Pros: The mentorship matching program has worked fantastically for us, especially with new hires. We haven't had a chance to dive into the volunteering/donation segments as much as we'd like to (summer is our busy season!) but they both look extremely professional and customizable.

Cons: When we first on-boarded, we had an extremely specific use in mind, so having so many features available was a little overwhelming at first. Not really a negative, just something to think about!

Overall: Improved employee engagement and better communication.
