There is not a tool on the market like it. The flexibility and non-profit discount make Stripo a no-brainer for our company. Pros I like the flexibility. From HTML to Outlook, I can create emails for different clients. Though I do use HubSpot, I frequently need to create emails for different systems like Dynamics. Stripo gives me that ability. Cons It can go down sometimes, and I lose my work. This does not happen often, but it can be frustrating when in the middle of building an email it reverts to the login screen. Pros Stripo has been the best platform I have used for creating and publishing HTML emails. The design process feels smooth and intuitive, letting you drag and drop elements with ease while still allowing full control through HTML editing when needed. It makes brand consistency simple because templates and content blocks can be saved and reused, which has been invaluable for Mind of the Student where we need our communications to look polished and on brand. Exporting designs into other email marketing platforms takes only a few clicks, removing the need to rebuild anything elsewhere. Stripo also supports interactive elements and advanced features that help our campaigns feel engaging and dynamic, while the built in preview tools allow us to see exactly how emails will display across different devices and email clients before sending. Cons Although this section is meant to highlight limitations, I have not experienced any drawbacks while using Stripo. Every feature I needed for Mind of the Student email campaigns worked smoothly and consistently. If anything, the only challenge is choosing which feature to use because the platform offers such a wide range of powerful tools for design, branding, teamwork, and exporting. Instead of thinking about what the platform does not do, I often find myself discovering new functions that make our workflows even easier. No platform is perfect but I'm a big fan and they are super responsive if I've ever run into issues. Pros I like the ease of use, options to making professional looking emails without coding, and efficiency using standard templates I've set-up for my company brand. It doesn't matter which program I'm using -- MailChimp or Pardot, etc.--Stripo translates to them and makes scheduling/sending emails easy. Cons Sometimes it can glitch and a module in an email will throw off the entire design, but with versioning, I can work around it. And their support team is very responsive and helpful if/when I need them. I also miss when they'd let us copy code from one email to another, which is helpful for things like CTA modules at the end of an email -- for example. I am business development manager in Protectimus Ltd. As you can understand, this position requires serious efforts and time to keep up with the most recent trends and implement a wide variety of innovations. Because I have to represent not only myself but also the entire brand in the best possible way. We have no right just to stay as we are now and become something old and outdated, meaning “we are good enough to add something else”. Our specifics require constant development and improvement. That’s why it was difficult for me at the very beginning of my career here. In particular, I mean creating emails. Yes, I often have to contact people using both personal correspondence and more or less mass mailings. At first, I was very stressed out by the fact that so much effort and time resources were spent on developing email, I could have spent on more creative things. On the advice of colleagues, I tried a row of tools for email marketers, but there were something in each of them that scared me off. Either the lack of functionality, unpleasant design, or the user interface not friendly enough… what was especially annoying is that you couldn't create a letter once and then use it for multiple mailings. And it goes about many services. Absurd, isn't it? A similar typical message, but every time you need to develop it from scratch... But then, again thanks to my friends, I tried Stripo. And now I'm sure that I'm unlikely to switch to any other email constructor. Pros It was not an occasion that I gave my review such a title :) Yes, having explored Stripo in action I can confidently say that it offers literally everything. From a pleasant green design and a really friendly interface, up to a row of helpful convenient options. What is pleasing is that the Stripo team constantly adding something new. This has something in common with our company, btw )) Integrations, automated multilingual mailings, built-in mini Photoshop, data service, and much more... Now I'm waiting impatiently for the update of teamwork tools, I mean the comments option that is announced to be available very soon. We often have to work together, so team collaboration will surely become not only easier but also funnier with this, I've watched the YouTube preview )) But the most important things for me are a variety of templates for all occasions, and the ability to save everything I crafted to my personal library. No more Sisyphean work when I designed the same routine mailing, especially transactional messages, again and again. Everything is saved and always at hand. This is exactly what I was looking for! June 24, 2024 5.0 Pros I love that I can make different and unique emails rather than using the limited templates in our regular CRM. We've gotten great feedback from our volunteers and parents that they love to engage with our Stripo emails. We've seen an increase of 5% in our open rate since we started using them! I like how easy it is to use their editor and that I don't need to have a vast knowledge of HTML. I can get by with beginner to intermediate knowledge. Their support is very responsive and fantastic to work with. We also are a nonprofit, and they have a very generous nonprofit discount for the PRO tier. I cannot recommend Stripo enough to other nonprofits! Cons The free version is limited in terms of what it can export and to which CRMs. Also, this can be tough to use if you don't know HTML. Another beneficial feature is having the capacity to change back to any preceding version in an instance of a weakness:) Pros I can genuinely say as a marketing director that Stripo.email is a goldmine for busy people like me. Actually, all of the aforementioned features make our tasks less challenging from the very beginning to sending mass mail. It's exceedingly difficult to pick one thing to bring to attention here. Plenty of possibilities for AMP implementation, the design editor's versatility, and highly sophisticated connection that includes many services... I'll still mention something, though. Our brand is large enough to warrant a marketing team, not just one person (me), who decides marketing tactics, succeeds, and fails solely:) I therefore oversee a team of staff members, and as a result of that, we collaborate regularly, come up with innovative concepts during meetings for brainstorming, etc. Therefore, it's a great idea to invite everyone to the working session if there is a technological opportunity. While these sufficed, they tended to result in generic designs, with variable responsiveness and occasionally messy html code. We don't use stripo to design anything too complicated - but it has allowed us to generate consistent, clean layouts with a broad brand identity regardless of the program we use to send emails. As discussed above, we are very happy with the support that we receive (there are almost never bugs, it's more along the lines of "how do I do x" Pros Stripo is incredibly focussed on building clean, nice-looking emails either through templates or letting you build your own. It's relatively intuitive and even our non-techy users seem to be able to fairly rapidly grasp how to use it. Their existing templates are gorgeous, and 100s exist within the range, so they provide an easy database to get started. Support is particularly on-point. Within their support hours (Ukrainian business hours) they are fast, friendly and always manage to solve my problems. There are also extensive online resources for self-help. A final selling point is extensive integrations with email sending programs. We can automatically pass our designs to our email sending program (sendy.co). It also offers a clean html export option to pop email templates into programs that aren't directly supported. Cons We haven't really encountered any real cons with stripo. Provided you recognise that it is designed to do one thing well (design nice-looking, cleanly coded emails) then there is little not to love! The total ridiculousness of circumstance is absolutely ridiculous. With Stripo, I now have my own personal library where I am able to retain all reusable components and swiftly build new messages. Synchronized modules make it possible to edit many emails at once. Brand Guidelines Generator is last but definitely not the least. It's like a magic wand for keeping stylish. Paste your resource link in the appropriate section to get professional-looking branded emails. Pros I have to keep an eye out for fresh methods and trends as a marketing manager and keep up connections with users. The truth is that a newsletter that converts good and look professional can really have an impact in the button line. And I am very happy how stripo helps with that for ecommerce. If it increases the results even a 10%, the ROI is amazing. However for other campaigns as digital products campaigns I still prefer to not use templates at all but do very simple and fast emails. Pros I like that you can easily create nice newsletters. You can do easily almost everything you want, it is even possible to add a countdown clock. For me it is very usueful for ecommece newsletters. And also for digital products. They have very nice templates that also make the work easy for sending email on special events. Customer service is also very attentive and answers fast showing interest. Cons What I like less is, of course, the price. I mean that many email systems to usually have also an email editor, and some are not so bad. Stripo beat all of them. But needs the work to export and import the file (if you do not sending with gmail or mailchimp, and some others where they have integrations). But after all, that is just a matter of a few minutes. A vital option for me as a team leader is roles/access level settings. It saves from template damages, especially when someone may accidentally break design simply because of absent skills. With Stripo, team members have access limitations accordingly to their function: email designers, copywriters, proofreaders… And it’s priceless when you can simply roll email template back to any version, really prevents mistakes and time losses. Pros So many features and options, it’s even hard to choose what to mention. Due to my CMO position, I can highlight the most actual thing here: set of options for teamwork. It’s cool when you work with 30 or 40 colleagues in your team, and you can invite them all to the project. I’ll notice that no technical troubles happen because of overload, Stripo works flawless. I’ve read in their blog that tool allows to invite up to 100 colleagues. And, what’s even more essential, Stripo offers all that is needed to work together. Really next-gen email marketing machine that literally allows to make all ideas and plans real. But what I experienced first: Brand Guidelines generator, and support of custom fonts. They bring email strategy to a new level, and it’s enough just to give Stripo system link to your web resource, or send other samples of corporate design. The rest is done by their smart cyber brains ))) Wait a bit, and Stripo will send a brand guideline kit where all the design is ready to use. As for fonts, it’s another opportunity to build a company identity. I have a font designed exclusively for our company by professional designers. It’s a part of our brand’s face, so to say. I uploaded it, used it for banner, and then tested the result. It’s unbelievable but design was neither damaged nor simplified by any default fonts, our banner looks as planned in all environments. So try Stripo, you won’t be disappointed! Pros Design options to build perfectly branded emails, and custom fonts option that is priceless to surprice recipients with really outstanding banners.
