There is not a tool on the market like it. The flexibility and non-profit discount make Stripo a no-brainer for our company. Pros I like the flexibility. From HTML to Outlook, I can create emails for different clients. Though I do use HubSpot, I frequently need to create emails for different systems like Dynamics. Stripo gives me that ability. Cons It can go down sometimes, and I lose my work. This does not happen often, but it can be frustrating when in the middle of building an email it reverts to the login screen. Pros Stripo has been the best platform I have used for creating and publishing HTML emails. The design process feels smooth and intuitive, letting you drag and drop elements with ease while still allowing full control through HTML editing when needed. It makes brand consistency simple because templates and content blocks can be saved and reused, which has been invaluable for Mind of the Student where we need our communications to look polished and on brand. Exporting designs into other email marketing platforms takes only a few clicks, removing the need to rebuild anything elsewhere. Stripo also supports interactive elements and advanced features that help our campaigns feel engaging and dynamic, while the built in preview tools allow us to see exactly how emails will display across different devices and email clients before sending. Cons Although this section is meant to highlight limitations, I have not experienced any drawbacks while using Stripo. Every feature I needed for Mind of the Student email campaigns worked smoothly and consistently. If anything, the only challenge is choosing which feature to use because the platform offers such a wide range of powerful tools for design, branding, teamwork, and exporting. No platform is perfect but I'm a big fan and they are super responsive if I've ever run into issues. Pros I like the ease of use, options to making professional looking emails without coding, and efficiency using standard templates I've set-up for my company brand. It doesn't matter which program I'm using -- MailChimp or Pardot, etc.--Stripo translates to them and makes scheduling/sending emails easy. Cons Sometimes it can glitch and a module in an email will throw off the entire design, but with versioning, I can work around it. And their support team is very responsive and helpful if/when I need them. I also miss when they'd let us copy code from one email to another, which is helpful for things like CTA modules at the end of an email -- for example. Cons The platform can be a little buggy from time to time, and we've had some downtime in short spells, but a reasonable trade-off and never very serious. November 20, 2024 5.0 My overall experience was great. I love the features and keen on waiting for the upcoming ones. This software elevated the way I make beautiful newsletters. Pros I like how it let's me create designs the way I planned, especially when editing the mobile view. Other email builders don't let you edit the mobile view separately, which sometimes messes up the order when everything is in responsive mode. Cons You can only do 3 email client testing in the pro version. Not sure if it's per month or not but I don't really use the feature so it's not a huge drawback. Stripo is much easier to use and allows me to create stunning emails with clickable buttons for donations, articles and more. I love the pre-built templates and I also love how easy to templates are to customize. I can easily export the designs as HTML and upload them to Mailchimp or elastic email depending on my campaign. Having the capacity to assign roles and corresponding access levels to each team member becomes essential in this situation. It prevents following campaigns from shortcomings in design and other adverse effects. Another beneficial feature is having the capacity to change back to any preceding version in an instance of a weakness:) Pros I can genuinely say as a marketing director that Stripo.email is a goldmine for busy people like me. Actually, all of the aforementioned features make our tasks less challenging from the very beginning to sending mass mail. It's exceedingly difficult to pick one thing to bring to attention here. Plenty of possibilities for AMP implementation, the design editor's versatility, and highly sophisticated connection that includes many services... I'll still mention something, though. Our brand is large enough to warrant a marketing team, not just one person (me), who decides marketing tactics, succeeds, and fails solely:) I therefore oversee a team of staff members, and as a result of that, we collaborate regularly, come up with innovative concepts during meetings for brainstorming, etc. Therefore, it's a great idea to invite everyone to the working session if there is a technological opportunity. Until now, I have been using psd2newsletters email builder. It offers also nice templates and blocks, but Stipo offers more intuitive email builder experience + extra modules like countdown, forms to collect responses directly from email message, online ratings from the emails... Pros Available templates to choose from - can just copy and adjust the template Ability to save the portion of the template and then later reuse it The editor - quite easy to learn, can make the adjustment for computers and mobiles separately, a lot of options to select from Easy to copy the modules with the styles and reuse them The perfect option is ability to translate the email from one language to the other languages + ability to adjust the translation Ability to adjust the generated html and css directly in the builder - for a cases which are not currently supported! Countdown timers - many builders relay on the use of some external services, which provides additional costs Forms to collect responses of the users directly from the emails. Online ratings - again - directly from the email you can collect the response. The support - the support is very responsive and helping. They offer online chat support - really great! Stripo offers very complex email builder and still improving. Cons You need to prepare for some learning time - i have found that it is not many videos/texts covering the new functionality of the builder. So sometimes, it is No integration with my email marketing software (i use the funnel kit) + missing woocommerce blocks which I can use in the emails. Operations Manager Printing Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Fast, responsive support, and an email editor that excels" October 8, 2022 5.0 Prior to shifting to stripo - we were using the existing in-built editors with our various ESPS (e.g. Mailchimp, moosend, muxemail). While these sufficed, they tended to result in generic designs, with variable responsiveness and occasionally messy html code. We don't use stripo to design anything too complicated - but it has allowed us to generate consistent, clean layouts with a broad brand identity regardless of the program we use to send emails. As discussed above, we are very happy with the support that we receive (there are almost never bugs, it's more along the lines of "how do I do x" Pros Stripo is incredibly focussed on building clean, nice-looking emails either through templates or letting you build your own. It's relatively intuitive and even our non-techy users seem to be able to fairly rapidly grasp how to use it. Their existing templates are gorgeous, and 100s exist within the range, so they provide an easy database to get started. Support is particularly on-point. Within their support hours (Ukrainian business hours) they are fast, friendly and always manage to solve my problems. There are also extensive online resources for self-help. A final selling point is extensive integrations with email sending programs. We can automatically pass our designs to our email sending program (sendy.co). It also offers a clean html export option to pop email templates into programs that aren't directly supported. Cons We haven't really encountered any real cons with stripo. Provided you recognise that it is designed to do one thing well (design nice-looking, cleanly coded emails) then there is little not to love! The total ridiculousness of circumstance is absolutely ridiculous. With Stripo, I now have my own personal library where I am able to retain all reusable components and swiftly build new messages. Synchronized modules make it possible to edit many emails at once. Brand Guidelines Generator is last but definitely not the least. It's like a magic wand for keeping stylish. Paste your resource link in the appropriate section to get professional-looking branded emails. Pros I have to keep an eye out for fresh methods and trends as a marketing manager and keep up connections with users. So, the ridiculous necessity of building emails from scratch has greatly frustrated me for years. Always the same: monotonous procedure objectives, headers, footers, signatures... Finally, I've come across a service with genuine automation capabilities, instead of those that make such loud claims to draw in more new users. The modules take a minute to get used to but once you do, you can create and distribute great looking newsletters and emails.  Cons For an expert user who knows how to code, probably none. For a beginner, you might have to fiddle with white space when modifying templates, or during email transmission, which isn't always intuitive but won't stop you from being happy with the program overall. The truth is that a newsletter that converts good and look professional can really have an impact in the button line. And I am very happy how stripo helps with that for ecommerce. If it increases the results even a 10%, the ROI is amazing. However for other campaigns as digital products campaigns I still prefer to not use templates at all but do very simple and fast emails. Pros I like that you can easily create nice newsletters. You can do easily almost everything you want, it is even possible to add a countdown clock. For me it is very usueful for ecommece newsletters. And also for digital products. They have very nice templates that also make the work easy for sending email on special events. Customer service is also very attentive and answers fast showing interest. Cons What I like less is, of course, the price. I mean that many email systems to usually have also an email editor, and some are not so bad. Stripo beat all of them. But needs the work to export and import the file (if you do not sending with gmail or mailchimp, and some others where they have integrations). But after all, that is just a matter of a few minutes. A vital option for me as a team leader is roles/access level settings. It saves from template damages, especially when someone may accidentally break design simply because of absent skills. With Stripo, team members have access limitations accordingly to their function: email designers, copywriters, proofreaders… And it’s priceless when you can simply roll email template back to any version, really prevents mistakes and time losses. Pros So many features and options, it’s even hard to choose what to mention. Due to my CMO position, I can highlight the most actual thing here: set of options for teamwork. It’s cool when you work with 30 or 40 colleagues in your team, and you can invite them all to the project. I’ll notice that no technical troubles happen because of overload, Stripo works flawless.
