell applications without having discussions with customers. Then every year they ask for a renewal of the same purchase price to answer the assistance tickets. The system is easy to use and the support staff are superb, we've not had any issues, their team is there when you need them, this is some next level stuff :D Cons I would like a few more 'out of the box' options for customizing things visually, but thats not really an issue as you can do anything you want on this app with a bit of know how, which I imagine people downloading will have :D Review Source JG Jacqueline G. December 20, 2017 5.0 Pros I loved the ease-of-use but had trouble getting the source codes from that previous provider, so I went directly to Siberian and bought my own program! It has been well worth it! I read a previous review of non-existent customer service but I can honestly say my experience with customer service has been fantastic! Customer rep. and the rest of the team have been more than helpful in answering my numerous questions before my purchase, as well as helping me to get set up after purchase. Even handled some aspects for me that I couldn't handle myself. They are patient, helpful, and professional. I love all the options and the ability to specialize apps for my clients who have a variety of customized needs. Cons I have no complaints about the software thus far, but would like to see phone access to customer service for everyone., not just those on the higher plan. The six hour time difference between me and France can delay getting important answers and responses to pertinent questions in a timely fashion. Review Source JR Jim R. When it did come up there were no help files, so we set up a little bit but had questions. They answered 2 times then never heard back form them after many times of trying to get support. TERRIBLE! Pros It seemed more straight forward than other programs, but I could not really get to use it because my questions never got answered. Cons Terrible customer service - I asked 2 or 3 questions and they stopped answering me. How do I form a business around a customer service department that decides they are sick of you and stops answering? Seems like a scam at this point where they want you to keep paying to get customer service, on a buggy program. No thanks - Looks like a French company... Review Source SJ SAFAA J.
