However, my experience as an affiliate partner was disappointing. I understand that Stripo has the right to establish advertising restrictions, but I believe significant changes to affiliate policies should be communicated clearly to existing partners, especially when those changes can affect commissions that have already been generated. I contacted Stripo to request clarification about when the current policy became effective, what the previous terms stated, and how existing affiliates were notified. I am currently waiting for their response. Pros Stripo.email is a useful email design platform with a convenient drag-and-drop editor and a good selection of email templates. The platform makes it relatively easy to create professional-looking email campaigns without extensive coding knowledge. Cons The biggest issue for me was the way the affiliate team handled the situation. The communication felt very one-sided: a decision was made against my affiliate account and commissions, but there seemed to be little consideration for the partner who had invested time and resources into generating business for Stripo. On the dashboard: the terms page on stripo.email is the binding version. If anything in the dashboard reads differently, treat the website as current and tell us. We are adding the key rules and a link to the terms inside the dashboard, and looking at how changes to the terms are announced, so they are easier to find. We also review every new application and do not accept plans built on search ads. If you are not sure whether a traffic source is allowed, message us before you spend on it. Cons If I had to pick, I would say that when editing in the builder and trying to view comments, the comments go away when you go back to editing and you have to keep toggling back and forth to see them instead of being able to see them and edit at the same time. Adding hyperlinks is simple, making it easy to point readers to donation pages, event sign-ups, and campaign landing pages. We also love being able to leave comments right on the email itself, which makes the review process so much smoother than bouncing between the design and a separate chat. And since multiple designers can work on the same file, our team can easily reuse existing emails as templates or complete emails for export when others are unavailable. As a disaster relief nonprofit, we need to update email designs quickly, but our existing templates had years of accumulated styling baggage. Making changes directly inside Dynamics 365 was slower and more cumbersome than we needed. Stripo gives our small team a cleaner place to start fresh, collaborate, test designs, and quickly preview how emails look on mobile, as well as in light and dark modes. That helps us move from idea to usable template much faster, with fewer headaches and less time spent fighting the email platform itself. Cons The only real issue was initial name confusion. Cons The only thing we seem to have issues with is when we duplicate a campaign in MailChimp and apply a new Stripo template we've saved and exported from Strip to MailChimp, the new Stripo template only updates some of the new content, not all of it. Mind you that in the grand scheme of it all, we still are saving valuable time with Stripo designs! It makes it easy to create clean, professional emails without needing a lot of technical skills or time. It is intituitive to use. We use it for newsletters, feedback collection, and sending reminders to our community, and it works well for all of these. The editor is simple but flexible enough to match our style and keep things consistent. Overall, it’s a reliable tool that helps us stay connected with our audience in a clear and visually appealing way. Pros What I liked most is the balance between simplicity and flexibility, making it easy to use without feeling limited. Cons Sometimes it can be unclear why certain structural elements behave the way they do, and some headings do not update as expected, but it’s generally easy to figure out.
