Pros

  • The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making navigation seamless. Additionally, the CSM is responsive and exceptionally helpful, ensuring that any issues are swiftly resolved.

  • They are seeking our input to make their product better for our needs which is wonderful.

  • Adapts perfectly to the user's needs offering features like being able to get reports on your phone or scan card from your phone.

  • They are a wonderful group of people who address all of my needs.

Cons

  • I have had a few problems but the were fixed that day by their IT group.

  • The calendar, too many clicks. I don't like when approving a worker you have to go to the end of the pages because it sorted when the newest are at the end.

  • When i did the initial set up before it was more streamlined, it was quite difficult.

  • Inability to upload multiple certificates for multiple employees. Inability to communicate with our current software Spectrum.

"LOVE myComply"

Overall: I have had a few problems but the were fixed that day by their IT group.

Pros: I like the ease of the navigation for one application to the next. The information that I need is right at my fingertips.

Cons: I do not have anything to not like about this application.

Alternatives Considered: ADP Workforce Now
Reasons for Choosing myComply: The all around usefulness of this application. It fit the bill of what we needed.

"Highly Recommended Safety and Personnel Tracking Software"

Overall: This product has solved multiple issues for our organization and the myComply team is first class. Not only are they quick to assist if an issue arises but the innovation and forward thinking has been something top notch. They are seeking our input to make their product better for our needs which is wonderful.

Pros: This product is extremely user friendly. Everyone gets a badge or decal at orientation and they just tap it to a Kiosk or to an app on the foreman's phone. The worker can even manage their own profile with certifications and personal information incase of emergency. This has been integral with contact tracing on projects with Covid in conjunction with the Temperature Screening device. Overall great product.

Cons: Just like any product, we are limited to the users. If someone does not log in or out on the project site, we have to manually put that information in the system for that worker. We are relying on workers to sign in and out daily which can be challenging.

Alternatives Considered: GUARDIAN RFID and Eyrus
Reasons for Choosing myComply: We evaluated multiple platforms and decided that myComply's ease of use, customization, Procore Compatability, temperature screening, and value, set their product apart from other software options in the market. We are continuing to expand our use of the product to fit our needs.

"MyComply Review "

Overall: The benefit I am seeing is the potential to send your employees to different jobs my comply websites, making for one upload of docs. I am also noticing faster submission of safety certifications prior to orientations on site.

Pros: I like having safety documents organized in one place.

Cons: The smaller sub-trades that we are asking to use this do not seem to benefit from the program. It may be beneficial to approach them to use it themselves that way they can be set up all the times, and we will be able to send them an invite to the job and have them "send" their guys into it. This would save time, as they do not seem to have the easiest time with uploading.

"Premier Design Build Group loves MyComply ! "

Overall: The team is awesome to work with. [sensitive content hidden] are all great guys who understand the contractors needs and stay one step ahead.

Pros: The ease of use and SST compliance in the NYC area is a huge factor for me. It saves time with orientation onsite, tracks and logs time onsite and attendance in Procore. These factors alone save me valuable time I’d usually spend inputting myself. If you’re in the NYC area MyComply is a must have in my opinion. It’s money well spent !

Cons: I haven’t found any yet. The interface in my opinion is user friendly and once familiar a tool for any contractor to use to track things that used to take a lot of time and effort.

"Remarkable product & service!"

Overall: Tracking and providing access to our employees' training is a time-consuming task, previously accomplished via scanning, paper copies, spreadsheets and multiple emails to contractors. MyComply has tamed that paper tiger and our communications with contractors and sub-trades have been streamlined and simplified. If you are not already a part of the MyComply network/user base, it is well worth the time to become a member. MyComply could well be the best HSE software for training, tracking and communication between contractors and sub-trades on the market.

Pros: So many things! The ease of use for administration but more importantly for field staff, outstanding responsiveness to customers' needs and requests, the basic system remains free for sub-trades, new and helpful innovations are always on the horizon.

Cons: If there is room for improvement, the MyComply team always takes my comments into consideration. I have never been disappointed.

Reasons for Switching to myComply: Three years ago,we were invited to take a 'test drive' of MyComply by one of our General Contractors and the benefits were so immediately and plainly obvious we have not looked back since. MyComply is local, with a global view. MyComply is professional. MyComply is so very useful. Thanks for the continued work on behalf of your clients.

"MyComply review "

Overall: Experience has been great so far. Keep up the continuous and quick improvements.

Pros: Mycomply has been a great platform in every aspect. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making navigation seamless. "Review from Monadnock"

Overall: My experience has been great with MyComply. They always try their best to accommodate me. The software works perfect for our company!

Pros: What I I like most about MyComply is that individuals have access to the turnstile with their SST cards which cut cost on purchasing badges.

Cons: There’s nothing I can say I dislike about MyComply.

"So easy to use!"

Overall: I am tracking over 700 employees and the training certifications for each. I have been able to utilize MyComply to help with expirations so that we don't have any lapses in training. Every time I find a new need for tracking, Customer Service team make it happen!

Pros: It's so easy to use and navigate. I can upload employees, documents and other information needed in the field.

Cons: Inability to upload multiple certificates for multiple employees. Inability to communicate with our current software Spectrum.

Reasons for Choosing myComply: We began using MyComply because a General Contractor on one of our large projects required it. Upon seeing the benefits, we began using it as a sole method of tracking our training.

Overall: They are a wonderful group of people who address all of my needs

"Excenllent software"

Overall: Organizing better all projects' documents requirements, workers' data, badging is easier, etc.

Pros: Adapts perfectly to the user's needs offering features like being able to get reports on your phone or scan card from your phone. Getting notifications when the workers' certifications is expired is great. This Software is user friendly.

"Great Safety organization software"

Overall: Great program and support team!

Pros: I initially introduced this program to the Turner Seattle team for company training training purposes. However, I also utilized it to managed subcontractors documentation for the projects that I was a safety manager for. In addition, just last year, I had my previous team sign a two year contract for project pro to utilized the Kiosk for employees badging. I also think that the new orientation piece of the software is going to be awesome.

Cons: Everything worked great! the team was great about asking for my feedback and implementing features as I recommended,

"Amazing Experience "

Overall: My overall experience is a wonderful one.

Pros: first I want to start saying this software has really helped Monadnock gather and maintain of Documents. Very easy friendly to use for my workers on constructions site. also LOVE the fact that we can use this software on the go.

Cons: I currently don't have a con for this software. of any, they tend to get resolved right away.

Reasons for Switching to myComply: their badging process take way to long and the resolve issues we would have to contact them and wait and hope they issue get resloved.

"Positive experience "

Overall: So far the system and the team behind the system have been great.

Pros: First of all, just about any product can give access control. Where myComply shines is the ease of setup and the customer support you get.

Cons: The flexibility of the system is amazing but that also presents some difficulties. We are using the system outside of its intended scope so extra steps must be taken. This really isn’t con against the system.

"Great system once you figure out how to use it"

Pros: It is nice to add your people to the system and then just add them to whatever jobs there are that require using it.

Cons: When i did the initial set up before it was more streamlined, it was quite difficult. Now that the bugs have been worked out, it has gotten much better.
