Comments: Great program but there are others like it.

Pros: When you first logging and being using the program there are a lot of mini training helpful hints that help you learn to navigate through the program. Its easy to learn to use.

Cons: I don't see anything negative about this system, they offer different pricing platforms, and so many features that you can easily create the workspace you need for your business.

Pros: Very user-friendly, useful functionalities as part of the basic offer. Very little configuration required while it integrates with gmail tools or others.

Cons: As your company or your needs grows, the need of more customization and automation will be a pressing matter. You will need support to actually configure a process flow.

Pros: Cost of this CRM is one of my the best features. This is an easy to use CRM for small to midsized businesses. If you want to utilize the free version, you may be able to get everything you need with that alone. I also appreciate that they offer a free trial which makes signing up and figuring out if they will work for you, a breeze!

Cons: If you are looking for a CRM for a larger company. I would say this isn't the best route to go, they need more functionality for those size of companies.

Pros: I love the simplicity of the user interface, user experience, administrator experience, and company setup. I can't say enough how easy it is to use Insightly and how powerful its features are. It is very easy to integrate with other software such as Xero and Mailchimp. Don't let the ease of use fool you, there is a ton of functionality under the hood.

Cons: I wish I could customize the user interface more than just putting in a company logo. Being able to select the main color instead of orange is the feature I want the most. Considering I have very little criticism about this product should speak to it's quality.

Overall: We finally have a CRM that fits our budget, is easy to use, integrates with our other company software, and has all the features we need.

Pros: They offer a free version to evaluate. Since it is without a time limit I used it and gradually became totally dependent on it. During a planning meeting with staff it was determined we could increase our efficiency by adding the professional version that includes email marketing tools and an easy interface with MailChimp. Now they have my paid business. It is with confidence that I agree to pay them for a monthly service that will be used by all members of my company. The program can accommodate the growth curve in a company such as mine. We started out simply needing contact management software. Later as our sales and marketing needs became more our focus adding these features was an easy decision. There are many videos to quickly bring a new user up to speed. The experienced user can use the videos to explore the many functions that may yet be used by a company as needs and goals change. The reporting function has recently become important as we need to know the results of our marketing and sales efforts. The tool is there and ready for us to implement. I think the more our company commits to using Insightly the more our communication between owners and employees improves. We openly share information on Insightly and our feedback has been positive. In the past before Insightly, communication was dispersed informally and sometimes led to bad feelings due to the inefficiency of word of mouth. Insightly is constantly making changes and updates to its software.

Cons: Its not visually pretty. I know that is silly but staff has to look at it all day and they like pretty.
When a new user/employee first looks at program they make the mistake of thinking it is an old program. While I am able to bring them along and show them it isn't true, their first impression is a temporary detriment to their learning curve and acceptance of the program. In order for Insightly to be the awesome tool it is, requires employee and leader acceptance. Everyone on the team has input and others depend on that input to do their job. Sloppy work seems to come from lack of acceptance. Part of this is my responsibility as a leader to insist everyone use the tools as intended but again, if the program had a new interface and pretty colors it might make a difference. Personally I always choose function first and then presentation but input from staff is a factor I have to consider. One other area I would mention is the difference between leads and contacts. They are not intuitive to some people and I think a better explanation and reinforcement in training videos would make it easier for the new user. This confusion has lead to some mistakes by my users that require a bit of corrective action by more experienced users. There is very little for me to find wrong with Insightly that isn't based on personal style and preferences.

Overall: Ease of Marketing and Sales process. Total contact management software that include picture of person. What a plus. Great training videos to guide all level of users. Wonderful opportunity to scale the software as the company grows from startup to height unknown. Pricing is fair and Insightly is not living on past accomplishments it is improving product continuously.

Pros: Started with a trial and then purchased insightly for tracking my consulting customers. The tool is very very intuitive and works great for consultants and people maintaining a large database of customers through various stages of the sales lifecycle. The app is great and the support was wonderful.

Cons: The challenge for me was the price of the product once you start scaling it. A small team is very effective, but it gets difficult once your team starts to grow.

Comments: This software is a great investment and allows for organization for various things all at once.

Pros: The ease of being able to keep records for employees right on their profile. This software allows for creating and organizing various aspects of managing a company, current, prospect, former employees, allows for tracking upcoming tasks.

Cons: When entering in certain fields, it automatically adds it to a following list, attempted several times to stop that but have not been able to do so.

Pros: I used this software for a few months, and I would recommend it to a friend. In fact, I did recommend it to a family member. This project management software is easy to use, and you can put A LOT of information in. I mean, you can have multiple projects, multiple facets within those projects, and then details and updates about what is going on everyday! It's really great if you're trying to hold yourself accountable and get reminders of things you need to do all along the way. If you need to remember a lot of small things every day, this is the answer for you.

Cons: If I'm remembering correctly, it's quite expensive. Unless you're working in sales.... or if Google Calendars won't be sufficient for you, I wouldn't recommend this software. It can almost be more work just updating this than it is a time saver.

Cons: I feel like the software was pretty basic stuff. I don't have any real complaints, it got the job done that I needed it to.

Pros: This software contains all the important CRM-features that every salesman needs to maintain the good level of sales and communication with the client. But there is also a thing, that not every CRM system can boast of, and this is a mobile application. Because a lot of CRM programs are cloud-type they usually just allow you to use their system on your mobile phone through the browser, and that is why sometimes it can be some lags, errors and stuff like this. Insightly has their own mobile application which makes your working on the smartphone much easier.

Cons: The abilities of event managers exist in this software. Honestly, it was suddenly but pleased for me at once, because this is the sphere of our company. However, the way of assigning tasks to the people realizes the quite hard way and definitely must be simplified.

Pros: Insightly is easy to use and get going. I liked the flexibility of sales, relationships, and projects, and they've done a great job updating and focusing on various industries. I also like how it would integrate pictures and some aspects of LinkedIn.

Cons: I tried insightly for a few months but had some issues. The first was manual input of data - I had to do this a lot, and caused many issues when I noticed later a few errors and duplicates. It's also very focused on sales, but we weren't looking for a sales tool but to manage many complicated relationships. I didn't find the features I needed to manage many pipelines and have multiple contacts/companies on a deal. I'll admit this was over a year ago, so they may have improved this.

Pros: It has a free version, it works well with gmail and has a similar interface. It also pulls profiles of your contacts from social networks (if they have any).

Pros: Insightly was the first CRM we used for a really long time. It's complete and integrates well with third party apps.

Cons: Since we started using Insightly 3 years ago nothing has changed. The interface is already outdated and their plans for the future is not very clear. This is worrying so we switched to a more modern app that has exactly the same features.

Pros: You get access to quite a lot of features even with the free version so it doesn't feel like the free version is just a stripped out trial version.

Pros: Insightly offers a robust CRM in their free and premium versions... maybe a little too much in the free version, though you get to choose which parts of the CRM you will use most, like Contacts, Leads, Email, Tasks, Opportunities, Organizations, and Project, just to name a few. The free trial sets you up with a premium version so you can see what you will get, but for single users and very small teams, the basics are probably only needed for contact/lead follow up details.

Cons: Currently, Insightly is a wee bit costly for individuals on a budget. But the free version should suffice until the premium version is needed.

Pros: I thought this contact management software was very easy to use. I learned to use it as part of my job training and was thankful that it didn't take me long to figure out. I liked it so much, I set up a separate account to manage my own contacts. Loved that a basic account without special features is 100 percent free.

Cons: I wish that it were easier to send out the same email to multiple contacts at once. The version of Insightly I signed up for did not allow me to do this easily. If I wanted to send the same email to more people than were listed on the page, it would not allow me to.

Overall: I was able to organize/store contact information of donors, stakeholders, and other people of interest for my non-profit organization.

Comments: Like the Applebee's of CRM's

Pros: Captures emails Stores Data Easy Import/Export Intigrates with Mail Chimp nicely If you have a full-time staff DB manager this could work

Cons: Not good for a small business. WAY to over complicated They figured out a few years back that leads and contacts are diferent so I tried to export all of the contact (they only had the contact option at the time) to leads. But it won't export the address feild because they formatted it differently in the two areas. Customer service is horrible.

Pros: Insightly is very efficient when it comes to tracking activity status within a huge organization. For each project, you can set and customize a pipeline based on who's responsible for the next step of the process -- therefore, it eliminates any missed tasks within the organization, helping everyone deliver their tasks and projects on time.

Pros: What I like the most is the ease and number of different integrations you can do (mailchimp, gmail, off 365)

Cons: I found it difficult to track client relationship (hot, cold, medium) and this took a bit of our time to get.

A modern and hip program that is easy to understand and rock with.

Pros: I used this program for a few weeks trying it out to see if it would work with our teams flow. It provided a lot of great insight into our clients. One feature I did want to sped more time looking at was the integration with 3party apps like Google Docs. We also made good use of the mile stones and project management settings.

Overall: If I had more funds, this program would be great. Lots of solid tools and good client tracking! I enjoyed the interface the most... I know silly but if its not easy to look at.. why spend 9 hrs a day looking at it right?

Pros: We've been using it for 5 years. Small Retail online/brick mortar for customer follow up. 3 users, it makes it easy to follow and get updates about tasks. the gadget that interfaces with gmail is convenient.

Cons: My staff that are in their 20's say the new UI is confusing and harder to use, so we stay with the older UI.
The side bar chrome extension was suppose to make things easy but after trying it for a month my staff avoids it.

Customer service is mediocre , they only wanted to help if I were going to upgrade to a higher level. I wanted to fist resolve over 700 contact dups. They said I had to do it manually!

Emailing - Bcc'ing insightly each time I send an email seems so old style. When I get a rely the email does not go into the same thread, seems to me that is standard now a days.
I've been using it so long I know what it's missing so we take extra notes or have links from the email in the notes so other staff can see or find the thread.

Overall: Keeps thing organized, the price is right.

Pros: Great CRM and Pipeline Management out the box! Contact Syncing for Google is great - despite minor issues. Good simple project lists. Links nicely to Mailchimp and Xero.

Cons: Very very poor project management. You will need to use other packages for almost anything. No resource management. No Gantt charts. No visibility. Email integration is rudimentary. Task integration is non-existent. No Office 365 contact synchronisation.

Pros: I like that I can keep separate lists of customers and leads. It's great to be able to add "tags" for reporting purposes. Since our customers are distributors, it great to be able to add our "end users" and link them to our customers.

Cons: It should be easier to add contacts directly to companies instead of having to add them separately and then link them together. That has been very cumbersome and time consuming for me. Also, you have to pay extra for the good reporting features which is also a bummer.

Overall: As a Sales Manager, I am able to keep track of our sales by customer, add notes regarding customer contact and upload important customer documents.

Pros: I tried this product and was impressed at first. I was looking for MailChimp integration and a way to track customer contacts. It worked, but we outgrew the free plan and another CRM company started offering many more features for free so we switched.

Pros: The option to create custom fields was a real hook for our business as we require a great deal of specific data and capture it in specific ways.
The pipeline feature for defining custom workflows is a great feature which allows us to carve out our own procedure and modus operandi.

Cons: The UI feels a little outdated at times. The important date reminder feature is not as user-friendly or functional as hoped. We really require projects/workflows to auto generate on a defined schedule and struggled to make the best use of this software without addressing that need.

Overall: Great for tracking and progressing sales opportunities and general business development

Pros: The base function of a CRM is crucial to a modern digital business and this is the easiest to use and most cost effective CRM on the market. The design is easy to understand but it doesn't limit the functions available to users.

Cons: No real cons that I can think of. The complexity of a CRM requires quite a few features and this make confuse some users but I don't think their design can be improved upon to address the confusion of this complexity.

Overall: Easy way to capture customer info on the move with the app.

Pros: It is easy to have three branches of a business integrated into insightly in a relatively seamless way. It takes the CRM and the Project management aspects of running a business into the cloud along with scheduling and solves a lot of problems for the business I set up who are still using it today. They have used customer support extensively and appreciate their dedication to the product.

Cons: Looking forward to better social media integration - this is currently not a real feature and something that our heavily social dependent business would really benefit from

Overall: Overall a good product. I would recommend starting with a list of what you need from software, then what you would like then a nice to have list. See how many ticks this software gets. Compare it to at least two pieces of other software of the same nature before making your final decision. This is what I recommend for any piece of software. Also, check out their own forums of customer support, and social media sites to see what other customers have had to say about the software.

Cons: It also have some kind of project management, but I think it can't really replace a focused solution. The user interface has a lot of information at the same time and the website isn't adaptive to mobile screens, so users are required to download their native application (iOS and Android).

Pros: We wanted a tool that would be very easy to for our sales team to implement. It needed to be something that would require a lot of training and that they would actually be able to use. Insightly is a tool that is easy to use and doesnt have alot of extra bloat that we don't need.

Cons: Insightly is only as good as the data you put into it. Without high quality data going into the system and you have set it up correctly (meaning you have set it up how its meant to be used) Insightly becomes hard to use/useless. This is true of any system but unfortunately there are not good way to "Idiot Proof" the system so bad data cannot be entered. There is also a slight learning curve for this software to fully get users into and integrated with the software.

Overall: It helped us to solve a problem that no other software was able to solve.

Pros: The user interface looks good and they have a free plan. We were grandfathered into an old plan which was great.

Cons: They don't have user permission unless you pay more. We didn't need any of the extra features but needed to have our data secure which is possible only if we are able to set permissions. Without this any user can delete (even mass delete) any data they want.

I've used a free version of Insightly, but decided not to go with paid one.

Pros: It's a good solution for a company that wants to combine CRM and Project Management solution and uses G Suite from Google. I liked that you can use Web-form-to-Lead feature even in a free edition - something other companies have on more expensive plans.

Cons: It is heavily geared towards the company (or individuals) that use Gmail - basically it seems to be a plug-in to Gmail and mimics its interface. We are more used to Microsoft and that was one of the reason I decided not to go with paid solution. Another one was that canceled paid month plan. Now paid plans starts with higher price and there is lack of features - at least for us.

Cons: The UI is very dated, and feels like a step up from Microsoft Access
The visuals in general are lacking -- I'd like to see better reporting
No email tracking (i.e. tracking opens), so we have to use hubspot sales for that

Overall: It's a specialized tool, so I wouldn't recommend it unless I have the time to sit down and show someone how to set it up. But overall, the platform is robust and scales well as your needs evolve.

Comments: Someone made a comment that they wished they had put the program through more strenuous testing before purchase. I do too. I had the same issue, the lack of automatic linking makes this product worthless. I have to spend way too much time making sure everything is linked properly. Which defeats the purpose of having the software make you more efficient. I really wish I had not purchased this product.

Pros: 1. Good interface, though I suppose that goes along with great marketing. 2. Support is good and they are responsive.

Cons: 1. Lack of automatic linking. 2. When sending emails through insightly, attachments get dropped very frequently. 3. Using the insightly link in Outlook - very slow.

Pros: Integrates with Office 365, Gmail, Slack, Mailchimp, and QuickBooks fairly seamlessly, and has many more integrations as well depending on which programs you're already using. The mobile app has a great UI and pulls data from a variety of sources (your contacts, emails, and so many more) so you really have one true source of data and aren't duplicating anything, especially if you're always on the go.

Cons: Sometimes the mobile app has issues with crashing. The desktop version can be a bit buggy at times too, not saving what you tried saving, logging you out, or random `tutorial popups when you've declined the initial offer. Insightly's customer support also leaves something left to be desired. I feel like the pricing was a bit high for the overall quality we received. I know a few people who have moved onto Hubspot instead and have had a better customer experience.

Pros: Insightly helps to keep our affairs on track, as we log our prospects, opportunities those prospects have for us, and any ongoing projects so that we know who's doing what.

Cons: It's a bit complex, and it'd be nice if we could more easily automate parts of the system beyond what it already can automate. (Ex. It integrates with Zapier and email, but what about direct integrations with marketplace sites like Upwork?)

I guess my use case isn't terribly popular, but our account managers need a way to keep up to date with the goings on in the company, and they don't seem to use it because they have a hard time understanding how to use it. There's a lot to do on there.

Comments: I wish we had tested Insightly much more strenuously before proceeding with purchase of this software. I guess we just didn't know what we didn't know, and so when the linking issue (or non-linking issue) because glaringly apparent, we had already finished the trial period. We just (wrongly) assumed that a feature so integral to an effective customer relationship package would work!

Pros: It has been convenient for our company's internal tracking of sales rep opportunity closes/losses. Also the reports are nicely customizable, so calculating commissions due is simplified for our small business.

Cons: The complete absence of functional linking between emails, organizations, and individuals renders this "Contact Relationship" software a total bust. Technical support has know about the issue for well over a year, but it's not really a "priority" to them. They make lots of ineffectual suggestions, tossing the issue back in the lap of the end-user, but none of the "fixes" actually work. You must link all emails, manually, to each contact, organization, and opportunity, if you want to be assured of a linking relationship.

Pros: It is relatively easy to use and has great features including e-mail notifications of assigned tasks. The price is low and they even offered me a nonprofit discount. The trial period helped me to choose this as our CRM.

Cons: I literally "tried" to subscribe many times but kept getting error messages saying that our trial period has expired and I could not access any of the information and projects that I stored even though I was putting in my credit card number in order to turn the trial into a purchased membership. I tried many times to alert customer service of the issue and heard no response. Eventually I gave up and chose another CRM. In the meantime, I came to find that I had been being charged with each attempt to become a member even though I still wasn't able to log in and use the system because my trial expired.... It took a while but I finally got my money back and moved on.

Pros: Visually, this is a really great app. I liked that there was a really good way to keep track of a sales flow. Email tracking and templates. Great reporting capabilities. Expanded workflow management mobile apps.

Cons: Lead assignment rules only available to paid plans. No automatic email forwarding. Lead and contact information split into separate tabs. Pipelines not available for leads.

Overall: I like the free version.

Pros: EASY!! Lists my contacts in order of entry date. Lists my contacts based off of their category like contacted, not contacted, etc.

Cons: The categories are limited. If I convert to a lead, I don't have access to the contact along with the others.

Pros: I love how easy it was to get started and then get into the more advanced features. This has made it so much easier to follow up with leads and close more business.

Cons: I'm a big UX guy. It's not the most cheery interface. It's a tall order when you have so much data to manage. It's a small nag for so much power!

Pros: I like the functionality and ease of use. It's been a great tool for my team to use on projects (especially when working remote).

Cons: It would be nice if it could sync somewhat with other software or email template platforms. For example in the fitness world, there's some great platform / templates that Insightly doesn't offer.

Comments: Customer isn¿t first in a company who¿s software is made to focus on it. I feel betrayed as a customer.

Pros: It¿s pretty intuitive, one of the cheaper CRM options. Once you get inside the software it looks nice and professional.

Cons: They don¿t give you what they sell you, it¿s a bait and switch. They call it a ¿customer success program¿ instead of implementation because they literally do nothing for you. If you have plenty of time to watch countless YouTube videos and read articles, then it makes sense. However, if you¿re not told upfront in the sales process that there¿s no implementation, there¿s no importing databases for you, there¿s no connecting the networks, there¿s essentially a rep who points you to the right YouTube video once you have a question or an issue. Also I¿ve opened a support ticket to have help connecting our server since we switched IT teams, not only did they refuse to get on a call and pass me off to yet another `helpful link¿ but they suggested I paid for the next level ¿customer success rep¿ per year. So it¿s really a business model that is set up as sell as much as you can and automate everything so you never have support the customer afterwards. Good luck if you want to talk to a real person on the phone.

Comments: I'm going to start this out by saying that I am the CMO for a SaaS company; one that builds a retail CRM. I am imminently qualified to speak on this particular subject. I did not subscribe to Insightly in the interest of that company (another I own), but I am more acutely aware of the challenges that these companies face, than most. Because of that, I'm also more likely to be more forgiving, in the event of a bug. That said, this may be one of the worst customer experiences that I've had in years. We faced a problem with spam coming in through Insightly's web form (as implemented on our Word Press website). Now, spam is not Insightly's problem, yet they build a tool designed for the collection of customer data, so it's a problem they're bound to have some experiences with. Per the company documentation instructions, we set up Google's reCaptcha (as is part of our best practices for building any new site) for controlling the problem. It didn't seem to be working, though. After further investigation by both our internal front an back end developers, we discovered that Insightly was not sending our token to Google for approval. When confronted with this information, multiple Insightly staff parroted back to me that it essentially wasn't their problem. When we pointed our customer service rep, Dan, to the insight.ly article which said at the bottom that you can add reCAPTCHA to a page to stop spam submissions, and he looked at that and said, "Well... We never PROMISED it would work." Seriously? When I asked to have their engineers speak to my developers to attempt to figure out what was going on here, we more or less got more of the same, from several different customer service reps. When sent proof of the mistake, we were again told that it was not Insightly's problem. We weren't asking for much. Developers make mistakes. It's okay. It happens. It was the absolute refusal to deal with a verified issue with their system that really left a bad taste in our mouths. As of today, we are still waiting for a response. Am giving it 24 more hours and we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

Pros: Easy enough to use for small business owners, if you can see your way out of getting tons of unsolicited spam.

Cons: Responsive customer service that doesn't seem well informed to deal with anything beyond the most basic of questions.

Good, but not great.

Pros: Insightly was the first CRM I have ever used. It's is very simple to use and takes a few minutes to understand how it works, even for a unexperienced user.

Cons: Insightly lacks many features I found needed. The CRM is a bit slow, and can't be tweaked into a personal tailor-made CRM.

Pros: The ease of use means a short learning curve when introducing it to new staff members. I specifically like the integration with Gmail to be able to add relevant connections from email with one click.
Projects are a great way to track contacts and add comments and attachments to have all the relevant history of a specific project in one place.

Cons: It is very sales driven, and works for that capacity. I was using it as a non-profit, tracking volunteers and donors, and so I needed to "back door" some of the features to work for my uses.
I wish the tagging features had sub-tags to help sort a bit better without having so many top level groups of tags.

Overall: We were disorganized across a few methods of tracking individuals who engaged with our work. This helped us to centralize the information, and to function better as a staff. We did not need to re-invent the wheel with each new contact or program.

Pros: Insightly is a great contender in the small business CRM market. I had looked at many others (there are a TON of CRM out there), basing my criteria on integration with accounting software, ease of managing client information, and ease of managing client projects. Unfortunately, none of the CRM I looked at has strong integration into the accounting software that I ultimately went with. Insightly seems to have some great automation to help out with managing projects, but where it got beat out was the managing of client information. Since a lot of my business is conducted through social media, another software beat it in ease of integration with those applications.

Cons: As with some of my other reviews, I don't find much not to like with Insightly. It does what it does very well, it just isn't as integrated into social media as some of it's competitors. If I were doing less prospecting and research on clients- such as if I had a business where people were coming to me to get something made or repaired, then Insightly would be the winner. As it is, I spend most of my day finding prospects to put in the pipeline, and that would be more work with this product.

Overall: What I wanted to do would be more work in Insightly, but for a lot of businesses, this one is it.

Pros: Seems to be plenty of functionality. There is a lot of reporting features, you can find any name any time, whether it's a Lead or Contact.

Cons: I would like to see it pop up a calendar when I add a task to see if I'm colliding with another appt. Also, the app is not totally useless, but almost. I cannot send formatted emails from the mobile app. What good is it to get a lead when out of the office when you cannot send the proper response from your mobile device? Terrible. I know there are valued differences between Leads and Contacts, but to be honest I think it confuses the operator, me.

Gets the job done.

Pros: The best part of it is the integrations. The apps you can integrate with are perfect for the operations of a sales team, or any team! We used it with the staff at our church and it worked great! we had the free version for couple of years now until we upgraded. Truly it is a great app. Also it syncs with the iPhone app.
This is 100% recommended if you use Google suite.

Cons: The only Con is the price. For a small company maybe is ok with a few users. But medium companies maybe will struggle with that price per user. But if your sales can take it in, no problem. You have to really get all that you can get from the app.

Overall: Integration with other apps, including Quickbooks.

Pros: I really like Insightly as a budget option CRM for small businesses, and it's features have really grown over the years.

The pros:

Pricing - free option, can't beat that - the free option is good for up to 2 users, and 2500 contacts.

Very nice integration with Gmail and Chrome, that allows for a decent project management system to go.

Slack and Mailchimp integration for paid plans.

Segmentation and workflows for certain paid level plans.

It's definitely worth a look for smaller businesses.

Cons: Its simplicity is its drawback. For some, it will be too simple and too basic for more robust CRM needs.

Overall: Affordability is the name of the game. Also, the simplicity of the software makes it easy to train business owners and clients on utilizing the system (very intuitive for small CRM needs). Integration with gmail is a great feature for this audience as well.

Pros: This application is great at allowing me to manage a diverse range of tasks within my small business. The mobile and web applications are similar enough to make the transition between the two quite easy. I encourage many small businesses to leverage this application.

Cons: Some of the email tracking features are difficult enough that it's sometimes difficult to justify the effort to utilize them. Some predictive selection functionality would be a good way to address this.

Comments: I would recommend finding a product that is more robust and has proper support. The investment of time in setting up any CRM system for your business means that you need to choose the right one from the start and with all of its technical glitches and lack of support, this is one the one i would recommend to anyone.

Pros: Relatively easy to use and covers most main functionality you would want in a basic CRM tool with a decent amount of integrations to common third party tools

Cons: Scratch beneath the surface of the functionality and you soon find that there are odd and annoying glitches in the way the functionality works and its not very intuitive. Also, some advertised functionality just doesn't work and support consists of email replied that just tell you they're working on the issue (I've had one for over 2 months and another for 6 weeks without resolution on pretty key functionality not working). Given the 'no refund' policy and unhelpful support it feels like a con.

Cons: I hadn't even started when I opened what I thought was a new app - only to have a whole slew of contacts, projects, tasks etc - flood what was a new account. On top of this, since I used a gmail - now Insightly demands to have access to my accounts before getting into my gmail which has screwed up my workflow - and I hadn't even STARTED using the program. There is no phone number so you can't even talk to a human. I've reached out to two people on LinkedIn associated with the company. We'll see if anyone gets back to me.
